Sure, their prices may be a bit higher than the internet, but is the online dealer putting connectors on wires, or cutting the excess shaft from a motor, or even taking off a fan assembly from a fan motor? You need to check out this place.

Brian Carr with ADvanced Home Comfort was the only person/company that correctly diagnosed our problem (extreme humidity). We needed crawlspace encapsulation and correct ductwork installation. Their bid for both was less than others for just encapsulation. They we neat, timely, and considerate during the 7 day job. The issues have been completely fixed and our house is now perfectly comfortable. It has been over two years and we are still completely satisfied. Highly recommended as they are highly competent compared to competition.

We had advanced home comfort reinsulate our whole attic and the walk-in storage area, they also blew in insulation on the garage floor which they said was the problem are media room temperature would not stay properly regulated. The guy that they had do it had never done it before and cut a bunch of odd shaped uneven holes everywhere which they did not fix, I did not pay them the last $1,500 and they never came back and finished the job. They also did not do the pull-down attic door barrier.

Adam was responsive, his team reached on time for work, made another trip to make sure the work is up to the satisfaction level of the homeowner.

I have used them for many years they do a great job. I started with their encapsulation of my crawl space as i have an old house that had the old house smell but no more. Then they attacked my attic which removed all the old and then sealed it and applied new insulation with attic fans. Cooler and lowered my electric bill. AHC turned our 20-year old HVAC system and disaster space of an attic into a pristine and very comfortable place to live. Brian and his team are extremely competent and professional. We had high moisture levels in our crawlspace of our 1950s single story P on B house. We had our crawlspace completely encapsulated with a dehumidifier and 3 sump pumps installed. From start to finish the job was done professionally by Eddie and his crew. We can already feel the difference in air quality in the house. I was especially impressed with Brians initial assessment. Brian took many pictures in the crawlspace and presented a very detailed proposal with many informative pictures and diagrams. He also did a detailed post project inspection. Great work. Our crawlspace in our 1965 house had some serious humidity issues. Brian came out inspected everything and created a very detailed proposal with options. I had two other reputable companies do the same thing. Everyone’s proposal was similar but Brian’s was more thorough and overall a better value. They were on time and did exactly what they said they would do. I am a general contractor and I am use to working with subcontractors And Brian and his crew are up there with the best of them.

We were having issues with humidity and moisture in our crawlspace and contacted a few companies to take a look and quote to help us resolve the problem. Advanced Home Comfort was by far the most detailed when it came to discussing the issues in our crawl space and our rep, Justin was very knowledgeable and patient with our questions and concerns. They provided us with a quote that not only included images of the issues under our home, but multiple solutions to work with our budget and the best way to approach the problem.We decided to go with the full encapsulation with sump pumps and a dehumidifier. Our rep, Justin was involved every step of the way during the process and their installation team was professional. It took 5 full days for them to clean our crawlspace, remove debris, install the pumps / dehumidifier and encapsulate the entire crawlspace.Justin stopped by a few weeks later to check on the progress and the conditions had improved greatly. When we had our first heavy rain, the pumps did their job and pushed the water away from the crawlspace and out through the drain they installed.We are very happy with the results a month after the work and are thankful to have had Justin and his crew resolve our issue.

Great group of guys - very helpful and fixed a venting problem in the attic I have had for a long time. No one else wanted to do the hard work needed to put in baffles. I would recommend them for work at your house. Very clean and came on time each day. Also worked with my schedule to set up work days.

Late June of this year my AC stopped working. It was at night and I called a big named AC company. They came out and diagnosed both my inside and outside units needed replacing. (7 to 15 thousand dollars). I asked what they could do about getting us cooled NOW. They said when we replaced both units. The technician said he would have someone call me the next day. I called Advanced Home Comfort and told them of my problem. My husband got on the phone and talked to Brevin. He told us what to do to make it bearable in the house that night and he had 2 technicians come out the next day. They cleaned my system and got me cooling. Erick did a great job locating the source of the problem in our duct work and fixing it. Two other companies had not been able to figure out what the problem was, but he did! He was on time, very friendly, and got the job done.

FIRST CLASS SERVICE...This July 4th weekend has been a challenge. Our air conditioner went out on Friday. Of course, our home warranty told us no one was available until next Tuesday. That would be 4 days of Texas heat. We called another emergency and they offered a stand-by appointment. We called Advanced Home Comfort and they worked us in. Dana, who helped us over the phone was patient and kind, even though we were frustrated. Erick, our tech was professional and had us in cool air in no time.

We used this company to solve a humidity problem in our home. They did major work in our crawlspace by clearing it out, enclosing and encapsulating it, and installing dehumidifiers. They also cleaned and repaired our HVAC duct work, and applied Aeroseal sealant to stop leaks. It has only been a few weeks since having the work done, but the quality of air in our home has improved dramatically.The crew was clean, professional, and did what they said they would do within their estimated time frame. Based upon my positive experience with this company, I can recommend them for the above services performed in my home.

Not at all worth the cost, time or hassle!I had their full attic rehab done about two years ago but I have never seen a reduction in cooling or heating utilization. I keep close track of this very closely through my energy companys online tools - average usage weekly, monthly and yearly. No reduction at all and we have not changed our habits. If anything weve gotten better since through the install of a Nest home thermostat.When I told them this and asked them to also take look at the recessed lighting, which has since started to come out of the ceilings, Brian stopped by for about 20 minutes. Just so you know, part of the attic upgrade is to seal off all the recessed lightings, which is what is causing the lights to come out of the ceiling.After he looked at the A/C unit, he found the plenum has come separated from the unit. They quoted me about $500 to fix it. I asked them to look at the recessed lighting and they tried to upsell me on an A/C fix?!! I got a second opinion and the other company said it looked like the A/C unit had been hit or jarred in such a way that it came loose. The second opinion also noted it that it looked like someone had tried to seal the plenum about a year or two ago because the seal was just a temporary fix.Back in 2016, the Advanced Home Comfort team was in my attic for a solid 3-4 days and there was a lot of banging and loud noises, which Im sure goes along with the job. But Im confident this separation could only have been caused by them. When I confronted AHC, their response was to write back nasty email denying any wrong doing.After spending over $10,000 on a new attic, you would think they would fix their mistakes and not be belligerent.THAT IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR PRODUCT IS A WASTE OF MONEY!!

The two-man crew was prompt and courteous and seemed skilled at todays task -- checking the furnace in advance of winter.

Great experience! Talked with Dana on the phone on a Sunday, and was up and running on Monday, July 4th, in the morning! I have a home warranty, they still have not contacted me to even set up an appointment, and will not until tomorrow. The company my home warranty assigned to me has horrible reviews online and most of those reviews are from people like me with a home warranty. Meanwhile, Michael C. with Advanced came out on time, was happy to have me watch him work and explain what was wrong and what the options were. This is one of those instances where the additional cost of not using my home warranty was well worth it! 100+ degree temperatures over the coming weeks, I cant imagine waiting several days just to save a couple hundred bucks in my case.

Terrible worst experience this company doesnt know what theyre doing. Waste of time and waste of money never will I refer this company to anyone. And when you call customer service its even worse they are rude as hell!!! Watch out for the technician who comes to your house and not knowing what his doing just guessing issues.
