Just called to ask a question and got a very rude response! Kindness is always the best policy for quality customer service!!

Poor customer service and unprofessional attitude/rude. Originally she told me I should make $100’s a month and only sold a couple of my designer with the price tag still on it items. I only received $5-$12 for the few items sold. I had to call her each month majority of the time. I stopped calling because nothing was sold. I haven’t heard back from her in 5 months. After 2 1/2 years maybe made $50 or less dollars. At times only got the dollar amount sold and not the item sold.

Wouldnt really call this a resale shop maybe i just didnt see it but sure seemed like someones home and no store front
