Service and cleanliness has gone downhill since they only hire one ethnic group now. The sno cones are mostly ice because of how they add the juice. I asked for more juice because i could see nothing but white ice when i started to mix it. Long story short, the servants caught an attitude over my extra small sno cone for $3.50. Too long of a wait, not clean, not enough for what you pay for, no diversity. I Wont be going back

Not sure the name but the short guy with a gold necklace has no sense of customer service. The snow cones are not that bad and the girls working there do a good job, but this guy might need to be replaced. This guy tries up charging you on every little thing wotha bad attitude.

My 1st impression wasn’t very well ... my drink wasn’t what I expect. The waitress which was very kind offered a natural flavor and I thought I’d might be good to try but I unfortunately didn’t like it .. one I brought the drink back the guy that was working was completely rude for no reason.. I had no problem paying for another drink but made me seem like I was trying to lie or something nevertheless, completely uncomfortable and unprofessional

The place had creative decor; I went at closing and the staff manager let me in. He gave me an extra ice cream for free since it was a mistake ice cream.

They have a lot of different flavors. The root beer snow cone with ice cream was really good (the texture of the soft serve is really creamy!). I also lived what my friend got: coconut milk, mango syrup with mango pieces. It was not as sweet and would have spared me a mean sugar rush, haha. But thats my fault!

Been coming here for 3 years because I love the snow cones here. I had bad service today when I came(by the OWNER) who took my order. The music was loud and with the mask it’s hard to talk loud. The employee made my order wrong but he had to go tell the owner I guess if he could remake it. The owner came to tell me I had to speak louder next time. Also I asked for chili powder on top and paid for that. When the employee remade my order he barely put juice on it and barely put chili powder on top and told me to put some more if I wanted. All that just because he got my order wrong. The owner should have repeated the order back with the music being so loud and me having a mask. He only had a face shield which made it easy to talk. Will not be returning, thanks.

This is my favorite shaved ice place ever. I try to go at least once a week or when Im in the area. They also have chopped fruit to add to your favorite flavor shaved ice I love mango. Ive tried the yogurt they have different flavors and they have seasonal ones. Everything is good here plus its clean. Honestly I bring everyone I know here to try it out.

Service is extremely slow at times, regardless of how busy it is. However, snowcones are great and there arent many places in the area that serve them year-round!

This place offers natural options and the texture from the shaved ice is the best in town.

I could eat here every day and still want one tomorrow. The textures is smooth like velvet. I suggest trying the natural coconut and cotton candy. Or the wedding cake..

Best snow cone ever, like I wont eat one anywhere else now. I get the natural strawberry coconut and its so creamy and sweet but its not gagging sweet like others it has a creamy delicate flavor. Staff is not always very friendly though, but these snow cones are like no other so Im willing to overlook that.

They are great. The customer service is great. Have been going there for years. I see different employees at times, but they are great. And many flavored choices to choose from. I go from the Lovefield area to go buy one or a few at times. It is that good!

I have patronized this place on several occasions with no incident. The service is good and theshaved ice / custard / ice cream that ive tried was decent. However, i was starred down by who i am assuming was a manager (short guy with dark hair) as i was waiting for the cashier to return my change. I am not sure what caused him to watch me in that manner. Unfortunately, i will no longer go here any longer.

Wasn’t acknowledged stood at the counter for ten min and no one said anything. A customer walked in behind me and asked have I been helped or acknowledged told her nope. The snow cones are fine, the kids behind the counter are great, the manager is a huge douche. If you want to be constantly hung up on without getting a word in edgewise, just call with any question. He understands nothing about doordash and literally wont take 10 seconds to even LISTEN to ONE question, seemingly not realizing that not everyone is fluent in Spanish and would like to know what a certain flavor is. Im employed in an incredibly busy food retail service as well and understand that customers come from all over the world and will have questions. Take 30 seconds to help!Theres a dozen other places to go within a two mile radius, Ive been to most of them and theyre just as good and often better so Im just going to go to them instead.

This is snow cones with a Mexican twist. Lots of Mexican flavors. My personal favorite is the fresh strawberry and coconut mixed together with cream added. Its just divine

The snow cones here are delicious! They have a lot of fruit flavors, but my favorite is the tamarind (tamarindo). They remind me of the tamarindo raspados that you can get from a street vendor. The cups are huge, with a medium being more than enough. They also offer additional toppings like chile (sweet or spicy) and fruit.

Fun place. Kind of weird, but people like weird. They have good old fashion snow cones for originals like me. The kids love coming here. We usually go once a week when they are out of school in the summer.

Ive had snow cones from here and yes they were great but I called trying to place an order and the guy treated me like a joke. First he stated he would take my order then he stated he couldnt he was sorry and hung up quick. My coworker and I had previously called and placed an order and never had this problem before.

Not my favorite snow cone place but its good. The tables are always really, really sticky. Granted, its a snow cone place that a lot of kids frequent. But it would be nice if they kept the seating areas cleaner. It turns me off to want to go there. Happy to see they have a location at the Farmers Market Dallas now.

Ive been going to this place for 7 years, driving 25 minutes to get there. Yesterday i had huge chunks of ice in my sno cone, the flavor wasnt completely through to the bottom and the guy that rang me up wasnt very polite. Other than that this place is Awesome!!

Hands down best sno cone spot in Dallas. My husband and I have moved 5 times in our past 4 years in Dallas so have tried quite a few different places. The flavors at SNO are fresh and delicious, not artificial and sickly sweet like most places. Well drive the extra distance to go here every time.
