Just left and had the best experience. I forgot the man who served us but he was so sweet, happy and animated with my sons first purchase. We absolutely loved him and the store. We made a bear spiderman and my son is over the moon. Great customer service and such a fun experience. Thank you

The cashier was awful. Wouldn’t let my friend who works at a different location get one sentence in, she was trying to ask if she could get an employee discount because she works at another store. Absolutely appalled at her behavior, was really rude to me and my friend group. Don’t recommend here.

Too crowded and employees standing around and only one person who was working on stuffing the animals while there was a HUGE line. Not a pleasant experience.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this location. The last time I came to this location was in 2018 when my daughter was two. We got her two bears and had a great experience. Fast forward to June 2021 and the experience as been less than pleasant. First, my daughter wasnt able to participate in building the bear. Which Im not sure if this is something new but when she was 2 they actually let her stuff the bear with their machine. Not a big deal. Right? Well I got home only to discover they charged me for a box that I didnt ask for nor did my daughter want (she carried her box out). I called and the manager Rebecca rather than listen continued to apologize only that apology came with interrupting me and not listening to a word I was saying. The very next day there is stuffing from the bear all over the car and I see the sticthing has come undone. So I called the store and AGAIN got the unpleasant chance of speaking with Rebecca who again rather than let me speak continued to talk over me. Which was very annoying. She wasnt rude with her words she just simply wouldnt allow me to speak. I wont be returning to this location, Ill also be calling corporate in the morning to settle this.

Needed to return a bear I got online and Tony was excellent and sweet helping me out. Wish there were more bears in stock at the time but will be back when a new shipment comes in!

My daughter was so happy with her new build a bear. Staff was friendly and the store was neat and organized. Even came back and buy her bear a new outfit🐻

All the associates at this store were definitely giving their 100%! Definitely casting for every child and making the pandemic a bit safer. They were cleaning while being friendly.

Extremely disappointed with my experience here. Its a Sunday afternoon-- a rather busy day I suppose for the store. I go in, and I see disorganization manifest itself in every way possible. The clothes and accessories are in disarray, tons of people in ambiguous lines, and workers not even bothering to greet customers or show any kind of spirit. My entire family is visiting just to help our 4 year old sister create her first bear. I decide to wait in line for the stuffing as they help her select her bear since I can tell itll take awhile. 15 minutes waiting in line my family joins me. A woman behind me decides instead of confronting us directly to tell a worker that we just cut in line. Instead of politely clarifying the situation, the worker rudely started yelling IN MY FACE IN FRONT OF MY SISTER about how the line is over there. so you can wait there. I proceed to defend myself about how I had been waiting this entire time in place of my family and that we were only getting one bear anyways, so I didnt see why it was necessary to move to the end. The worker became even more rude and condescending with her facial expressions telling me that fine. Ill let you stand here okay? as if she was doing me some kind of favor because I had broken the rules. How ridiculous. For a place thats meant to be where best friends are made the workers have yet to internalize and represent that in their service.

They were opened during the Pandemic, so decided to go today. The two employees were excellent and very helpful. They maintained 6 feet away from us, so that was good.

We got all the way here with 2 excited kids all to fond out the store was closed bc someone got covid. The website and automated system said it was open. Unbelievable

We went here for my sons birthday .l like that you are able to personalize and even name the bear that you create. In addition, you can choose from a variety of stuffed animals and purchase the sound or voice of your choice a d clothing to dress your purchase.This was our second visit to build a bear.

It was a great experience! Near closing time of the mall, the staff still made us a Eevee bear and gave us song throughout the process. It was pretty dope Id recommend for any one looking to build a bear to come through on this location!

They took forever to help us to get the bear stuffed and let someone else go in front of us...

Great bears. Not much else to say about that...they have star wars bears too. Thats also fun.

My husband got a bear and was not aware of the BOGO sale so he called the next Day and asked if he could go back and get the second for $10, they said yes. We get there and they tell us we not only needed the receipt but the bear too! Why?!?? The bear has no tags! It’s not like we printed out the receipt ourselves or if we already took advantage on the deal because it would show on the RECEIPT! Manager was not friendly at all!

Fun place but pricey. Every little add on means more money you spend. A $25 bear turns into $50 very quickly.

They have bears that start at $12 w/o clothes...However, Thursday is their pay your age day for any bear you want...and, some come with clothes and or appears already dressed or decorated. Its spacious and clean.

If I could have given this place a zero stars I would have. They are so racists here justa because I was Mexican . The costumer service is trash . I would not recommend coming here at all . Aka my bear was not stuffed with love)

We were sad to be too late on Pay Your Age Day, but we did get a coupon and everyone was very organised. I wish we had seen the note about only 500 people getting a bear. However we will be going back.

Great experience here for my 2 year old daughters1st time coming she absolutely loved it.

The shop is great, I just hate taking my kids in it because its not cheap by any means and those accessories my kids just have to have can add up to a 60 or 70 stuffed animal easily.

I had never been in this store before I had children, but its so cute and my son loves his BAB.
