The technician came earlier than I expected and did such a great job. One of the options were to replace the garage door but I wasn’t quite ready to do it at this time. Cameron, the technician, made the necessary repairs. He checked cable, roller, the hinges to make sure that all the components run smoothly. The door works great. Excellent garage door company. Sean was very knowledgeable and his work is professional. I liked the fact that Sean gives it to you straight and not a salesman trying to up-charge you for something you dont really need. They were very fast on their service and the best part is that they stand behind their work. Had service back in August of 2020 and called about an issue and they came out the same day. I would highly recommend this company and especially Sean.

Our automatic garage door broke the night before. I couldn’t even manually close it as it was off the tracks and a cable broke. So our garage was open overnight andthis morning. On the coldest day on record in Dallas 1 degree and a lot of snow and ice on the ground and roads I called 3 companies that said due to weather they may be able to get out by Friday or Saturday.I called Supreme Garage Door at 9am and before 10am a very nice technician named HENRY was at my front door and was able to fix our door, lubricate it well, tighten all the bracketsWithin 90 minutes.1 degree and terrible conditions and Henry was out in the elements to fix our door.Fantastic service and great work.Would highly recommend Supreme Garage Door to anyone.

The tech arrived early, after calling to see if that was OK. He performed a new installation quickly and competently, finishing about 2 hours after he got there, including performing maintenance on the rollers. He was pleasant and professional, as well as technically skilled. Nice job!

Great experience today. Tech’s called before coming, fixed the issue on the spot, recommended valid repairs and updates but did not pressure me at all. Honest, timely, polite, and generous. Did not charge me a thing to look at everything and adjust the sensors! Will definitely be a repeat customer. Use these guys.
