My experience at Loro Lino Dallas was fabulous!I came in the store and was immediately greeted by Essence. She was friendly and professional and very knowledgeable. It was just before closing but she treated me as if she had all the time in the world. I purchased several items that needed to be monogrammed and shipped! I received my items and they are perfection! I highly recommend this store if you appreciate the art of customer service and fine linens that equally compare to shops in Europe.I will be shopping with Loro Lino of Dallas again!!!MichelleB
