Steven was by far the rudest individual I have ever tried to work with. We are builders and ALWAYS buy from manufactures to keep cost down for our clients, but he had no desire and hung up on me. Go elsewhere.

Picked up products for a job. They are always cool..

I asked for a price on a pair of .225 x 2 x 35 and two 18 struts (2). I was quoted $39 PER SPRING and $22 PER STRUT. Their end price to me was $139 and change. When I told them that we usually get those parts for just over half that, she asked, well do you want em or not? Nope! Wayne Dalton of Irving was 6 miles down the road and the final bill was $92.69. That wasnt the first time we have had price and arrogant attitude issues from this location. Yalls products dont warrant that kind of pricing confidence.
