Ordered linens for my daughters wedding on Wednesday, June 16 from New Jersey. The order delivered perfectly in 2 boxes arrived on Saturday June 19 at 12:30 pm. When I arrived I was not greeted and when I placed an order in person exact measurements in person for (12 ) 85 X 85 and was given double the order two different sizes. The gentleman that took the order kept asking for size in which I told him over and over. I was in a hurry because it was for a funeral reception. I put on table way oversized and did not fit properly. I never asked for more than 12 so I dont know how 12 can be mistaken for 24. I said in my mind wow that was pricey not realizing I had been given 12 extra wrong size. I called today and was told no exchanges no returns they didnt care. I say get someone to take orders correctly and know the merchandise. So now I have linens that are way to large and I cant use or return. Sad bad impression for a business not to want returning customers.
These ladies and gentleman are amazing! Always take care of our needs. The quality is great and ordering online is easy. Picking up items are always helpful and friendly.
I ordered 3 packs of sashes from this company. When I received my order, there was only 1 pack of sashes in the package. Upon receiving my package, I immediately emailed the company along with pictures stating that I didnt receive the proper amount of Sashes. I received an email from someone named Claire stating that they sent the right amount of sashes. She based this on the weight that she saw on the picture of the package that I sent. Everyone knows that they these companies have prepackage labels for different weights up to a certain amount of weight. So I called. A young man came on the line and identified himself as a supervisor but wouldnt disclose his name. He said that they sent me the right amount of sashes because they weighed it and UPS also weighed it. Now I know that I only received 10 sashes and I paid for 30. It doesnt matter what the package says on the outside. 30 is 30. I am extremely dissatisfied with the treatment I received today. The supervisor stated that they will not be sending me anymore sashes because they are not taking the loss. He also said that he doesnt know me how can they trust me or that I am telling the truth. Why would I send pictures of what I received if I was trying to get over on them, especially for $22.00. I was also hurt because I am a party planner who was trying to conduct business with another company to venture out. Just to be treated like a criminal. I am going to go on every social media platform that I have as well as reach out to the Better Business Bureau and all of my colleagues in the party planning industry and tell them about my experience with this company and how I was treated. I just read the response to my review. Its funny how they expeditiously they responded to my review, they are also liars and I see they have a lot of reviews where they lie about a lot of peoples orders that are wrong. I hope this company changes its policy and see that everyone is not a con artist and wants to get over on them. people make mistakes. And Im sure their employee mad a mistake. because 1 only received 1 pack of sashes. the packaging said 4lbs and trust me it was not 4lbs worth of merchandise. They put a pre packaged label on the bag. No worries. You reap what you sow. Good luck!

I used to buy here often but today I was really dissatisfied with their customer service. I bought some linens and they gave me some that were not what I asked for. Unfortunately I didn’t realize in the moment as I bought several that day. I brought them back few days after when I realized in the description on label that they were not what I asked for. I took them there and they were new and the package unopened and still they refuse to change them even when I explained it was their mistake. I even said I don’t want money back just change for some I can use. I asked if I could talk to manager who was there at the office so employee talked to her and came back saying she wouldn’t talk to me and pretty much told me nothing could be done. Believe I’m all about supporting businesses as I’m a business owner but they don’t have a clue of what customer service is. They are fast and nice while taking your money buy what I can read in other reviews they don’t like to respond or to solve issues when is about them having to credit back or accept their mistakes. Bad practice. Not returning. I used to send friends their way from the industry well, not anymore!

They provide great customer service. As I was deciding which colors I wants to use, they brought samples for me to like at. There was no pressure to purchase. I would recommend them to family and friends.
The customer service is so nice, last time I went there a young lady helped me out. She is so patience and nice. And their quality is really good, you can use the linens over and over again. Really recommend this company!

I was in a rush to get table toppers for Toys for Tots Event and was very pleased with our order. Thanks, we got them in plenty of time and they looked great. They washed easily and we can use them for many years. Lots better than renting!

Last Friday I was running a little late to purchase some linens and was so worried that they wouldn’t help me at the last minute. Luckily for me, the lady who helped was really nice and she didn’t rush me at all.
I have been a client since January 2008 when the owners used to tend to the people. I went in last month and was told i no longer had an account because they had had shut it down due to me letting someone buy under my account. If i am correct, the company should ask for a license to see if the names match, so it should not be on us. I asked to talk to the owner and neither one of them would come out!

I was very excited for my navy blue lace overlay for my wedding. It was a great price of around $10 but cost $17 to ship...I ended up receiving more of a royal blue color. After reading reviews and their ridiculous return policy I gave up. Im glad that I only gave them $30 with tax of my money. I probably wont do business here again.
Drove 6 hours to Dallas with visiting the showroom as a priority for my trip I was not greeted nicely upon arrival.. the clerk sat at her desk the entire time I was there.. was never asked what I needed or how they could help. I went there with the intention of buying a couple hundred tablecloths and walked out the door in utter disbelief. I thought about the lack Of customer service before leaving and I walked back in and asked for manager or owners info only to be told by the clerk she couldn’t give me their names.. I walked away and got the info from another clerk.. BUYER BEWARE.. WORST POSSIBLE LINEN COMPANY TO SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY IN.. TOTALLY RIDICULOUS .. oh and did I mention racist tendencies observed as well!!
This company is TERRIBLE. They refuse to refund an order of over $600 after we opened the box to 1/3 of our original order and a box of plumbing supplies. A credit card complaint will be filed as they refuse to even discuss a refund stating that they do not sell plumbing supplies. Their lack of customer service is embarrassing and they should be ashamed of their business model. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

If customer service is what you prefer when spending your money somewhere, then WEDDING LINENS DIRECT IS NOT THE PLACE TO BUY FROM! They are not helpful, kind and care zero for their customers that are the reason their doors are open. I have purchased several times and spent 100s of dollars with them, and will never return... there are way too many options and other places to purchase from to put up with this type of company. (the manager Howard is where they learned their lack of customer service from it seems!)Proceed and purchase with GREAT CAUTION!

Very bad company to order, you order something and they delay cancellations just to charge shipping fees and re-stacking fees for packages you never opened. Never buy from them anymore and dont advice people to buy from them. I am filing a complaint with the superior court against them so they can refund me the money they charged illegally.
Purchased in warehouse new linens (20), many of which had black handprints and stains. Since they were clearly not new called to speak to someone and they could only say sorry about that with no additional help.Unfortunate since we purchase linens frequently, but when asked if their new linens are actually new they could not provide a direct answer.Id recommend opening each item and inspecting prior to paying as they will not do any form of customer service.

I am receiving emails from these people and I never signed up for anything. I have never been their customer and when I asked how they got my information I was told that they get email address from the internet. Unsolicited advertising and junk mail is what these people are all about...
