I bought a product at the store and tested the product together with the seller. When the battery ran out and I went to try to recharge and noticed that I never charged the battery. just flashing lights. I came back the same day, however, the seller told me that he would not have authorization to exchange the product and that I should return the next day when someone authorized was in the store to exchange it. I went back there and a woman said that she would not change the product because the time for the purchase would have passed. That is, they use this argument to avoid exchanging the product. I dont recommend this stores business.

The reason I support Holy Smoke Dallas is trifold. The specialist I most like to work with is Dai*. She is very polite, knowledgeable, and gives great recommendations on the product selection. The store is also clean, convenient to my daily route, and easy to park and get in and out of. The amount and range of flavors for CBD and nicotine vape devices and liquids is very full.

Joe was super knowledgeable about every question we had and really patient(I ask a lot of questions). He helped us figure out which mod was gonna be best for what we wanted! Got some juice as well I’m really excited to try! Def recommend.

Avoid this vape shop. Went in today for a new coil and tank and told the employee my concern and what I was looking for. Then he proceeds to give me false information that I know was not true about coil performance. Since I live down the street I went home and grabbed previous coils purchased that proved what employee said was completely false. Since it clearly said on the coils what the best temp range is which was well beyond his false claims. This guy was a total unprofessional. Then the employee starts getting an attitude and becoming argumentative. Will not be going back here ever again. So I left and went down the street to another vape shop and was in and out in 5 minutes with my purchase.

This place is awesome! Came in really just looking for answers about CBD and If I can use it. Morgan answered ever question I had. I also got to try out some CBD products. The coffee was really good, and his prices were really good as well. Definitely coming back.

I’ve had an awesome experience at this store with my first vapor ever. The stuff were very honest and helpful. They helped finding my first vapor ever. The greatest part was when the AM asked me if I have cigarettes on me and I said yes. He took my pack of cigarettes and cut it in half’s and gave me 20% off my order. Although I was impressed and decided on 4, once I was rung up, I decided to put 3 back because theyre just too expensive. Today is literally the 4th time I have walked in and walked out unsatisfied. I love this place. But, Morgan has never been helpful to me. They have an awesome bowl of juices on sale. He never fills it.. it always has maybe 6 in there when he works. When I ask, he says there are no more (I know where they are and know it’s a lie). I’m confused why he won’t help me with what I came to get. I buy maybe 8 at a time. It’s THE REASON I go to this place. Not sure I’ll come back.

ZACK IS WACK BRING CAM BACK!!!My wife and I have been going to this store for over 3 years. This has been our first and only vape store. We have been customers before Morgan was the manager. Prior to Zack becoming the manager we have had no complaints! Morgan and Cam treated us like the regular customers we were! Went above and beyond and to be honest the reason we have remained loyal customers. However, ever since Zack was hired on as manager instead of Cam, we have had constant issues. Zack has broken our equipment. My wife has had the same vape since our first purchase and he broke it!!! The particular vape she had was no longer available. Zack has broken 2-3 other tanks as well. He sold us incomplete kits despite us attempting to inform him. His lack of knowledge and importance on sales has cost you very loyal customers that brings you sales. I please ask the owner to look up our receipts and see the price we have been charged for a battery of at all!!! Today we went in to purchase an entire kit and we have never paid more than $5 for the battery if we pay at all and Zack charged us $12 for the battery. Clearly it was an attempt to hit his sale goal. As customers who come in and have purchased 4 kits in the last 2 months and spend about $75 a week, we can no longer remain to loyal to a business who has gotten rid of the employees whom value customer service over sales. I guarantee that if you had better customer service the sales would come. After over 3 years of only going to this 1 vape store everything we are in search of a new place. If anyone has any suggestions please let us know!!ZACK IS WACK BRING CAM BACK!!!!!

Everything about this place is great. Prices on hardware are pretty close across the board no matter where you go but the service at Vapor Galleria is incredible! They have a great inventory of both hardware and juice. All quality stuff. If you are a long time vapor or just a beginner, I strongly suggest you try this place out. You will not be disappointed! I have been vaping for over a 1 1/2 years now. I have tried a lot of different liquids sold by various stores. Vapor Galleria off Frankford Rd is by far the best. They have lots of flavor choices and the quality of the liquid is awesome. It doesnt burn fast and doesnt hurt your throat like many others out there do. Great selection and a very friendly and helpful staff.
