I just purchased my third pair of hearing aids from Hearing Masters including one pair for my dad. The service there has always been great and continues to be. Never once have tried to up sell me on any products like so many of their competitors do. They always listen to what my needs are and I’m always treated with respect even when I just come in to buy just $20 of accessories . James and his wife run a class A business. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for hearing aids.

THE best, best, best! When my previous hearing aids from a big warehouse store broke and they needed two weeks to repair (under warranty), I panicked. As a salesman listening is my most important skill so I needed a quick solution. A co-worker highly recommended Hearing Masters so I decided to give them a shot. Deborah and James were wonderful. James fitted me with a loaner pair of hearing aids on a Saturday morning and I decided I needed a back-up set of hearing aids. There was no pressure, just great service. A few days later I got my new hearing aids, the ones from the big box store are still in transit to be repaired, and guess what? These new hearing aids are not going to be back-ups, they are SO MUCH better than the more expensive hearing aids. They perform better in every setting and no feedback. My phone steams directly to my hearing aids automatically and the sound is unreal its so good. The big box hearing aids will be back-ups when they get back. If my new hearing aids ever need service or even my other ones after their warranty expires, James services & repairs all brands right in the store. I cant say enough good things about these folks, they saved me from not being able to work for two weeks. Im glad I found them and will use and recommend their services exclusively going forward.

Excellent customer service! I had my 90 year old dad’s hearing aides that were not working properly. We did not get them from their originally. They were able to look them up and saw that they were under warranty with one day to spare! Got them fixed under warranty at no cost to me. Dad hears again! So grateful for their thoughtfulness and understanding. Not many companies care about people anymore. It was refreshing, will be coming back for all our hearing needs.

I cannot say enough good things about this business. The folks who own this store are compassionate, ethical, and fair. They have amazing expertise in matching hearing aids to their clients and then provide follow up care with excellent customer service. They have been a place of sanity for me as I look for a variety of services for my parents. I have referred friends here and look forward to using them for my own hearing needs.

This place is so deserving of 5 stars! James is amazingly kind and flexible. I work long hours and the audiologist I first saw would only see me Monday through Friday from 9 to 5. Im in a new job and I cant get weekdays off. James got me in quickly for a Saturday appointment. he truly cares about his patients, the devices that are best for them and the programming and comfort of the hearing aids. He really is the best. He also helped me to navigate my insurance so that I got the best benefit and let me try the hearing aids first at no cost to me.Dont hesitate to come here!

The most amazing experience for a first time hearing aid wearer. I have been hesitant about hearing aids and have had my mothers older ones in my car for a year.Being from OKC and in Dallas for a week I decided to find an audiologist to fit me into these. I called over 20 places in the Metroplex and always talked to a receptionist who couldnt answer particular questions for me. When I called Hearing Masters James (owner) answered the phone and was so informative and nice that I scheduled an appointment for that day.James sat down and answered all my questions and explained why my hearing has decreased over the years. He made me very comfortable about this new change in my life and made me feel confident about wearing hearing aids. James also did an amazing job of fine tuning my mothers older hearing aids to fit me.When the time comes for new hearing aids I will definitely make the 250 mile journey to Hearing Masters.

Found Hearing Masters, and James Steele through ZIP hearing aids. I have limited hearing aid coverage with my insurance, so I was looking for some thing good at a reasonable price. My surprise was the excellent and professional treatment by James. This was the first time any hearing professional ever took the time to explain and show me how hearing problems occur. This was the best experience I have ever had with a hearing professional. I recommend Hearing Masters and James with reservation to anyone needing hearing aids. This is THE place for great service.

James is so customer focused it is hard to describe. I have purchased two sets of hearing aids from Hearing Masters and am 100% satisfied with both purchases. James has been honest and as far as I can tell he is very skilled and knowledgeable. I wouldnt go anywhere else.

I was having a problem hearing on the phone. Both my cell phone and my Plantronics headset at work.I had set an appointment with another hearing center for a test and evaluation. But after determining the other location was to far away and I would also have to miss work to meet the appointment I searched for hearing centers in Dallas. Fortunately, Hearing Masters was right around the corner from my work. I was able to quickly get an appointment the next day with no extended wait time when I arrived. James was very friendly and detail oriented and explained everything about the hearing test after listening to my concerns. After the test James came to the determination that I really didnt need a hearing devise. He suggested loaning me a hearing aid to see if it helped me. After two days of using it I determined there was no need for the devise. James was honest and did not try to sell me something I did not need. That is hard to find in todays retail market. I suggest you go to Hearing Masters first. They do not disappoint!

Working with James over that time to get the hearing aids that work best for me has been a pleasure. I first went to Hearing Masters to replace an older instrument that was not working correctly. About a year later I went back to Hearing Masters to see if a special hearing aid called a Cros would work to improve my overall hearing. I came here several years ago for my second set of hearing aids. Hearing Masters takes such good care of me every time I have a question or problem. They let me walk in with no appointment every time and always seem to genuinely care. I would highly recommend Hearing Masters to my friends and family. They are very knowledgage but also so nice. This place is amazing! I must say! I took my mother in for a hearing test here, James was so professional and very caring. He truly wanted to help my mother who does not want to wear a hearing aid. He was not at all pushy or did not pressure us into getting any supply. He even offered to help my mother with her current hearing aid. Called the company for her to help her redo the impression for better comfort (of her current hearing aid - which would not benefit James other than kind acts). She has the phonak brand and hates wearing it. He took all his time explaining to my mother the importance of hearing aid, he explained to her - her result of her hearing test. He did all this without charging us a penny. He is very sincere in helping individuals better their hearing. I am a practitioner myself and I understand how precious James’s time is. I was hoping to get my mother Signia 7px, but my mother was not convinced. James didn’t pressure her or force her into getting the supply. He kindly explained to her, showing her different options within the Signia brand that I requested! He was truly amazing! Thank you James for your help. We will definitely be back!

James and staff at Hearing Masters were Great! I am a tough hearing aid candidate as I have almost perfect hearing in my right ear but significant loss in my left due to an hole in my ear drum. I had been to several other hearing aid places (ie Costco, Sams, and a couple on ENTs. Each time they tried to fit me with a hearing aid it sounded horrible. I had all but given up on that being a feasible solution to my hearing loss when I came across reviews for Hearing Masters and their great prices. I figured I would give them a shot and boy am I glad that I did! James knew just the right hearing aid to fit me with and was tenacious in making sure that it sounded the very best that it could.Thank you James for your patience and expertise!! I can now hear quality sound in stereo again! :-)

Its great family owned Hearing Aid office. Many would agree.

We have been using this place for both my husbands hearing aids and my mothers hearing aids for the last three years. This place goes above and beyond for their customers! We have had used hearing aids adjusted for my moms use as well as purchasing new hearing aids for my husband. They have help me multiple times when the hearing aids were plugged with ear wax or needed adjusting! We need more people and places like this in this world!
