This location is the better of the Walgreens locations, but I am done with Walgreens. They are understaffed. Their system is an absolute mess. When I can actually get a hold of pharmacy staff, theres only about a 50% chance of them knowing what they are doing. My prescriptions just get lost there. They have to order medicine from their central location and it takes 3-4 days. If I can get my medications at all they are almost always late by multiple days.
Ive been using this pharmacy for years. The staff is great. Adam the pharmacist is amazing very helpful and polite. The other staff are very personable, kind and just overall wonderful. My only issue is why does an entire department shut down for lunch. I guess I kinda understand but when I see more than 1 pharmacist then they should take lunch in shifts. Other than that very pleased.AF
Super impressed with this Walgreens location. We recently moved to Dallas from Seattle and the hospitality here is by far superior. The young gentleman that helped me in the pharmacy (Eric I believe was his name) was so helpful and the most polite person Ive encountered. He deserves a raise and promotion!!!Highly recommend! I love this Walgreens. Lots of parking. Great pharmacy and pharmacists providing tireless professionalism and going extra mile whenever possible - even on the phone and overworked due to Covid-19. Always neat and tidy store with discounts on products. Telia at the register went out of her way to help me this week and was very kind.
I have been very impressed with this pharmacy. Diana the tech knows her clients well and the pharmacists are all very helpful. They do their best to get it right the first time and are hard working. I recommend this Walgreens very highly! Five Stars!
Pharmacy closes one hour each day for lunch. It’s amazing that CVS and other pharmacies don’t close for lunch. The only reason Walgreens has to close is they understaff pharmacies to provide everyone with bad customer service and increase their profit.Based on the high prices they charge for prescription drugs they should be open 24/7.
Pharmacy dropped the ball a second time this evening, complicated by NYE .. they have had three days. They are closed tomorrow.I need this script to avoid a serious ER visit, in COVID. Parkland just announced they are at 100 oercent.There is a reasonable solution, but which they are unwilling to extend. The pattern has been to blame mistakes on others.I remain a loyal customer but will seek another location.
This evening I almost forgot that I HAD to pick a very important prescription. I got stuck behind a bad wreck in Preston Hollow and walked up to the counter right as they were closing. Luckily, I was able to catch them before they completely closed. They raised the window guard back up so I could get what I needed, pay, and leave. That is BEYOND customer service and truly exceeded my expectations! That team rocks and Im so thankful to have them at that location! #PHWalgreens #BestWalgreensofAll #Thankful
I have always had service above and beyond here. Tried cvs once for insurance purposes and they were not fun to work with and switched back immediately! Great staff, thanks guys!!
What a wonderful people who work at the pharmacy. The pharmacist, Caitlin, is wonderful, extremely helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to help customers. After 1 or 2 visits, they start to know you by your fist name. The pharmacy tech are excellent too. Always make sure you get he best customer service possible. Thank you for the best service Ive ever experienced.
I have visited many pharmacies in my life and this is one of the friendliest, most thoughtful places I have visited, especially those working behind the actual pharmacy window. This particular pharmacy is not your average corporate pharmacy. This is a local community pharmacy that takes its customers needs seriously. I have visited other Walgreens, and they are not like this place. Many thanks to the people that manage this friendly operation.
I headed here after leaving the emergency clinic to get a Rx filled - website said 10 pm close time when I pulled it up online, not that the pharmacy closed earlier than that. I’m standing there with my son who is about to literally pass out, with a vomit bag in his hand, obviously very sick. She told me that the pharmacy was closed, and I asked her where the closest 24x7 pharmacy would be. She said I have to drive all the way down the highway to get to another one that was open 24x7 - when there was a 24x7 CVS across the street 400 feet away. I get they are competitors - But when someone is truly sick, you would assume that they would want to help that person out and get well quicker by getting a prescription in them quicker, wherever that may be. I shop a lot at Walgreens, but due to their general lack of human compassion and care for someone who is sick I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I have used this pharmacy on 3 occasions and the staff are all very friendly! The pharmacy manager is also very friendly and was really helpful with a medical insurance issue I had. I felt valued as a customer and will make this my family pharmacy.

This franchise should be reported and shut down by the Consumer Protection Agency or the FDA..... whomever regulates them. My mother was prescribed a steroid for a very serious gastrointestinal condition causing severe bleeding. Her gastroenterologist emailed in direct to the pharmacy, to which she has been going for years, her prescription. When I brought it home to her it said take 1 daily. The prescription was take 4 the first day then 3 then 2 then 1, etc etc. You dont just take steroids willy nilly, not to mention she could have ended up in emergency if her bleeding had not stopped. I will be reporting this pharmacy to the federal entity having jurisdiction over them and have them investigated. When I was there the clerk checking people out ahead of me kept calling for a pharmacist to consult with customers .... the pharmacist would simply run over, scan her badge then run back to filling prescriptions. Never once did I see anyone receive any kind of consultation regarding their prescription. This pharmacy is going down for endangering the lives of their customers.
The pharmacy staff are efficient and polite. They help me take care of my mom by warning us off any possible drug interactions, too. My favorite pharmacy ever.

Spent an hour at this store looking to get a simple passport picture taken.. long story short, this store suffers from unprofessionalism and disorganization. Would recommend saving yourself the headache and going straight to CVS across the street

I cannot deal with the other pharmacies in the area. Due to recent personal issues, my brother changed all my scripts to Wal-Mart. I almost choked to death hearing he did this. Moving from Midland, Texas to Dallas - all he should ave done was have my old Walgreens forward my RXs, but noooooo... he moved them to walmart. Big mistake. As soon as his eyes weft my cyber fingers, I changed everything back. They were horrible and I am extremely happy I changed them back plus I watched his fas as he had to pickup my scripts at Walmart.. .. .. .. ..very angry.I love my Walgreens. I can leave my house and take it with me....best app ever.Judi

Staff does not know their stuff. Called looking for a particular item. They confirmed g the at they had it but when I got there nope. It you don’t know what something is don’t just guess.
