My experience in store was very pleasant. The store associate and manager made me feel very comfortable and gave great recommendations. I was purchasing a gift and I never even considered if the person receiving the gift had any skin sensitivities. I am so glad that I was completely transparent with what I needed with the employees, because I would’ve felt so bad if my friend had a reaction from the gift I bought! Yikes!

First time in an Adam and Eve store, and it had been a while since I purchased an adult toy at all, so I was a bit nervous. I appreciated how clean the store was and the variety of quality products. Staff asked me if I needed help when I entered, but were respectful when I said I wanted to look around first. When I did have questions, Kelly was very helpful and I felt comfortable expressing my needs and budget for a product. She took products out for me to feel and see, and was aware of my budget and did not push me to spend more. She also educated me on how to use and take care of products. Her coworker (whos name I forgot to ask) was also very relaxed in talking about products and showed me a product she thought I would like. I left feeling excited about my new toy and comfortable with the purchase I had made. Thank you for the positive experience.

Went in over the weekend kind of spur of the moment. I had driven past the store many time without having a chance to stop in. Was not 100% sure what I wanted other than a new toy or maybe a couple. Kelley was very kind and patient showing me different things after having been given time to look on my own. After explaining different things I’ve used and tried she guided me to a section that I ended up buying from.Kelley along with the other woman working were beyond kind and knowledgeable which was so nice. Always willing to help and answer any questions. Definitely will be back to see them soon.Big plus BOTH things I got I love. Even if there’s a small issue with one of the parts from one.

It was my first time here yesterday, and check in was easy. Right when I got there, seqting was available, and I didnt even need to use it as they got me in the chair right away. Robert was very knowledgeable and professional, gave me a great cut hair wash, and ised a massager on my shoulders afterwards. Got a discount since it was my first time and it definitely wont be my last. Sorry to my former barber; this place is legit! 10/10

My boyfriend and I went into this location last night looking for a particular item. It is right around the corner from where I live and I have never shopped at Adam & Eve before, so I decided I wanted to try it out, rather than going a little further to New Fine Arts, where I typically shop. We were approached 5 times during our approximately 30 minute shopping experience. Once when we came in, which was nice. A different person approached us once. A third person approached us 3 different times after I picked up a couple of things. Assistance is great, but this was clearly not a service oriented visit. This employee asked me 3 times if I wanted her to take my items to the front to hold. This in and of itself may not have been such a big deal, except for a few other factors at play. I was holding them because I was trying to choose, and touching something that was going to be applied to my skin in an intimate way was very much a part of the process to decide which item we would pay $30-$50 for that could not (obviously) be returned, if I didn’t like it. Also, we were having intimate conversation and debating our choice. Usually we have a lot of fun together when looking for new things. This was not a fun experience. She was also rude, interrupting our (intimate) conversation and trying to take items I was trying to choose between. She didn’t even wait for lulls in our speaking or look for a good opportunity. I felt intruded upon, rushed to decide, annoyed, and offended. The icing on the cake is that I am 99.9% positive that the reason for her unwanted attention and insistence that she take items to the front is that I was being profiled as a thief (hence being offended). I was wearing all black, leather motorcycle boots and jacket, with dark make up. I didn’t catch her name, as I was quite upset, but she was a younger female, with very short blueish hair and multiple facial piercings. If we had time to go somewhere else at that time, I would not have purchased anything and just left. I will not be back. Employees working in an environment that sells intimate items should be more aware of the sensitivity in the nature of their business and pay attention to a customer’s cues that they would like to shop alone. I gave 2 stars instead of only 1 because we were extremely happy with our purchased items.

I ABSOLUTLEY LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!! They have basically everything you need or want. The prices are reasonable (remember, you get what you pay for). The lady working the night of Jan 2 (MICK) was AMAZING.She was very attentive towards me n was very knowledgeable with the products. Also helpful in my decision making process. Store was very clean, stocked,, n organized. The other lady working that night was great as well (Laura I think). Highly recommend this store. Great experience

Omg I went to this store for the 1st time ever and was greeted with such amazing ppl. In particular her name was Dyllyn Im in a loooong distance relationship and she helped me find all the right tools and treats to keep the spice alive. Its ok if youre in a pinch for needed items, however you can find extremely less expensive better/similar items on Amazon. I know not everyone has Prime but if you do you will save money. Some items have an 80% markup compared to Amazon. Yeah they will try to give you its the quality of our products justification for the price. I will tell you this I have only had to return one item of this type to Amazon and it wasnt a problem, just try returning something here you would be better off just throwing it away and take the loss. Its bad enough having to explain and take the time to return it here but to be made to feel as if you are trying to do something nefarious for doing so is just not good business.

Wish I could rank it below zero. When a business treats employees like non essential numbers and chooses to get rid of them with no cause they reveal their true colors. Simply put this is a place where you matter about as much as an ant matters to a boot, they just stomp you into the ground and leave you behind to try and pick yourself back up. Nothing positive to say about this place and I sincerely hope they are made to feel what theyve made so many employees feel.
