Love, love this place! Im from Atlanta and I followed my nose to this hole on the wall donut shop! I was overwhelmed by the choices and went for the jalapeño sausage roll! Amazing! Ill be back tomorrow!The owner was super sweet too!!!!

Great hole in the wall joint, perfect place to stop in the morning for coffee and a cinnamon bun and on your way out any recreational drug of your choosing thanks to the splendidly kind folk loitering in the front. Hallelujah praise Allah

Wow since moving to west end and getting rid of my car Downtown Dallas has been fun to explore but finding this donut store has been a peak! I come back simply for the flavor the Bulgarian filled donuts and to say good morning to owner!!

Considering the pandemic, this place has kept most favorites and always fresh, made day of. Customer service can vary depending who helping you. Doug is owner who tries to accommodate all customers!!

Wow what a surprise to come in today and some has special custom Kronurts covered in frosting and strawberries 🍓 made just forMe. I’ve never tasted anything more decadent.

The staff work well with the customer and their donuts are good, but could use more flavorings like in the chocolate donuts.

This place has the best homemade donuts in the world.I would actually drive from PrestonHollow/Walnut hill area just purchase their famous Cinnamon Roll.They make large,with lots Cinnamon and butter that taste so good.And not to mention other items that one can chow down that happens to be healthy.They have this breakfast thing that is square with spinach,which is my favorite.And they not only make fresh donuts,they specialize in Breakfast On The Go everything is good...

Great donuts for a great price! Our staff loves Donut Palace because it is one of the only donut shops in downtown Dallas that will deliver right to your door. Our donuts were fresh, warm, and fully intact. The delivery man was polite and friendly and even festively sported a Santa hat for the holiday season. We will be ordering from here again!

I had the Apple Fritter, and it was soooo good! Moist on the inside, crispy on the outside, just like a fritter should be! I will be a return customer when I travel to Dallas again, even if I have to go out of my way to get there!

Really homely donut shop! I come through downtown Dallas often and this was my first time coming in here. I think its safe to say Ill be a frequent visitor.

Donuts where overcooked not sure how long it was sitting their, it was dry and wasnt good. I order a dozen donut holes and one glazed donut I came early around 5.

There was fast, efficient, and courteous service. Food is similar to a place in San Francisco I liked.

Donuts was good, just the customers was a little snobbish do to them being University Park residents, and me a blue collar passing through. Wasnt to welcoming.

You will not be disappointed in the menu and service.

Donuts are O k.for downtown train convenience.But that female so called mgr. needs some refresher training on customer service skills. Mistreating patrons makes a business lose money.
