I would give them 0 stars if I could. I have done service with them 3 times, first time everything was good Im guessing because that was 6 years ago. A month ago I had some invitations done with them, there was a misunderstanding with the guy while we were on the phone he started to get an attitude at me. I told him nicely that there wasnt any reason to raise his voice at me. Anyways after working out everything I got the invitations but I needed to get 25 more. I took them in last friday (I thought since they already had the template that it would be much easier then finding a new place) and was told they would have them ready by Tuesday. I call today (Wednesday) they told me they couldnt find the order. The girl who took the order (Anahi) told me she could see the receipt but not the order. So now they tell me they wont have them ready until tomorrow (Thursday). So that means that if I hadnt call my order would had never been place. They defenetely need to provide better customer service! The prices may be good but the service that I personally received in the past 2 services has been horrible.

Not sure what all the fuss is about on giving poor reviews, the people here were very professional, kind and courteous. Thanks for your help in getting my documents faxed today!

This place is real fast and cares fort here customer service stop by any time for service.

My experience with them has always been excellent. They print my Christian brochures and do whatever else I need, such as sending a fax or an email for me, with competitive pricing and pleasant customer service. I have been a customer with them for several years.

Its NAME says it all,(a Best printing) yes they are I give it a 10 🌟 with a big thumbs up they help me with all i need it and are very Nice, freandly and good service.They ware able to customize sizes with pictures .and tney have very good prices HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT!!Staples and Oak Cliff print shop couldnt help me with this.

I came after 5pm and a lady told that all the workers leave by 5pm so she couldnt print what i asked.. they are open til 6pm but wont print anything after 5pm
