SKETCHY and filled with crackheads. Made the mistake of renting a U-Haul from this place because it was the slowest place to my current apartment in design district. Made 4 calls and waited 2hrs, no one ever showed up so U-Haul had to schedule a reservation elsewhere. As I waited in my car I was swarmed by numerous homeless people. It was VERY frightening. Do yourself a favor and please don’t make the same mistake I did for your own safety.
