Usually a good shopping experience but at my last visit the manager yelled at their cashier and it was a VERY uncomfortable experience. Manager should have been more professional. And the cashier is a very nice young girl who is always helpful, she definitely did not deserve that.

I love buying all my hair products here i dont and will not go anywhere else also the lady that fix the hair and i think she dose lace wigs too for you she is always sooo freaking nice to everyone i love spending my money here lol

Great and very nice people, especially this Spanish girl used to greet and me and my man as husband and wife; she was too funny but very pretty. This the place to look for whatever u need for hair, jewelry, and make up. No matter what it is that I decide to get, my old man would never let me pay a dime for anything lol. Now I’m thinking about, I may catch a call and see what he is up too.

I was a spaz, I was running late and the clerk was cool calm collected and helpful.

I go to this place twice a month to get the things I need for my hair. Theyre always in stock oh, the staff is always courteous! And the price is just right.

Cashier was awesome my aide and patient came in and was treated like royalty and a lot of laughs as well with my aide trying to pick out make up.

Poor customer service and rude. I was having a difficult time sorting through the unorganized selections of braiding hair to find my hair color. The guy yelled across the store accusing me of opening bags when there were already bags opened. He did not ask me if I needed help. After searching tirelessly through bags of hair that was on the floor I had to sit on a box because I am 8 months pregnant. He then walked towards me and asked me not to sit on the box and still did not offer to help me. I asked if he had the color I needed and he did not even attempt to look for me. At that point I chose to leave and not spend any of my money there. Horrible customer service!!

A lot of beauty supply stores just want your money. They do not greet when you walk-in, never ask if you need help and watch you like a hawk to ensure you do not steal. This places employees greet you as soon as you walk in and will quickly assist you. Their selection is small but they get 5 stars for being so friendly.

The people there are very patient especially when a costumer is mean to them because they cant find something they want or something cheap..and my wife dont really know much about styling hair and such so she always asks for assistance on what she should get and stuff like that and they are nice enough to actually help her narrow it down to a choice that best fits her...she comes back home looking 4 times as beautiful than what she did when she left

Been going here since 2011 and never had an issue; the old owner Kathy was always sweet and welcoming. She knew me by my name and knew what i like every time i go there. The store prices are awesome and they always have so much variety! doesn’t matter where i move, i always come here for my beauty needs!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The blue haired girl with the bad skin had an attitude to match her terrible look. They didn’t have what I was looking for so quite naturally I asked if there was another in the area. If she didn’t feel comfortable tell me that’s fine. Yet she thought I was gone and proceeded to call me stupid etc. When I responded thanks but no thanks she followed me to my car and began to yell obscenities. I’ll never go back to this awful place again they should be shut down.

The Korean lady - Kathy is very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I have bought wigs and other accessories over the years and it has been great. I have recommended friends who have shopped there but the last few times I have been in she has had this girl named Sparkle working for her and she is rude, always texting and talking on her cellphone and not attentive to customers.Normally, I would just ignore this but, it is clear that Kathy has no intention of getting rid of this rude employee. I dont spend my money where people are rude to me. There are far too many wig shops in the Lake Highlands area to have to put up with bad service.

Poor customer service. The two women working are short tempered. I felt like they didn’t want to answer questions over the phone. The manager spoke little English and her assistant blamed the credit card machine for the reason why the phone hung up. I called back and spoke with them again and they continued to argue and say they helped me. I said the least they could do was apologize and they both did, and hung up again!!

I went looking for a specific type of hair and was confused and very lost. The new owners walked me through it and were very professional. A big difference from shopping in Oak Cliff.

I was able to find everything thing I needed!

I bought a synthetic wig from this place. When I got home I looked at my receipt and notice she charged me $38.96. I noticed the item was priced at 27.99. I returned to the location to have this transaction corrected and was told that what she charged me is the price that it was.She said this as she took the correct price off of the item. Furthermore she stated that I shouldnt worry about what the price says because its a different price at the register...I wont be shopping here again!

Ive been to a few beauty supplys in my lifetime and never ever has there been a beauty supply that compares !!!! they will customize extensions for you make clip ons out of any track hair and top pieces whatever it is they find a way and dont get me started on the selection of wigs fun trendy sexy conservative they have it all!!!!10 yrs strong shopping here!! Dont pass up this little treasure!

Will go where my business is respected. This most recent and last time I bought a bronzer amongst other things. During the purchase the owner and her employee was sweet as pie and full of compliments regarding my hair, nails and jewelery. The next day I went to use it, it was cracked. While going to put it in the bag to take it back to the store, it fell on the floor and shattered. (Of course). When I told them what happened with this bronzer the owner wouldnt even look me in the face, mentioning how a man was doing something to the bronzer the other day... I said I just want to replace it but if youre not going to swap it out its no big deal. She countered with I broke it when I dropped it and continued arranging the packaged t-shirts. I left because Jesus walks and talks with me and I didnt want to lose my religion over a $5 bronzer because lets be serious..as one who is a makeup enthusiast, all of my makeup comes from Ulta or Sephora and I was just buying that on a whim. But please believe I will be taking my consumer dollars where they are respected, and never again in there. If anyone knows of any Black owned hair stores around here that would be even better!
