I bought a YETI 30oz tumbler online and wanted to get a more custom engraving than YETI offers on their own website. I found ETCHUS through a Google search and gave them a call to see what kind of turnaround time they had because I needed it done fairly quickly to give as a Mothers Day gift. They were able to have the whole process completed for me within a couple of hours after my initial call !!!I drove down to their office in Dallas and was able to sit down and help create the full custom design, including the fonts and orientation of my design.It turned out GREAT!!! I was more than happy with the results and it was fun watching as the machine was at work etching the design onto the tumbler! The staff was very personable and we had great conversation while I was there.I would definitely recommend ETCHUS for their great service, amazingly professional results, the level of customization they can provide, and the really impressive turnaround time!

Scott laser engraved the Seal of Texas into the cheek pad of my Creedmoor 6.5. I loved it. I wanted to add a bit more flare so I had him Cerakote the synthetic stock in Digi Camo in hunters orange, gray and white with a splattering of grunge to finish it. I am amazed at how ETCHUS was able to personalize my rifle.

Review is well overdue, contacted the folks here to cerakote my motorcycles exhaust, The finish came out just as expected and when one wasnt up to their standards they recoated it for me. Definitely will use again for future projects.

I would recommend Scott’s work and customer service all day. I dropped off a product for powder coating, Scott met me much passed closing time to work with my schedule. He gave me a 48 hour turn around. 9 am the next morning I get a call that it’s done and pictures of the finished product which turned out amazing and to really put the cherry on top he went out of his way to deliver it too me so I could have it back before the weekend. Amazing work but truly outstanding customer service.

This go around however, called asking if theyd be open to which they replied not for much longer, however they can tell the shop to expect me since it would just be a drop off and letting them know what color to get parts cerakoted in.Drove 20 mins on a day off I usually never get in the middle of the week, rang the doorbell twice over the period of a 10 minute wait. With no response, I drove back home taking another 20 minutes, effectively wasting an hour of my day off due to a breakdown in communication.Recommended as the work is good, just expect communication breakdowns or your time getting wasted if you catch them on the wrong day.

We had a great experience with Etchus! They were quick to reply to an email question I had, and had a fast turnaround delivering my product. I had a Yeti lowball rambler etched with a monogram, and I submitted a design I liked, and they replicated it, even giving some alternative font options. The result was a more unique monogram than what I could’ve even gotten through the Yeti website (and much faster too!). I will definitely be using them again.

Wow! An exceeds expectations experience, and I was expecting a lot.I called Etchus to ask if they could engrave a Zeroll Ice Cream Scoop. Scott said sure, come on in.When I arrived Scott brought me back to a work station and discussed with me options of placement, font size and style. He then showed me on the PC what it would look like. We made the choices and the laser amazingly did the rest while I watched! Scott even gave me a video of the process. The quality was extremely good and will last a lifetime. I was surprised by the friendly guidance, choice of options, the ability to watch the process and same day service.

Based on a rifle barrel Etchus coated for me, I took in a pistol lower and upper for them to coat. They patiently worked through color schemes with me until I got the accents I wanted. The coatings came out beautifully, and the markings on the frame and slide were still very clear. Turnaround time was 2 weeks, but one of those weeks was the worst ice storm North Texas has had in 10 years. I know they spent part of that second week working on broken waterlines, too. time All in all, real turnaround time was a week. And yeah, good value for the dolllar.

Reached out to Scott about doing some etching on drinking glasses as a gift for my fathers upcoming birthday. Scott put some ideas together, shared them with me, and then he put them to glass. The end result was awesome. The drinking glasses came out great, he did it in a timely manner and was reasonably priced. Most important of all - my father loved them! I had my mother’s putter customized for her birthday - Cerakote purple with a specialized add-in to give it a pearl-look so it actually changes in color slightly depending on the way light hits it - and I was very satisfied. ETCHUS can do much more than Cerakote. They do laser engraving, high quality prints, and even embroidery. The latter was something I bought for my dad on his birthday. They embroidered his birth year on the front of a ball cap, and added his last name along the the side. If you want to personalize anything, then this is the place to get it done. Thanks ETCHUS!

We had ETCHUS laser etch a powder coated tumbler we bought from a retail store. The design was large and very intricate with lots of detail. Scott was able to etch the design through the dark blue powder coat while leaving the revealed stainless bright. The edges are very crisp and sharp. The work has stood up 100% over 3 years and countless dishwashings. We will certainly use ETCHUS in the future for any etching or coating projects we may have.
