I had to translate for my mother when I was here to talk to Linda as my mother doesn’t speak English. And to be honest, the service and the tone of voice made me quite uncomfortable. I don’t expect you to be happy and joyful all the time but can you at least be respectful? We may not have the best knowledge about the whole tax refund stuff but we’re not idiots.

The staff is pretty nice. The place is easy to find. I buy some handbags and they refund me tax by cash. It is good experience. Lol. BTW they need passport and receipt and handbags to check.
