What a great place. Dr. M. Could not be more professional and caring about your eyes. The only regret is that I didn’t have the procedure done 6 years earlier when I first visited him and his team.

Several years ago, I went to one of those big lasik centers to see about getting my eyes corrected, however I never went through with the procedure there b/c it didnt feel right to me for some reason. Fast forward to this year and when I discovered Dr M. I could tell right away that he had a deep passion and mastery of the procedure. Dr M and his whole staff made me feel really comfortable about the whole process and why there are significant advantages of having the no cut procedure done to correct vision. The procedure was quick and if you follow his pre- and post-operative care instructions, you will have very minimal down time or discomfort. The day after the procedure, I was very sensitive to light while the lining of the cornea grew back, but the next day that was gone and my vision was really good. It has been 6 weeks since the surgery, my vision is amazing and I was actually able to read the 20/10 line on the screen during my follow up last week! Night vision was a bit blurry at first, but is significantly improved by this point. If you are considering getting laser vision correction, I highly recommended you go see Dr M and his staff!!!

I started wearing glasses at the age of 3. Shortly after, Dr Foster, my eye Doctor, put tape across the left lens so that I could only see through the right eye. I had to strengthen it because it has always been considered lazy. This eye never had the strength to see very well. The muscles were very weak. He even gave me a patch to wear at home after school. (The tape was enough at school. Lol) Anyway, up until recently I’ve been close to legally blind out of my right eye. I then received Lasik eye Surgery at M Lasik Center in Richardson, TX with Dr Mazaheri. It’s been 4 years since I could wake up and not fumble for my glasses or deal with contacts. I cried with joy because it was truly life changing to be able to SEE. I don’t take my sight for granted. I also was tested for glycoma which I had a touch of it in my right eye. This was the beginning of my new journey and I knew it would be a long road but I followed everything the Doctor told me to do from changing my diet to eye drops, vitamins, consistently wearing shades. I have been going every 6 months and my yearly because Doctor M. is very thorough. Long story short I went to my appointment yesterday and we did all of these tests, he checked everything and my eyes have completely healed. My right eye reversed itself and went from a 20/80 when I got the surgery to 20/50 now. This eye was so weak and th muscles have strengthened, the glycoma is gone, and I’m no longer legally blind out of it! I’m in tears of joy and gratitude as I type this. My left eye started at 20/50 and I now have 20/20! So with that being said, be grateful for every part of you and 2020 is a year of clear vision and this is what I’ve recovered to have! My testimony carries me in love and gratitude. No one would take me as a patient and I’m glad Dr. M did!

I had Lasik done at their Richardson location in June and am finally done taking the follow-up medication. My vision is perfect now, a huge change from wearing glasses every day.They scheduled me less than a week after my consultation. I was pretty scared, as Id never even worn contacts before. The surgery was totally painless. It took about 5 minutes. Then you have to wear a protective contact lens for a few days, which was the only time I experienced any discomfort. After they took the contact out, my vision improved markedly. After surgery, you are required to take several eyedrops a day, which decreases as time went on.I had a few follow-up appointments. After each one, the eyedrop dose decreased. My vision progressively got better as time passed. Im very happy with my decision to get LASIK here.

Had lasik done in October, all healed up and seeing with 20/15 vision. Great staff, super quick and thorough follow ups. Have already been telling my friends to do it.

A physician friend suggested I have a consultation with Dr. Mazaheri when I was researching Lasik eye surgery. I was very impressed with the intimate atmosphere of The M Lasik Center as opposed to a larger Lasik center where it felt like a ‘cattle call’. I also appreciated the very short wait time! Dr. Mazaheri and his staff spent a lot of time with me, giving me information and answering all my questions. Another thing that impressed me was Dr. Mazaheri’s insistence on taking Vitamin C, B Complex & crushed Flax Seed before and after surgery to further assure the best outcome possible. I felt so comfortable and confident with Dr. Mazaheri that I booked the surgery there and then!Prior to surgery I did a lot of research on the procedure and was prepared for several days of discomfort. The surgery itself is easy and immediately after my eyesight was amazingly better - I was 20/400 prior to surgery! I relaxed the rest of the day and was surprised that I had no discomfort. The next morning I had my first follow up and everything was going well. After a nap that same afternoon my eyelid pulled off the post-surgical protective lens and it was painful. I called The M Lasik Center and they told me to come in immediately even though they were closing. Dr. Mazaheri has already left for the day but he came back in for me! Some numbing eye drops and a new lens and I was good to go. It was that incident and for 24 hours afterwards that I experienced discomfort, the worst of which was light sensitivity.My next appointment was 3 days later and everything was great plus my vision was 20/40!! I had one more ‘bump in the road’ a couple of months later and Dr. Mazaheri fixed it. At 3 months post-op I still have some issues with my night vision but I know that will take time to resolve.I am so pleased with the results of my eye surgery and with the treatment I received from Dr. Mazaheri and his staff! I would whole heartedly recommend The M Lasik Center to anyone!!

Ive consulted lots of lasik centers since 2010 throughout Oklahoma and Texas. After the initial appointment I have been told, Lasik cant be done on my eye, because of cornea thicknesses. In 2017 one FB ad changed my life. I saw the ad of MLasik Center. Completed my initial appointment (free). Met Dr. Mazaheri, during the first appointment he explained what I can expect and what could happen. He stated everything clearly. I agreed to conduct the sugery on my eye. This meant that I could see an eye chart from twenty feet away, only as clear as someone with unimpaired vision standing 400 feet away from the same eye chart... Thats a football field, plus another 1/3 of a football field away! So if I took a step back theyd see the chart better than me from all the way back there! The worse your eyes are, the more difficult the surgery can be, but even with my situation Dr. M did a fantastic job.Today, 15 weeks after my surgery, I am seeing at about 20/25. Thats right, people with 20/20 vision only have five feet on me, and Im catching up quick!When it comes to your vision, the most important way for you to interpret and respond to the world around you, dont take any short cuts, and dont settle for less. Dr. Mazaheri is amazing!My eyesight was -9 in both eyes and I had been in glasses/contacts for +40 years.A few years ago I visited other well-known lasik centers in the Dallas area. These doctors would not perform lasik on my eyes because my eyesight was so poor and they could not guarantee that I would not still need glasses after the procedure.I happened to hear about Dr. Mazaheri and that he specialized in difficult vision cases like mine. I went in for the free consultation. During the consultation, Dr. Mazaheri explained that I was a good candidate for the Advanced PRK No-Cut Lasik prodecure. In July 2017 I went in for the procedure. I was very nervous and the staff went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. Immediately after surgery, I was glasses free!I cannot say enough about Dr Mazaheri and his staff.
