Receptionist is rude and had a nasty attitude definitely do not recommend coming here!!!!!

Needed last minutes repairs on my frames. They really helped me out.

Have been going here for the last 3 years; we always have fast, prompt service. We went on a Saturday and glasses were ready by Tuesday. The staff are friendly and professional.

The grumpy optometrist In the old shoebox office.This place looks nice from the outside but once you enter you can tell this is not the place you want to be seen. The front desk looks like made out or cardboard falling apart. The place looks dirty and depressing, the front desk was on the rude side and the over experience was just uncomfortable like I was somehow begging to be seen.I got to my appointment on time fill out my information yet I waited for 25 minutes after my appointment .I was already at the point of leaving when I was called in. At that point my phone rang and I answer to say I will call you back in 10 minutes and the doctor told me to leave because he was going to see someone else now and if I wanted to be seen I now had to wait until 12.I cant believe people still think treating costumers like this is acceptable. You are in the service medical/ service industry if you can treat your patient with respect and dignity its time to close your doors.

The doctor was fantastic. He was was absolutely fabulous. He was right to the point. I would recommend anyone to looking to get an eye exam to come here. You will not be disappointed. However please avoid the reception at all cost, she is very rude. Didnt greet when we walked in, and was extremely rude as if it was a problem with the question s we had to ask. Her name is Alexis. Clarissa on the other hand was great! She answered questions with no issues. For that reason I will be coming back.

Great help great service. Selection isnt bad either. We went to like 3-5 places looking for some frames I like. Ended up here just because of how helpful this guy was. Think his name was Roger. Highly recommended.

Receptionist is rude and unhelpful. Called three times to get my prescription and she refused to fax or email it since I live out of state. She said I would have to have the store then I’m ordering my contacts from verify my prescription with her. So, I sent my prescription to two stores over a month ago and neither one of them can get a confirmation on my prescription so they can send my contacts. The other doctors office that I use For my daughterHad no problem getting my prescription from them and the store did not have a problem getting verification from the doctor and we have already received them. This is a complete waste of money and time. The doctor is nice and accommodating too bad her office staff is keeping her down.

Love, Love, Love these guys!I have been getting my glasses online for the past & couple of yrs @ Zenni & Eye Buy Direct & THOUGHT I was getting what I was prescribed... man was I wrong!Dr. Einsberg (next door) was awesome, he explained so much about my eye health & my vision issues that the others I guess never took the time to.I loved having contacts but was never properly fitted for them & always had trouble with them... Doc did it!! Woo hoo.... awesome contacts at last! I can finally wear them to concerts & events without any issues!!My husband & I went next door for our glasses & they helped us pick out the perfect frames that fit our prescriptions, explained the differences between them & were so super friendly & helpful.They got our glasses back to us quick despite the holiday & WOW what a difference!We are customers for as long as we live here & cant say THANK YOU enough!!!I will NEVER buy online glasses again!Pearle is my peeps!!

I just moved from FL to Dallas and of course, one of my contacts fell in the sink and down the drain. I wear GP lenses, so its not easy to get another one. And on top of that my prescription was expired. I was in such a panic, but I made an appointment online for a Saturday and went in. The exam was so quick, but that was appreciated. And my contacts arrived in TWO DAYS PEOPLE. Also the staff in the glasses side were SO friendly and helpful.

I had to stop of here due to the fact that I was down to my last pair of contacts and lost one of them in the bathroom, the gentleman in the store was able to help me in a pinch, and I am very grateful for the assistance. So this I my shout out for being helpful and for going above and beyond 🤗

The secretary the doctor and also where you get your glasses were fabulous very nice very thorough I really appreciate that it felt like we knew them thanks for making us comfortable and being so quick

The eye doctor is so rude! Not only did he assure me my prescription was correct, but he lied and said if I have any problems I can always come back for a new eye exam....FREE. Don’t come here. The reception Es is grumpy and the doctor is grumpy, bad vibe

Just got to my daughters appointment scheduled over a month ago, to be able to get in on a saturday... come to find out this DOCTOR walked off on patients and appointments.... so after waiting all this time....all I was told was Sorry, we dont have a Doctor anymore.....

I took my children here to get their eye exams .They also were fitted for their. glasses here . They have a great selection of glasses and the people who help with getting your frames are freindly.My children received their glasses less than a week.

This is the best ever Optical Store. They have awesome selection of Frames and take VSP insurance.If you have high index lenses and want decent, cool, and well-made frames using VSP insurance, you should come here. Everyone I sent here has had a good experience. Paid $10 deductible for $220 frames and $300 lenses using VSP!

Terrible experience, first of all the old lady at the desk sounded bothered when I would call her to ask questions. Let me mind you. Im Just trying to understand my prescription because I was trying to order my glasses online. She told me that I would get a call around 5 and so I called around 5:05 thinking perhaps they may have forgotten because I understand places get busy. When I called she said Dr. Thorton is still busy, I said he would call you and he will. I just said okay and hung up. Then Dr. Thorton calls me and he wasnt any better he was just as bad if not worse. He was rude when I asked him about my prescription and he says why arent you calling up the other place or speaking to anyone someone else. Instead you come to me and bother me with the Damn thing. And to end it all he says enjoy your shopping. It took all I had not to go off on this man. I respect my elders. I was trying to explain to him I had too much going on and I was trying to get this done. Im sorry but if its a bother to ask a question about my prescription, which is clearly apart of their job. Dont work in customer service!!!!

The lady literally was on my heels every step I took. I couldnt even try on glasses without her starring at me or literally right over my shoulder. Like I was about to steal the glasses. Also small selection of glasses.
