I came specifically for a funnel cake. I had a major craving after seeing a pic online lol. I wanted to try everything but toppings are apparently $1 each regardless of portion. I asked for a half and half - strawberries and whipped cream on one side and caramel and pecan on the other side. The caramel and pecan was amazing - sooo delish!. The strawberries, I assume had been heated or sitting out somewhere so I tossed them as soon as I got home - cant risk getting sick. Overall, the funnel cake was pretty good and I definitely recommend the caramel and pecan or the simple powered sugar 😊. The wait time was 3-5 minutes, so it wasnt too long. I will return when the craving returns lol

I asked them to remake my sno cone because it didn’t taste right and he told me he reused the same cup, just dumped out the previous contents and refilled it. The manager didn’t seem to realize that he had violated a series of health codes….I’ve come here for years and this was the first time I’ve ever asked them to remake a sno cone. Quality of service has gone down tremendously so much so that in previous visits, other customers speculated that ownership had changed. When I asked today if that was the case, I was surprised to hear him say “no”. I used to enjoy sno cones so much that I travel here from Downtown. What a wasted trip today!

All I can say is yikes.Watered down snowcone syrup.Stank attitudes and atmosphere to matchThe only pleasantry was the young man at the register. Very kind!

In my 25 years of living I’ve never been dissatisfied with this place until recently. I ordered my usual but it came with a surprise as I was not wearing sparkly blue nails nor was anyone I was with. When we called to make the young lady aware that she lost her nail in my snow cone we received nothing but attitude from the young man on the phone. I am beyond disappointed

All the food is fresh, the snow cones are made really well with lot of flavor and the employees are very nice and respectful. I enjoyed my time there and it’s worth every second of the day to go get either some delicious food or snow cones:)

If I could give 0 stars I would. The service is horrible. They switch my order up with another customer by mistake, and stated they would remake them. Well they actually took the wrong order back, sat them down took other orders had us waiting another 30 minutes and gave us the initial same shaved ice they took back from the other customers who came back from their car with them. Do they not know theres a whole pandemic going on. And also cross contamination shouldve triggered in someones brain cells. They charged me $10 for 2 small ices and a large one and stated its because the machine charges extra for debit and credit cards and the cup holder costs as well. I will not be wasting any more time with this location, its always something.

Great, kind, professional sweet spirited ladies took my order..So nice to see young African American ladies working with smiles, grace and sweetness..Order was on point..Our funnel cake was crunchy on the outside and perfect cakiness( new word😉)--on the inside....It had to be this way to hold the powdered sugar ( measured to perfection as well)..The coconut shaved ice( NOT tooo sugar sweet..Just YUMMER)--- complimented the funnel cake well...My daughter look towards the back and noticed how clean the place looked..A very diversed crew were mopping and keeping the place clean😁....This little shop was ran with finesse, care and genuine customer service...2 enthusiastic thumbs👍👍up..Shaved ice and Funnel Cake #1, keep up the great work..!Well certainly be back!!

Funnel cakes are good and filling. Nacho cheese with chilly and jalapeños was allright. I feel like the chilly could’ve use a bit more meat it was more sauce than meat but overall good. Prices are good too.

Service is OK. Snow cones could be better maybe because I came when you guys were closing? Well 15 mins before that but still & I ordered a funnel cake and it was soft throughout wasn’t melt in your mouth bite worthy just soft and flimsy. Not worth the price and for what I ordered of the two snow cones, they both were flavorless and not original. Didn’t taste must like a snow cone either had to wait for the juice to settle way after the ice melted and mushed down.

Love visiting this place with the little ones. Funnel cakes and snow cones are as good as the state fair but much more affordable. Must visit

Well this place is good and the prices are reasonable for the snow cones. I have never tried anything other than the snow cones, so I cannot speak on the other foods they have here. The only problem I have is this girl that works here always looks at me funny and I have a problem with that. I smile through it because its what I have to do. I cannot let other people get under my skin like that. Despite her funky attitude, I will give them their proper credit. They deserve five stars because of those snow cones. I have only tried about four flavors, but they did not disappoint. You guys have to try them. They do have long lines sometimes, but they are fast. They sell hot wings, my cousin said they were good. They have nachos, I guess I will try them next. Let me shut up, you just have to try them out.

I thought this was a family place to get a good dessert But not no more. There Is this one African-American young lady in the window twerking and dancing like she’s at a strip club. That is not professional and I will not be coming back.

We stood there for 35 minutes and they took to long and at the end they ended cursing at us only because we told them that they were taking to long with the order. After 20 minutes we told them they were taking to long so we told them we wanted are money back and they cursed at us telling us that they were almost ready. They cursed infront of my little brother and after we left he told me that they were cusing and i had to say sorry to him because of their behavior. The food is delicious but the service is horrible

I orded a medium mixed 2 flavored snow cone. The young lady that took my order didnt pay attention to what I orded and to make a long story short I was charge for 2 snow cones. I will never pratron that establishment again. That business has young non professional working working there.
