WOW! I had always wanted to visit the one in New York City, but never had the chance. We found out about this one in Dallas and just had to go! customer service was exceptional and every employee was so willing to go above and beyond to help us. you can watch the pasta and the bread being made. everything is made from scratch in house. we had the Roman pizza, which was amazing! (and I grew up in NY so I know my pizza!) we also tried to gelato - also very good. they have a great wine selection, Cheese selection, Butcher with dry aged and fresh cut meat, fresh seafood, fresh pasta, House made mozzarella, and so much more! you can buy loaves of fresh bread and pastries. definitely go check this place out!
There was a great experience for me.I love Italian food and I ate one of the best here.Unfortunately, I cant remember the appetizer name but It was something made with tomatoes and the test was good and simple. The pesto pasta was perfect and fresh.Another pasta with pork was delicious.About the tray, I must say everything inside were delicious. Also, I tried the olive mix and I liked most of them.
Theres stuff here thats marked up at least 200%. That being said, I do like this place a lot. It seems theyre able to pay their employees well and maintain high quality products. Id recommend you avoid buying anything made and packaged outside the store. What they make in house is delicious and the place smells yummy.
So many great products from Italy! It was very busy on the weekend. We ate at one of the restaurants, and the food was very good. It is a bit on the expensive side. And after shopping for a while had adorable miniature pastries and coffee at the coffee bar. They have a great variety of cheeses. Would definitely go back again, but preferably during the week.
Great selection of produce, pasta, olive oil, wine, and snacks. Even better are the fresh cheeses, meats and breads that they offer tastings of throughout the store. Theres plenty of options for dining in also from pizza to pastas. I placed a to go order from the restaurant, shopped and then my food was ready when I was done. Great selection, food and experience!
Everything Italian and more. Large selection of fresh pastas, veggies, cheeses, olive oil, spices, meats, wines and more! Take home or enjoy selections there. Several restaurants, casual eating space in the middle, counter seating too. Fun to look around. So many options! Definitely try some of the fresh pastas!
First time coming in and was very impressed with the selection of items you can buy here. Hand made pasta was very cool to see! As far as the food, looked pretty basic. Had some tomato basil and it tasted just like marinara sauce. Would pick Jimmy’s food store for eating over here. But I had a fun time looking around and buying some items.
My very first time to eat here. There is a fine menu here with a nice assortment of appetizers, main dishes from pasta to seafood and steaks. My first time to eat Wagyu beef steak. It was very well cooked medium. This is one of the higher priced steaks besides the more expensive Tomahawk steak. You can easily walk out of here for two people close to $200 and more with tip. It was a great place I really enjoyed it and I will hopefully come back there again.
A grocery store concept that you wont want to miss. It feels like youve literally been transported to a Italy. Little shops and specialized sections throughout the 3 story complex. I could have spent hours in there. If I lived in Dallas, I would get all my groceries there. I did stop to get lunch and had the Eggplant Parmigiano Pizza and it was delicious. Price very affordable. Less than $10 for my entire lunch including dessert. Do not miss this!
Early is AMAZING! What an incredible experience. Impromptu walk thru and then dinner for us. Bypassed the long wait by eating at the bar--which did not feel like being in a bar, but just another part of this amazing food heaven. Caution to Celiac customers--even though they can make things gluten free, there is NO protection against cross contamination. Thankfully, our waitress was very well trained. Salad with poached chicken, and salad with tuna plus added steak for us. Cant wait to go back! Enjoy! SW
Fantastic place for a casual eating and formal dining. The place is 3 floors. The bottom floor is a Lavazza coffee. The coffee was authentic Italian coffee and with cozy ambience. The 2nd floor is an European styleMarket with lots of European bread, food and wine to purchase. There is a fast food restaurant with subs / pizza / pastries. Finally 3rd floor is formal Italian restaurant. Excellent place to hangout.
We were there on a Saturday late afternoon/evening and it was packed. Place is very cool, what you would expect for an upscale grocery store. If you want to eat at any of the restaurants. Make. A. Reservation. The hostess at all three locations are not super friendly to those who dont have a reservation and expect to be sat. We had a reservation at Terra and were told there was no where we could sit and have a drink while we waited for our reservation (30 minutes) we got upstairs and there was a bar with no one sitting it at it.Terra was great, amazing dessert from the Eataly pastry case, including the cannoli station.
Eatly has so much to offer that there is no way to capture it all in one post. They have a grocery component where you can buy different products, restaurant style eating options, and a cafe that offers hot and ready to-go food. For the most part, things are reasonably priced, but I wouldnt buy the produce from here. Some of it wasnt fresh and produce that was good had way too high of a markup.Weekends are really busy so if you want a more relaxed experience, I recommend visiting during the week.
Such an awesome place to shop, hangout for coffee or enjoy a sweet treat, delicious lunch or dinner. What a great shopping experience. Great place to pick up the most beautiful and unique fresh flowers. Want to make a special dinner at home? Then this is a great place to pick up a great bottle of wine, cheese, pasta, seafood to veggies. Get cooking tips and the best ingredients to add flavor and pizazz. Bon appétit!
Help! I dont want to leave this place! Three levels of pure delight Italian style. Finally, authentic Italian bread and SO much more. If you are Italian or just love Italian food, this is a must visit.
Very nice and clean market. Lots of selections in all products. I wish the deli meats were fresh cut and not packaged like the other locations. It’s not the same. Ate at the cafe. We had several dishes. All were spectacular. Not the best combinations. Would expect past with meatballs. We had a good time and brought some from each department.
Hey everybody wanna let you know about Eataly Dallas. This small chain has I believe eight locations worldwide and I’ve been to the one in New York in the Flatiron District and it’s phenomenal. When you come to this Eataly it’s multi level and they have several different restaurants inside and so much product imported from Italy. You literally can spend hours in here and lose track of time, so slow down and soak in all that Eataly is because it can be mind bending in such a great way. You will be able to create a complete wonderful meal at home, or maybe a picnic, or to take over to family and friends, with countless options, from their pastas, to sauces to veggies, to deserts, to cheeses to meat including Wagyu. The amount of different authentic products is mine blowing. Dozens of pastas, sauces, etc., they also have fresh chefs cases for which ever direction you may be looking to go. A really extensive and nice, selection of various wines. You will have such a great time here and your stomach will be doing happy dances. You can check out the pictures. And you absolutely find some great deals on most anything, but you have to understand when you’re getting stuff from Italy the true authentic stuff it may cost a little bit more... but is sooo good and worth it. So do yourself, family, friends etc., a favor and go ahead and indulge for it’s worth the money. There are so many pastas so many sauces, fresh fruits and vegetables dairy, cheeses from all over the world but mainly from Italy cooking utensils, and everyone there is very knowledgeable and helpful. The restaurants are superb, everything I’ve ever tried from there has been spot on and I’ve never ever been disappointed. Go there and enjoy, I don’t know maybe even get a gift card and give someone a treat, they will totally enjoy it. Here’s to Eataly North Park, thank you so much for coming to DFW. Please go, you’ll be glad you did.
Always wanted to try it. Finally was able to taste the flavours of Italy.
Eataly - I might love you. 😄Thank you for bringing genuine Italian goods to Dallas! I only wish you were in DC, too.Our resident Italian gave us a culinary tour of Italy through your food, and it brought back beautiful memories of meeting his family there for the first time, along with being introduced to what will hopefully one day be future adventures there.Until then, you brought the culinary side of the adventure here! Thank you so much for the high quality and beautiful goods (and excellent customer service)!P.S. - his Italian mom and aunt send their approval and love from Asti!
Food was great no complaints ...waitstaff was attentive considering how busy it was they did a great job we would come back
Great food. Great Ambiance. Great service. What more could you ask for? ....oh and Great Drinks!
All the appitizers, sides of grilled acorn squash & brussel sprouts, & smoked honey clove chicken was moist & delictable!Dakota was our server with assists & couldnt have been more fun! Tiramisu was undescribable for a sweet ending.
Amazing. We’re very lucky to have this place in Dallas. You can’t compare it to locations in NYC in my opinion. For Dallas, it’s 5 stars and there’s nothing else like it here. If you compare to NYC Eatly, you may be disappointed
This place is gorgeously beautiful. Not sure why there are any negative reviews here. The grocery store is a place I’d like to explore more especially the Italian wine section. We had dinner on the roof top one Friday night and it was an amazing experience. The pasta was so tasty. Omg I have to come back here. If you haven’t been here, you need to make plans to visit.
No need to go to Italy! 😂 🤣 😅I come here often to enjoy, shop, and eat all about Italia!!🇮🇹 Authentic and the price is just right! Save me some jet lag and xtra travel expenses!Grazie Eataly!!!
The food was excellent and the place has everything. Pizza shop... cooking demos, restaurant, grocery. Italia
The decent grocery store! Nice grocery environment and high-quality foods, a little bit overpriced. But I pretty much love it back to New York City. So happy that Dallas is the first store in the southern. They have the best Italian dessert here, the pasta and the pizza are both good as well!
Everything was amazing!! From the service through the selection. 5 stars all the way around!
It’s an awesome place. They have awesome Milk products and other stuffs. It’s a little pricey compared to other general places.

The food was yummy but my noodles were a little chewy. The service was amazing and so kind. We even got a complimentary glass of wine for our anniversary. However, I do think the menu is a tad overpriced for how much you get. But it was a good experience overall!!
Be prepared to pay for water lol. paid $7 for water without being told. our first time here, and while the atmosphere is beautiful, i was surprised to see my entree was $40 after being handed the check. this was bc i asked our waiter about a certain pasta and he told me he would bring out something similar to what i described. ended up costing $40. (mind you it was literally spaghetti.) also felt rushed despite being early for our reservation.
One of my favorite places in Dallas 😩♥️♥️🙏🏻🙏🏻
Overall this place was greatly disappointing. Food was bland, pricey and service was disheveled to say the least. Was really hoping for this to be a hit like it was in Chicago but that was not the case. The restaurant is beautiful and Id say thats their only asset. Also having worked in Food service for a number of years, the restaurant was not THAT busy to be missing in service or put a 1.5 hour max on your table.
We finally had the chance to stop in on December 19, 2020 and WOW....we were very impressed by the huge selection of products, the lay-out of the store and the dining options within the facility! Eataly Dallas features wine, an extensive selection of gourmet cheeses, fresh fruits and vegetables, favorite Italian condiments, and bakery featuring fresh baked bread and pastries, salami, Prosciutto is an Italian dry-cured ham, a huge selection of Panettone, which is great by itself or with Italian coffee, and many other Italian favorites.
Eataly consist of all things Italian. Grocery, wine, meats, cheese, produce, bread, etc. I met a friend at the bar for a quick glass of wine and appetizer. They offer bar, table, restaurant and patio seating. The customer service is great!
Bellísimo, We had a rough start, but the food was to perfection. Mie scuse y Gratzi to our server for our misunderstanding and Gratzi to Sarah for taking the time to make it right, Gratzi to Adriana for being attentive. Service with a smile, it is always a pleasure. Noi torneremos
Eli, Chris and the men at the meat area made my shopping experience delightful. Kayla who was our wait person at the restaurant was a treasure. The food was a delicious experience so much so I had bring groceries home. Oh dont forget the bakery the Young lady who recommended the coffee cake and fruit tart was on point. It a delightful experience
The number of cakes I get here and interesting finds they have. I love their pastries at the bakery too! Lovely designs and they have restaurants inside if you’re hungry.
We had a wonderful experience at Eataly! The market had such a great selection of pastas, spices, olive oil, baked food, etc. We grabbed a few things and will definitely come back for more. The restaurant was wonderful! We went for lunch and did not have a reservation. We were immediately seated at the bar and were waited on by a very knowledgeable and friendly bartender. We ordered the charcuterie board, a salad and a few drinks. It was the perfect lunch for what we were looking for! I will definitely order the charcuterie board again.
Best food Ive had from a restaurant in a long time.Great quality food and fast service even though they were quite packed. My fish had a face on it, which was weird, but savory with the perfect texture.
Amazing selection of groceries. The food is amazing as well! Worth a trip!!!
Tried their $3.75 8-ounce (which is much smaller than a Starbucks Tall just for reference) latte. Nothing memorable but its a decent coffee. Had the chocolate bomboloni which Ive been wanting to try for ages and didnt know where to get. The options for pastries and breads were beautiful! Wish I hadnt blown money on the La Pizza La Pasta restaurant and instead spent it all to gather about 10 different things from the rest of Eataly. Wouldve been much more satisfying and worthy.
Foodie heaven. Buyer beware - youll spend too much if not careful but its worth it to get ingredients not available in a mass market like Kroger or similar. Youll find some items online but its going to be less to get it here. Check prices once you identify the stuff you love and keep going back. I cannot say enough good about the service and shopping 🛒 experience here. Top notch.
The food is impeccable, the staff are helpful, attentive and passionate about their cuisine. My wife and I love coming here.
Beautiful atmosphere...the food in the restaurant is MEH. Definitely not as fresh and small portions for big $$$, no salad and stingy with the sliced bread. Even if you are attached to Northpark you are still in a Mall!!! Pretentious at best. Might return to purchase fresh pasta but definitely not to eat.
Has everything you need from Italy! The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the cost seems a bit hit.
Am amazing place! A bit more than average on pricing, but its worth it. Ive bought prosciutto (my obsession), buffalo mozzarella, bread, pastries, and the cannolis!! The chantilly pastries are to die for. I ate those before I thought of a picture. I also ate at the restaurant la pizza la pasta and that was delicious! All around clean, organized, and amazing!
We dined at Terra inside Eataly at lunch for my birthday. What an incredible dining experience! The food was delicious and uniquely flavored. The wine selection was perfection. The ambiance is adorable--I cant wait for a meal on the patio in rhe spring!!! The service, however, was exquisite. Our server knew about every dish, made great wine recommendations, and painted a lovely picture of foods to try when we come for dinner. It was among the very best dining experiences Ive ever had and by far the best in Dallas.
Had a really great meal at the restaurant, and the market store was really fun and has a lot of variety.
I live in Conroe but any time Im in Dallas I have to make a trip. Great customer service very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Special thanks to the security guard that was there the day I visited she was so kind to my friend and her two boys.
We ate at the restaurant upstairs. Food was average at best. Staff was scattered as there was not enough servers, thus service was inadequate. Price of food was way more than it should be for the restaurant. I would save yourself time, money and frustration and go elsewhere.
Very cool place to come visit. The market area was huge with a worldwide selection at good prices. Im looking forward to coming back and trying their fresh pasta and have some coffee and desserts at their cafe.I ate at the Terra restaurant with some friends, and overall it was a very nice spot for a fancy dinner. Definitely make a reservation in advance, its generally pretty crowded. Between four people we split a bottle of wine and the Chefs Selection board, which had a great variety of cheeses and breads. For my entrée, I ordered the Tagliata di Manzo (Butchers Cut Steak), it was cooked perfectly medium-rare and the texture and flavor were perfect. My friends all enjoyed their entrees as well. The service was attentive and nice. We split the Terra for dessert, which although it was a good, it was a mistake to split between 4 people. Next time I would just go to their cafe and order dessert there. However I would definitely recommend this place as a spot to treat yourself to a nice dinner.
My dining experience this evening did not live up to the hype. I’m not sure if our server was having a rough night, but our order was not served for almost an hour and a half, and our apps were served VERY shortly before our meal once they pushed our order through due to delay. Our server never once checked on hour our meal was, which some of our meals were unpleasant. The manager apologized for the bad service and the food that we sent back. At the end of the meal, our server went out of her way to insult one of the guests at our table. I’m not sure what went wrong, and when it wrong, but it did. It will take a lot of convincing for me to dine there again. Sad face.
Two pasta dishes ordered were saltier than expected, but the calamari was perfectly cooked, and the calzone was super duper. Our server was outstanding, and the service in the store... five star. Check this place out, but go early, if possible. This place gets bumping busy real quick. Don’t count on a walk-in table for lunch or dinner. Reservations are definitely needed.
Loved Eataly. It was referred to us by relatives in Italy, and they were right. Such an immersive experience. Shopping, eating, so fun!
We enjoyed shopping at the store, did not dine. Lots of interesting foods to try and excited that they carry my favorite Italian mountain cheese. Only complaint at the store was some of the produce was visibly old and going bad -- quite unappealing. Otherwise a beautiful store and shopping experience.
I LOVED Eataly in Vegas! Thought it would be the same here, since the place is still new. Ordered 2 appetizers, 3 different types of pasta entrees, 2 desserts. All of the pastas tasted the same. No flavor :( only thing we loved was the tiramisu. $160 tab for bland food. That’s just disrespectful to the Eataly brand! So disappointed. However, the server was awesome on a busy night.
My date and I loved our time here. Service was good but they were busy. The food excellent. The best of the evening was our appetizer, cebollito e prosciutto. Her Tiramisu was fantastic. We never felt rushed, beautiful atmosphere.
Underwhelming and overpriced. The pasta at terra was cold and the bread so tough I almost broke my teeth. However, the staff working there is very nice and welcoming!
The best date night but long wait times for Terra restaurant. I found the online reservation process to be unnecessarily complicated so we decided to get on the wait-list in person...1 hour and 45 minute wait! But honestly, the time flew by as we perused the store. We ordered a half bottle of wine at the bar and sipped and shopped. We sampled the meats and cheeses, bought pastries, enjoyed a cappuccino at the cafe open til 9pm. It was honestly a freaking blast and a great way to spend date night instead of going to a movie. Eventually, we had dinner and it was DELICIOUS. Traditional Italian ravioli and spaghetti. They even asked if we wanted sparkling or flat water in true Italian fashion. Such an authentic experience but be prepared to wait for a while. But indulge, its such a great place to pass the time.
Really disappointed. Expected fine dining cuisine but only got the fine dining price. Service and food quality were disappointing. Lots of mall patrons there so it serves a clientele, but not in my opinion diners who are looking for a quality restaurant.
I absolutely dont eat fast food n buying items here for a few days on vacation I was able to enjoy the foods like if I was in Arthur Avenue in the Bronx.
Absolutely superb place to visit, shop, dine and explore. All things Italian is just the beginning. Fresh foods, packaged foods, prepared to order foods, imported, local, and sampling galore. Need charcuterie ideas? Unbelievable selection. Meats, cheeses, breads, spreads, and sideline treats for your board. Need some wine? Hundreds of regional Italian vintages that can pair with any event. Did I mention the three restaurants or food counters to dine at. A butcher counter. Fresh bakery and even a culinary classroom for eager novices like me.
Italian grocery store with some bars and restaurants inside. Great way to experience Italy without leaving Texas
Very disappointed. Service and quality of food. First time there and made a reservation, I did not know they had different restaurants, nor did I get, well this restaurant is this vs. This one or option to change. Server was less than informative. Will recommend other places to this one.
Smaller in size compared to other two locations I have visited, but all in all good. Great market, this time around the food was ok, not outstanding
Amazing steaks, expensive but very tasty. Overall worth it if you want to treat yourself.
The pasta was cold and so was the bread. They also charge $6 for water without telling me or explaining anything. The portions are also small and not worth it. don’t recommend.
Warning...Dont stand at the front of the store waiting for Uber. They dont like it 😂 Pasta was undercooked.... Everything else is on point. Very very clean!! OCD dream scene. Everything is in perfect order. One of the best merchandising layouts you will see.
I’m highly impressed and glad that Eataly has opened in Dallas. Beautiful massive place that’s a one stop shop - premium wines, italian desserts,Chocolates, desserts, bread, gelato. Freshly made cheese daily, fresh produce, cured meats, varieties of cheese, fresh farm eggs and milk, pasta, pizza and gastronomia !! WOW!! Lot of food options inside of the marketplace and also Upstairs is a pretty good restaurant called Terra. Slightly expensive as they are Alti Cibi - High quality food !! Love the experience! A must try ...
I went for restaurant week and this was my first stop. I had a 3 course meal and 2 glasses of vino for $39!! Food was excellent I loved the atmosphere and visited the Italian store and cafe that was also a part of the restaurant I highly recommend this place 🙂
Had dinner. The food was phenomenal. Its the same you can get in store but still delicious. Highly recommend.
Awesome and delicious, great customers service, lovely atmosphere.
We came for a Sunday lunch and had the price fix menu at the pasta bar. The service was knowledgeable and the food was delicious. Very fun to eat while watching the chefs make home made pasta.
Its been a long time since I had Italian food this good. Expensive, but so worth it.Loved the indoor/outdoor motif.
I love the concept. It’s beautiful. The food we had at la pizza la pasta was not that good. We made a reservation at la pizza la pasta and I ordered the calzone and my friend ordered the margarita pizza. Note, my friend doesn’t eat pork, and they do not have many non pork options. Both were ok. I ate it because we were hungry but I didn’t finish it and didn’t take it to go. My calzone was more bread then anything and toward the end it got soggy. The cocktails were great and so was the service. I won’t be back to the restaurant but I will visit Eataly again, It’s beautiful!! So many herbs, fresh pasta and the vibe was great. I honestly wish we would have just sat at the pasta bar and got pizza from the to go line. The pizza there looked more appetizing. Also we talked to a couple at the pasta bar and they raved how great it was. We should have eaten at the to ho pizza and pasta bar. I believe that would have been better.
AMAZING PLACE! So glad my husband found it ! Going back next Sunday!
Great place for lunch or upstairs for dinner. The wine selection is impressive. I had a glass of wine with the meal, loved it so much I bought a bottle to take home. Theres a nice selection of freshly baked breads, fresh pasta, and abundant cheeses. Fresh produce selection is small, but what they have is excellent and many items are organic.
Eataly is a special place serving authentic Italian cuisine in the heart of Dallas ar North park mall. They get pretty close to the “real deal” Italian good they serve in Italy. I had an excellent experience at their restaurant called “Terra.” I highly recommend visiting for some nice celebration or a nice meal out
Cafe Lavazza coffee was DIVINE. The gentlemen working the register is a standout in customer service. He excitedly explained the coffee options and we loved it.
Terrance had excellent food and is traditional Italian which puts a premium on sharing dishes. The octopus on skewers is not to be missed. Voth of the steaks are delicious as well.
I loved their pizza. The waiter told me they got the brick oven from Italy. Special pasta was ok. I dont think it was worth $36. I will go back for pizza and Italian goods. Only downside is $$$price.
Ordered Nicoise Salad, Capresi Salad, and a lasagna with meat sauce for take-out. We assumed it would be chef prepared but it was obviously from the shelves in the grocery store. I promise you I’m not exaggerating my low rating. Given the price and expectations this food was borderline inedible. Brown lettuce, canned tuna, mealy, disgusting tomatoes, not even one whole basil leaf, no red sauce in the lasagna, dry, flavorless meat sauce. Over $60 total. My wife characterized it as bad airport food, which I think insults the airport establishments. Needless to say that will be our one and only Eataly trial. Huge disappointment. Don’t be fooled by the fancy store. Save your money and/or support a local Italian restaurant.
I went here for a birthday party with friends for a fun and exciting food experience. Food was average, not too bad. the service was pretty bad as far as being attentive to us and coming back to ask what we got. we actually had to ask for our bills to pay for our meals. I would recommend a different place for Italian food.
Loved it! 1st time there. Great from scratch pasta!
This is an interesting spot. Its aesthetically very nice, extremely busy (with people and products) They have thousands of retail items that are highly over priced.. probably 1.5x to 2x the price if you bought them elsewhere. If youre seeking an overpriced wine bar or an overpriced restaurant in a MALL, then this is the place to go. haIn the second floor restaurant, the pasta bolognese was fairly good and the lasagna was decent at best. We got some other appetizer that was in a ball with a saffron taste.... couldnt taste any saffron at all and was extremely bland. If you expect more from an Italian restaurant aside from the cool look, this isnt the place to go. If you dont want to pay for overpriced foods, wine, etc.. this isnt the place to go. Its not TERRIBLE in quality at all, but a mediocre experience at best.
