Staff turnover is very high. Within one week of training, I experienced the worst treatment. The person who tried to train me had no patience. Unfriendly and strange environment. Not recommended if you are a professional.

Very bad Customer service it is rip off specially the sales rep who worked for them,everybody over there has an attitude they never nice with you they don’t want your business they don’t care if you need anything.They never visit you or ask you if the service good, if there is a minus star I’ll give them that, same as Victorian owners now pre much.

The worse customer service, they dont return call. If y ou need to contact specific department they will not transfer you. You have to email and they never replly.Also have to be careful when they charge your delivers.They were charging me for two loads when we only recived one.Cant wait to get out of my contract.

Terrible service. unfair practices, deceptive contracts, $10k upcharges, 6 months no reply from customer service, territory manager never visits store, sold gas for them for 2 years and they didnt send a single dollar until i went back and forth with customer service. Simply put, take your business elsewhere. Single store operators are just a small account here.
