Rented a power washer and rug doctor. Power washer didn’t work and when we returned the rug doctor, there was “minor sediment” in the catch basin. The manager gave a rude attitude while trying to charge a $25 cleaning fee instead of literally just turning the basin over to let the sediment fall out. Incredibly disrespectful, going to Lowe’s here on out.
