Erin was amazing! As soon as I came in, she greeted me warmly and asked if I needed any help. She helped me find the perfect leotard that accomadated my fit and preferences. She was also knowledgeable in finding the right shade and length of tights and matching canvas shoes. Overall, a great experience and I will be a returning customer!

No matter the size of a store, men should have more in a dance store than just dance belts and tights. It feels like were getting the short end of the stick here, and Im offended and disappointed that it has been this consistent throughout my dance career. It is 2019, how can a company so well known in the dance community offer so little to half of its customers? I wonder why young males are perplexed and uncertain of the potential dance can have in their lives, maybe because when they see a dance store (for professional dancers, not professional females) with such a drastic offset ratio of products for males and females, it can be disheartening. No offense to the employees that work here, but Im about done giving Capezio my services, loyalty or respect.

Great place for taking photos of people going in and out of the store.... Just kidding. I must have been waiting in the parking lot to pick up a friend, and google tagged me at this place. So 5 stars for being a clean store.

This is the best Dance store we shopped at in the last 8 yrs! Such a great selection and the customer service was fantastic. We are from Oklahoma and stop by on our way back from vacation and though we are 4hrs away from Dallas we will return for future dance attire and accessories.

Great experience today. My wife went in to outfit our teenage daughter for a 10 day dance intensive this summer. Kathleen was amazing -- they had everything in stock -- Kathleen had various ideas that saved us both time and money. Will definitely be back.

Im guessing this is just a reoccurring trend here at Capezio where the manager does none of the work and gentleman outside is doing most of it. I had gone last Monday and was meet with the same situation as the other reviewers on here with total lack of professionalism from the manager did not see her helping him at all even though it was packed. Personally Im giving that young man a 5 out 5 for his hard work and professionalism, however, the same cannot be said about his boss.

Capezio is by far the best dance store I’ve ever been to! We are from out of town and this is my daughters favorite place to stop when we are in Dallas. The store manager Taylor and her team are always amazing and help us to find everything we need!

Capezio Dallas is amazing! If you need tap shoes, go see Hope! She is so knowledgeable and will bend over backwards to make sure you get the perfect shoes! I love sending my students to this location, as they have a great selection of shoes and other dance wear and they have the best customer service of any dance shop in the metroplex... hands down!

Staff is very knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Make an appointment for fittings though if possible. Had to wait about 30 min for some assistance. It was worth it in the end though!

I went to this store on Saturday (1/5/19)based off of recommendations, however, I wish I hadnt. When I went I needed some help with a few items however there was only ONE!!! Employee working at the store and he was helping out like 4 or 5 other people at the same time. I waited a good amount of time hoping another employee or the manager would come to help him out but no one ever showed. I waited 15min no help from any of the other employees!! I know other employees were there because I could hear them chatting and laughing in a back room. If I could give some advice to mgmt dont lock yourself in an office all day while you have only one employee managing the front. I will make it a point to let everyone that I know not to shop here. If I could I would give the establishment 0 stars.

Worst customer service ever experienced! The entire store shuts down and locks up before the posted closing time of 6 pm. I was there 10 minutes prior to close ...myself and another customer were locked out. When I was finally allowed in, to get a dance skirt for my 4 year old, I was treated like a complete inconvenience by Hope the store manager.

The staffs are so nice and helpful. It only took us 10 minutes to find the tights we need. Awesome!

The staff and the owner are what make this place amazing. My daughter’s dance academy requires flesh toned ballet shoes. Yet there’s only 2 places in the DFW metroplex that carry them in store - Sandy’s Dancewear and Capezio. 2 weeks before my daughter’s first ballet class, I ordered mocha colored ballet shoes with Sandy’s Dancewear (huge mistake!!). Well, the shoes never came in, and the store manager didn’t bother to let me know until the morning before my daughter’s first class. I was now in a bind. I went to Capezio and explained the problem. The staff and owner (Hope) were amazingly helpful and sweet. They didn’t have exactly what I needed in store at the time, but they were able to get me something that would work for her first class and also ordered the right shoe to arrive in time for her second class. This store has earned my business for life. Do business with Capezio! Avoid Sandy’s Dancewear like the plague!

When you buy a product Capezio for whatever source you should be able to exchange the product wherever... Especially since the store recieved credit for the sale... After contacting the headquaters they even advised that the local store should assist with any exchanges!!! The women whom answered the phone was not sure if I was able to exchange she then spoke with a manager and they advised her this it could be done. It seems Capezio has some form of brake down in what can and cannot happen. The product is good but I can tell you I will not be buying this product again simply because of the Service...
