Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. They go out of their way to ensure their customers are 100% satisfied. I had a minor issue with one of my hearing aides and without question it was sent to Corporate to be adjusted and quickly returned with the problem resolved. I am very pleased with my hearing aides and love the Bluetooth capability. I highly recommend Beltone and especially the Seven Hills location in Dallas!

I had a great experience here. The staff showed confidence and professionalism. They took extra time (and with so much patience) to address our questions and concerns. This is my dads first time to get hearing aids and we had gone to another place first and left there feeling as if those people knew very little about their products as they could not give us complete answers to any of our questions. The audiologist was extremely knowledgeable and professional. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything so it was easy to understand. I will definitely be going back to the Dallas Ga. Office when i am ready to upgrade my hearing aids.

Tri state hearing is a great and friendly place . Everyone is friendly. I love the modern decor all of the doctors are so nice and the front desk is very detailed and on top of things. The check in process was very easy.
