Kevin found out I brought my car in and was great about checking in with the service department to make sure they were taking care of me. It didnt go as fast as I expected at the location after doing everything online, but the process went smoothly. There car looked black online, and the stripes didnt not show at all. So I really dont like the color. The brakes were rusty which didnt show online either. There was a white stain in the armrest that wasnt online. The key fob is falling apart which wasnt noted online. Fuses are loud from the exhaust, and it has a rough idle. Thats my takes after having it for 3 days. I just didnt want to go back through the process all over again. I was told to bring the key back in a month or so.

Getting into the car was a breeze. John was great and even getting the windshield replaced was no problem. But now, we are driving with an expired dealer tag and no registration. Not cool at all. Appears John is not being supported by his company, which is going to severely impact my word of mouth testimony about this company. Before I had a glowing report.Original review August 2021 (2 stars). Update October 2021. It took me informing the Manager that they are not supporting my salesman and putting a review as a 2 star to get this sorted out. John collected the tags and delivered them to my doorstep. Again, I cant say enough good things about John, but there was a significant lack of oversight by the support crew at the dealership. (updated to 3 stars)
