Good, not great. The place is cute and very clean and the window to see them making the donuts is nice but the donuts and kolaches are just okay. For the price they are high but they have a notice that explains they had to raise prices. The ham and cheese wasnt what I was expecting, but still pretty good. Coffee was nice and the staff was friendly even with the window being pretty busy. Sat inside to eat and it was nice.

I came here last week. This is the worst Shipley ever. This place has new owners. The cashiers is really rude! She needs learn customer service skills.The donuts are not as good as they used to be. They seem not well done. They don’t have all the donuts available. This place does look clean but who knows how it is in my kitchen..I will never shop here. I rather drive a little further for good customer service.

Was in the drive thru for 2 minutes without anyone taking my order, the Kolaches have wayy too much dough now I even had to take some bread off by hand in order to eat it, this location has gone downhill...

I ordered shipleys through uber eats and it was so disappointing. I ordered cherry donuts, and normally theyre so amazing. Ive never ordered from this location but I wont be doing that again. The donuts themselves were stale and greasy, Im not sure why they were stale but oh well. The actual problem for me was the icing, as I stated I got cherry. It was more like butter with red food coloring. There was absolutely no trace of cherry, they were also very sloppily iced. Im not sure how that happens and I know that sounds weird but it was like very thick in one area and completely bare in the other area. I threw away the donut . 3 stars because I did receive a refund. Had I not, it definitely would have been a 1 star.

I absolutely love Shipley’s however the customer service is by far the worst. Maybe they aren’t morning people. The McDonalds next door is better if that says anything.

Good food, TERRIBLE customer service. The person running the window had no business running it. Can we get one d fashioned? Whats and old fashioned to you? Nevermind,Raspberry filled? We dont have that what kind of filled do you have? Hold on.... we have blah blah and raspberry ok, give me one of those. Can I have a Large Coke? What kind? What do you mean, what kind? Sprite, Dr Pepper, Coca Cola .. uh... Coca-Cola.

Everyone at our table was glad to be there. The staff was very sociable and kind. Menu is similar to a restaurant in El Paso I loved.

It is an okay Shipley but it could be better. This is the only Shipley, I am not fond to.

Fake/synthetic fillings on the sweet donuts. fake cheese and lower grade ingredients for their Kolaches as well.

Service is always prompt even when they have a full house. this place has a nice atmosphere.

Donuts and kolaches were cold, bread was tough, cheese wasnt fully melted in the kolaches, awkward area for the drive through that blocks flow of traffic for the lobby customers.

Love their sausage rolls! The donuts are good to but I usually dont get them. This store was clean and nicely laid out. Employees were polite and friendly, the drive through was a little slow but it was a really long line and there were a lot of people inside also. Will definitely return in the future for more sausage rolls!

Love the donuts but...why are there 8 coke zeros in the fridge that expired in early October? I’ve been waiting 6 weeks to see the new Coke Zero sugar to arrive at this location. Are they buying the discounted stuff from Sams? What food or ingredients are in the back that they are using that are two months old?

Cake donuts a bit too heavy and sweet, but a solid donut. Kolaches are Texas style - only meat & cheese and shaped like cigars. Good breakfast snack. __ Drive-thru is a big plus.

Its been a while since we Ive yto this location, its has great service and drive thru is nice. Donuts are great but the kolaches are a little off. Bread toto me ratio is off and mine was a little over cooked.. overall tho it was okay and Id come back.

The three stars is from carrying the Shipleys name. The kolaches arent as fluffy as normal Shipleys and the plain glazed donuts have a dense, soapy flavor. Not impressed.

If you go at 7:30 or 10:30, doesnt make a difference. No sausage and cheese kolaches. We went this morning at 9:30 and no kolaches or donut holes. No point in going if you cant get what you love.

My favorite local donut shop. Blows away over glazed and ultra sugary Krispy kreme in my opinion. The staff can be a little dopey at times but if you are patient youll get your right order. They run out soon, so get there early unless you want the scraps.

Rude was treated like I was asking for something for free.My bill was 6.84 and the man at counter charged men and handed me the receipt then I was told to wait he needed to charge me again because it didnt go thru but this time he says card is declined.I find that ridiculous but I said thats fine I left and went elsewhere and purchased breakfast.with no problem with my cc.
