I had the torsion spring break right away this morning, so my car was basically stuck in my garage. I called and a service technician was out within about an hour, and 45 minutes after he got here it was good as new. He was very helpful and letting me know about maintenance which was never done on the garage before to extend the life of everything, as well as looked over the overhead system as a whole. While you never want unexpected things like this to happen, this was about a stress free and quick of a turnaround to get it fixed as I could have hoped for.
