David and his family are very professional and knowledgeable. They were very prompt and quick about getting my new hearing aids. Very thorough and explaining how to use them. I did not feel rushed to go and he was able to answer all my questions. Highly recommend!

Mandalay hearing aid center was great! David Steele was very professional, conscientious and friendly. I have been wearing hearing aids for years, but was having a hard time hearing. I tried the newest Resound aid at another place which did not help. David uses many different brands of aids which I felt would be advantageous. The Oticon Open 1 turned out to be the best for me. With David’s care in adjusting the aids to my specific loss, I can now hear very well. I am thoroughly pleased with the results and the care. His prices are very fair and reasonable as well.

FANTASTIC !!!!! Elderly friend (85 yrs young) went to to look at one specific brand however Davids recommendation was suggested and my friend just loves them. Rechargeable batteries even. David was patient, and worked through the questions in detail. David pointed out the maturity of the software & the Blue-Tooth enabled Hearing Aids with iPhone interface are just perfect: User friendly, maximum adjustment flexibility for various environments & custom settings. Even received an update to the iPhone App that installed perfectly. Even bought an over the counter BlueTooth adapter to connect with / TV-Stereo & the hearing aids connected. My Name is Bradley and recently purchased a hearing aid for my mother, and I was experiencing some issues with it. I called Mandalay hearing aid center and David was very helpful I mailed the hearing device to him and he diagnosed the issue quickly and got it back to me. Very good customer service! Never did I think I would need hearing aids but with the insistence of my husband (he wears aides) and neighbor, I decided to get the free hearing exam from David. Boy was I surprised! I have moderate to severe high frequency loss and that probably explains why I have trouble hearing some of our friends. David was very patient and got us connected to the ReSound aides and this is my 2nd day and they are going to be part of me now. David and the Family are great to work with and respected me and my husband. He got the same kind of aides to replace his old ones. Our neighbors are going to see David later.

When i first met David I thought he was a little to young to help me, but it turn out that he was great working with me and my hearing problem. I was only in town for a week and he help me alot with adjusting and programming my new hearing aids and all. Plus, he also made me feel real comfortable around him. We both was asking lots of questions so it was like been known him for years. When i was out of town told everyone about him and they should go to him....the best hearing doctor and hearing aids person to go.

So pleased with my entire experience. Couldnt have asked for better service. The look on my grandmas face when she could hear my voice again was priceless thank you so much.

I visited 3 other hearing aid centers before Mandalay. The first one didnt even detect my ear wax problem. Just wanted to charge me an exorbitant amount of money for a HA.The 2nd one seemed ok but didnt carry the Oticon brand.The 3rd one was much like the first. Just wanted to sell me their preferred overpriced brand.Mandalay and David were just the opposite.He has most any brand and more than fair pricing. He is dedicated to making sure you are happy with the experience of coming to his center.I would recommend Mandalay to anyone.J Horn
