We were sold Level 7 Quartzite which we later discovered was Level 3 soft Marble prone to problems. Scratched, stained and marred just weeks after installation. Other contractors say its the worst seam work and installation they have ever seen. Owner ignored making any corrections for past 2 years, even when threatening a lawsuit. We suspect the contractor may be in collusion, helping to sell sub-standard materials at elevated prices. Their website changed during this debacle and no longer promotes these items. They also removed their phone number from the website (as of Sept 2020) and it says contact your contractor. Ricardo and his associates are very good at sales. Youve been warned from our mistake to steer clear of this business. Caveat Emptor.

We had a very good experience at Custom Granite Place! We picked out a slab of granite and Jacqueline called us and let us know that they didn’t have enough to take care of our order, but that they were expecting to get some in soon. She called me every couple of days to let me know that they hadn’t received it yet, and after a couple of weeks, she was nice enough to give us a name of another granite place that we might be able to find what we were wanting! We did find some quartz and she was so nice and helped us by telling us that we didn’t need more than 1 slab of the quartz because it was much larger than the slab of granite!Thank you Jacqueline, for you help and patience with us! We appreciate you and your helpful attitude!

They had a big selection and the price was very good. I spend several weeks looking at many places and I kept coming back to here. They came pretty quick and did a very good job. I will definitely recommend to everyone.

The granite was beautiful and the price was excellent. However the fabrication and installation were inferior. After several attempts to repair it they finally said they werent coming back and wish theyd never had us as customers. We hired a third-party to repair it who said it was the worst seam he had ever seen. Later we found several other errors which they had repaired and not told us about

I been to couple places and had bad experience. They made appts but never show up or never call me back. I like this place cuz they are very honest, good team. I went to their place on Sat and they got their job done by Wednesday very nice job. One thing I like about them is on time. I highly recommend them. Thanks Jackie for been very patient with me.

This was a grest experience from begining to end. They showed us the granite in our price range, we picked a beautiful color. They came out the next day and measured. Two days later they removed my old formica and installed my gorgeous granite. The work men were courteous and answered all our questions and even corrected our estimate of the sq ft we needed. Very honest group! Thank all of you from the girls in the office to the installers! Great job!

I love my granite countertop. I went to their showroom looked at the colours of granite got a quote. In 2 days they came out to measure and 2 days later installed my countertop and undermount sink. Very professional and reasonably priced. The best price in the DFW area that I found.Thanks for a hassle free experience.
