The BEST is how I would describe McLean Hearing Center. Angela and her staff have always been my go to for the best in every respect. I would never go to any other place for my hearing needs.

So, I was unable to hear in my right ear for like 3 months and I have never been to an ear doctor. I went to this office for the first time and discovered that my ears were impacted with enough wax to make a candle. They definitely took care of me. Allowed me to see the procedure on screen using a video scope and clean me out completely! Now I have the hearing level equivalent to a bat. The staff was nice and my treatment was fair priced I believe. I will definitely go back for any future exams or treatments. Thank you so much guys you were great!

I recently made an appointment to get my ears custom fitted for ear pieces. The entire staff was helpful and friendly. The process was easy and the molds arrived 1.5 weeks later. The office called me and schedule a quick appt. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Thank you!

The Staff is great, they were very helpful, and took their time because I was a bit nervous. I was able to set a same day appointment (not sure if that is normal, so don’t hold it against them!). Angela and (I believe!) Ryan took great care of me and helped unclog my ears. They were very welcoming and joked with me the whole time. Like old friends. Now I can hear everything and everyone. Only downside, now I can hear everything and everyone.

Angela is awesome! She took great care with my dad on testing his hearing and reprogramming his hearing aids. I greatly appreciated how patient she was with him. We will definitely go back for any additional hearing needs.

Ryan is never rushed and takes time to explain every step of the hearing evaluation as well as alternative solutions. They offer financing alternatives which is great since I am covered by Medicare which pays for the testing but not the equipment to solve the hearing loss problem.

Okay, where do I start? Dr. Ryan Dunkin is nothing short of MIRACULOUS! My Mother has seen him for years, and when he started his new practice at McLean Hearing Center, we tracked him down. From the moment you meet him, its obvious that Dr. Dunkin loves what he does and is exceptional at it! I was so impressed with him that I took my mother-in-law and her two sisters to see him while they were in Dallas. Needless to say, he didnt disappoint! He is honest, patient, and VERY well-informed. Dr. Dunkin takes the time to provide the very best for his patients...from the perfect brand, to the perfect fit, to the perfect color. I absolutely cant recommend Dr. Ryan Dunkin (and the entire staff at McLean Hearing) highly enough!

Ryan at McLean hearing center has been my audiologist for two years. He is easy to talk to and has solved any problem that I have had. I highly recommend his services.I especially like his availability, I had one emergency and though he was solidly booked that day he saw me during his lunch hour. As you walk in its a small space, and very comfortable and welcoming! Everyone on staff was very nice, dressed in a low key fashion as if they were family. I had my ear unclogged. The process was quick and easy also very cool to see everything done on screen! I definitely recommend McLean Hearing.

I took my 83 year old Dad to McLean for new hearing aids and Im so glad I did. The audiologist Ryan Duncan, was absolutely amazing! Ryan was so kind and professional as well as being extremely knowledgeable. Ryan was able to get my dad into the right hearing aid for him. The difference is just astounding! My dad is a very robust and active man and his new hearing aids have helped him to hear and communicate better and enjoy all the thinks he loves to do. I would recommend McLean Hearing Center to anyone. The customer service is awesome. Ryan even helped after the fact when my dad got a new phone and we had problems getting the phone calls to route through the hearing aids. Ryan was able to talk us through the phone settings and had it working in a jiffy. I have also sent friends there for custom fit hearing protection with great success.. I would give them 10 starts if I could!!

The experience was more than i expected. The medical field is notorious for being hurried or short?, it was refreshing to find Dr McLean was not. The pricing was incredibly great as we shopped around. They worked me in the same day as i was in pain. i would 100% recommend the hearing center and will continue to use the center. i wish she was my primary care doctor. just great great service. thank you so much.

Such a wonderful experience. From the receptionist to the audiologists, they are friendly and very knowledgeable. It is always a pleasure to be there. I’ve had both battery operated and rechargeable hearing aids over the past years. Of all the places I have dealt with, McLean is the best. I would encourage everyone to try them and try the rechargeable hearing aids they are much easier than battery ones.

I came to the owner,Angela McLean, unhappy with hearing aids that had been selected for me by another audiologist in town, with little input from me. They never worked well for me & my lifestyle. I started all over from scratch to get Angela’s expert testing, and review of my results. It was clear that I had found my new professional audiologist for life! She guided me through the choices she felt would be good for me, and I now hear better than I have in years, and have regained my self esteem regarding hearing loss and the need to wear hearing aids. Best service in Dallas!! Friendly staff who treat you like family. I was traveling across country and walked into the office without an appointment and received phenomenal service for my elderly father. They even showed me how to replace his battery in his hearing aid. The other hearing centers in the area were either closed or would unwelcoming to walk in, but McLean open there doors to us. I am forever grateful. Now my father can hear!!

Went to McLean Heating to get my ears cleaned and then took my 92-year-old mom. Everyone we met was professional, kind, patient and caring. The service was quick, easy and for $35 a great deal! Will definitely be going back again.

I did not purchase my hearing aids at McLean. Despite that fact, they have been helpful and courteous to me when Ive had problems or needed a question answered. I buy supplies there at excellent prices and recently went in to custom ear fittings for my hearing aids from them. The audiologist resolved the problem I was having and saved me the cost of the custom ear fitting because I didnt actually need them.Its obvious that they care about their customers. In an industry where many hearing aid businesses have dubious reputations, I can only recommend them highly. When it is time to replace or upgrade my hearing aids, I will be going to McLean.
