Its not a bad place pretty friendly people overnight parking when you get there just back into a door let them know in the morning where youre at they will unload you let you know when paperworks ready and youre on your way

This place is not hard to find. Luckily I was the only truck there or the backing probably would have been challenging. Doable but limited space. Bathrooms are off limits to drivers. Not bad unloading time. The dock worker will break the seal and put a lock on your red air line. When you are done they will let you know then go get your paperwork. No overnight parking available and wouldnt take a chance on the street. Drive safe drivers

Small loading and unloading area, but friendly and quick. All together not a bad spot for deliveries.

I couldn’t believe I was at US cold storage. The people were friendly and I was actually unloaded very quick. Not the norm for this company

I wish I could give them 0 star because they have two restrooms and they are not letting you to use them! Why the heck you are building restrooms in check in and check out office if you are not letting anyone to use your restrooms!

This us cold storage is not ideal. they do not have overnight parking nor do they allow drivers to use their restrooms.

Just my experience but they where 1.5 hours late getting me loaded and you WILL NOT use there restroom. They will escort you off property. This is supposed to be a new order because of something an other driver did to or in there bathroom seems to only apply to men.

Friendly staff and they have bathrooms available for drivers. No point arriving any earlier than a couple hours for your appointment because they have you wait until its closer to your appointment anyways. If docks are full it can be a little tight to backup but not too bad since you pull in so youre backing from your driver side instead of blindsiding. Unloading is slow and make sure they give you back your load locks.

It was all good tell I had to use there restroom. They have one, but drivers are not allowed to use them.

If you are picking up here I would recommend showing up at 6 a.m. no matter what time your appointment is. My appointment is usually around 1 but they gave me in as soon as I get there

Show up at your appointment they wont load you early. Park on the street to check in this place isnt big. Be prepared you might have to blind side pending on what door you get. NO RESTROOMS FOR DRIVERS!!!!!!!

I am came here. On time but now am stey there 4:15 hours. They no yet. Load stupid guy there. No body. Care for driver
