This particular Walmart is in a very Convenient Location. As always, the customer service is not the best but I know that there are some of the staff that try their best to provide a very professional customer service experience. You can tell that they are over worked and always stressed out. I have worked in a retail store in the past so I totally understand the physical demand and stress involved in a job but like this

Convenience is having everything one needs in a single location. Thats what Wal-Mart offers for me. There is even a Murphy gas station there and its literally across from my place of work.I also base my review on multiple visits not just one. Ive always had a good experience here with the merchandise, the help when I ask for it and the customer service when Ive returned items. Even this morning I saw two associates ask a person if they needed help. One of the customer looked really lost and the other was just passing by.This location is easily accessible on the south bound lanes of the 75.

For any shopping, let it be grocery or toiletries, garden products or school supplies, party accessories or home decor, summer or winter clothes, I always prefer to going to this store first before going to somewhere else. They have ample supply of everything. The price is also reasonable. I am a loyal customer I must say.

03/26/21: Well, this WalMart is closed for good. Empty shelves and locked doors. Too bad - it did a good business and had a very convenient location. Theyre going to make a Bezos clone (distribution warehouse) out of the building. Sad...

I love this Walmart Supercenter because its in my neighborhood, they sale everything including food and household items. This works out well for my family mainly for convenience, but the friendly customer service is a plus. 5*

Went by to pick up a few items and discovered they are closing this store. I cant say Im really surprised, it was always staffed with rude people.

Im a bias Walmart customer, I try to go to the superstores because that provides one stop shopping and I buy not shop. The design of the stores are consistent so I find what I want and go away satisfied. The Deli and fruirs and produce are my staple, okay I buy fresh baked muffins too!

I mainly shop at this Walmart . It would get a 5 star rating if they had the option of self check out.

No matter if you go at 3p or 7p, this store NEVER has enough carts! But they sure seem to have enough employees standing around talking

Came to store over an hour before closing and had to get groceries. Selection was less then other areas Walmarts. Then had to wait in line for 10 min for a register (no self-checkouts were even open). The check out prices wasnt smooth with cashier (I think she was training... So thats understandable)

This Walmart is not practicing good practices for Covid-19. They only have one entrance open, so you are forced to crowd into a tiny entrance with other people. Limited lines are open so you are forced to be at a close distance to other people. Further, they are out of stock of essential items. Come to this Walmart and you will feel like you are in a horror movie called Pandemic.

It used to be good one but now a days they do not have any social distance at all. Some people do not wear masks and employees are okay with that. Even you need assistance for finding something, you will never find anyone to help you

It was convenient to have this kind of place because all you need is that you will find it here and also the customer service was so great it was really a big help for us shoppers

Nice well up kept store. Some of the shelf stocking group are pretty rude. You have to just ignore them. I dont think they stop to think that people shopping there pay their salary and if they think were in the way, understand Walmart decides their hours and we think they are in the way. Most of the folks are friendly and nice. Overall good place to shop.

First time there last night, as I just moved to the area, the set up was backwards to me (not the usual walmart set up) so it took me longer to find stuff. We found it a bit smaller than my usual walmart and under stock for some things (at least what we wanted to buy) mousse yogurt and the big bologna pack...also the parking lot smelled like piss (but can’t expect much from Walmart)...I would only go there out of necessity.

Big, spacious, & organized. I like the ppl here b/c theyre nice & customers who come here r not rude either b/c this area doesnt have much crime.[Too bad this place is gonna close by the end of this month of March 2021. We asked the staff if this was true & they confirmed it. So get, what u need at this Walmart right off 75 while u still can!]I really like this Walmart b/c its convenient, clean, & the staff r very helpful (especially when u need to find a specific product or item) unlike the one on Forest (sorry guys) which is always busy & disorganized due to the several shoppers in the area. This Walmart is more friendly & clean in my opinion, wish it wouldnt close though, poor employees. Especially during this time of the pandemic.Anyways hope this review helps u out b4 going here.

Love the pickup service! Eliminate exposure to other shoppers. Saves so much time. Every order has been just as requested and loaded into my vehicle within minutes.

Food is amazing and the owners are always on top of things best chinese food place I know love the hot sauce!!!!

No hassle. Just go in and they have the items youre searching for. If not well they were out of stock as in they runned out.

They continue to do a great job of keeping people moving through the store safety and cleanly in one direction.

This is probably the friendliest Wal-Mart I have been to & Ive been to many. The employees are so nice & very helpful. Its a smaller store but I have found some amazing deals there!! Its worth checking out!!

Daniel in the pets department should be fired! He snatched an item out if my hand because I asked for a price check,VERY RUDE. The entire shelf was all out if order. Pets department needs a manager to check that merchandise is placed in the correct spot. It wasnt 3or4 items,it was the entire section!

Like the deli mart there, the employees are always attentive. Generally everything is clean and the shopping is easy. They dont get the 5 stats because to refill your 5 gallon water container the machine is broken and you have to manually pick it up and place it or hold it so it doesnt touch your container.

We went with Walmart delivery of groceries with free delivery. It was nice, to not have to go to the store.

If you are in a hurry forget about this store, they have employees wondering around the store and only a few ringing up the customers who are lined up 10 deep. They close self-service lines for no reason while the the line of customers winds down the older isles. And now with the virus, every essential employee has an attitude like they are doing you a favor instead of doing their job.

Good Walmart. Clean and the staff is not always stocking with pallets sitting in the floor like many other Walmarts. Always usually have everything I need.

My husband tried to purchase Newports at Murphys, the attendant was extremely rude, denying his purchase saying theres no Newports even though they were on display behind the counter. She sold him Kools instead. What the hey!!!Ive been treated poorly in the past, I will not spend money for attitudes!!Never understood why folks with bad attitudes work in customer service, go figure.

Edgar was the most helpful Walmart employee I’ve encountered!! I needed boxes for moving and had been to multiple Walmart locations- everyone told me to come back at another time “they didn’t have any”. He was the FIRST to go back in the back and around the store to look for boxes and to help me! Great service! Edgar is awesome!

With the exception that I had to go inside the store to pick up my order. Which totally defeats the purpose of why I ordered online. I had a great experience.

This is a medium sized Walmart, not one of the Supercenters, yet not one of the small local neighborhood stores either.I felt that they were doing a relatively good job at the social distancing. They have been working at that very hard at this store I believe since covid-19 I know they have special hours for the elderly and those with high concerns of covid-19 they usually have a very good stock of supplies, and have even had Lysol and other disinfection products that would help kill the covid-19 bacteria. They also require you wear face masks when you enter the store and during your visit throughout the store.The store staff over the last year I feel has improved greatly. They had several people there prior that were not very quality people and who would not help you and actually seem to cause many problems.

Thankful for pickup...especially during this time...but is it just me...it seems like they are always missing at least one item when I use the pick up service. I just excuse it because i know everyone is under extreme pressure during these Covid times.

Only place Ill shop during covid. Theyre always disinfecting everything...free masks available at the door...I go every Tue at 6am when they open early for senior hours and theres only maybe 1 or 2 other people shopping.

I came in for disposable bowls and an extension cord around 7:30 am.Both paper goods and electrical supplies looked stocked and priced appropriately.Infant department manager is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the store.She works clean and with her head up.

Walmart has joined a segment of retailers that ask you to do the work of checking yourself out and being your purchase. You get no compensation for this either.They have also joined a group of retailers that actively block more secure payment methods like Samsung Pay, Google Pay and Fruity (Apple) Pay. Forcing you to expose your physical card so that spying be nefarious persons learn that you have cats, where you keep them. This makes you vulnerable to addiction to an ATM. This is not an alarmist unsustainable claim. Ive served on four Grand Juries and on each of those 3 month terms heard multiple instances of that very crime, its very common folks.Dont let Walmart put you in danger of being abducted in the parking lot to force you to drain your bank at an ATM.

This store is great. Checkout is pretty fast. Self checkout is open on both ends of the store.

My visit to Walmart Supercenter was easy, efficient and quick. This location has the best Associates at the checkout.

Youll find a policeman at night for security, is that a sign that its not safe to grocery shop at night?? (though they close at 12AM). Over all the size of Walmart is small compared to other supercenters, but youll find everything & its next to Hwy 75(S) so you can make quick stop/shop/go. Saw trash/broken glass pieces in Parking lot(may be thrown out by some customers).

This is the worst Walmart. I hate that its the closest to my house. I go out of my way to go to other Walmart, thats how much I hate this store. Today I came for the first time in a long time to do a return and the lady was really rude. She said that they couldnt take my return because I had bought it at another store. According to her its their electronic return policy. Except they cant provide you with any proof that says so.

No carts. Stock is ok. Attendants are rude across the board. I was next up in line and the cashier said she is needed somewhere else. Moved into a different line and 10 minutes later to check out it was the same cashier and she was still rude

I wish I could give zero stars. Filthy from the parking lot to the store. The shopping carts are not being cleaned. The store needs a thorough cleaning. The pharmacy associates need training, including the pharmacist. Self check has taken over, but senior citizens and people with disabilities should not be required to self check. Things need to change with Walmart as a whole, especially this location.

Came here to pick up an order. I didnt know where the pick-up counter was since customer service was dark and closed. I asked a staff member and he was kind to direct me to it way in the back near electronics. People were waiting. There were no instructions, so I touched the payment screen. It said associates on the way. Then three showed up with quick assistance.

Alright, I go to Walmart, like most hispanics. So I know what makes a good Walmart, and, let me tell you, this is one. It may just be that this is a huge store, because bigger store means more of what you want. Theres not much to say about a Walmart other than that. So uh... yeah... 4 stars!

Walmart used to take Samsung pay but now the Samsung pay does not work at Walmart theyre only touched method is Walmart pay. The store was very dirty. They almost had no selection of movies. Like a typical Walmart they only had 2 registers open. Their self check out was not one of them that was open.

An employee was walking around with a mask only covering his chin, visiting very close into other employees personal spaces, laughing and chatting like he wasnt spreading a virus. Also, they keep many electronics hidden behind opaque locked doors, making shopping for them literally impossible.

Great place to find almost everything you need....clean place...not enough workers to cover registers causing long lines and long wait to be checked out.....Im not a fan of self check out so I wait for cashier at an open register even if the line is long.
