I was unable to even find my product or place an order because the representative was more interested in being the Covid police than trying to assist me.In spite of the fact that the governors order only requires masks when six feet of distancing is impossible, we were held outside in 90 degree heat when only two people were occupying the 1000 sq ft showroom.In spite of the fact that between us was at least six feet, two oversized computer screens, a large plexiglass screen, and the fact that I explained that I could not speak with my mask on, the representative refused to serve me.Highly unsatisfactory. My business goes elsewhere!!

Will never work with Grainger ever again!!!! They keep messing up on my order they ordered all the wrong parts in all the wrong sizes. The only good thing I can say about them is they have everything. But pleased double check what they order for you case most likely it will be in the wrong size! There team of experts didn’t know what I was talking about when I was there. When they said all the stuff I need to complete a project was included I was very upset when half the stuff i needed was not ordered!
