My girlfriend can spend all day in this place. As for me, I lasted maybe 30 minutes. but Im not complaining.

Wow! What a great store and zero judgements given. I needed shoes to complete a burlesque outfit and for less than what I would have spent online I got great quality shoes and they were comfortable. Quite possibly the highest of heels I’ve worn and by far the most comfortable. They cater to professionals in the adult entertainment industry so it should be no surprise the clothing and shoes were great quality.

The clothes and shoes here are really cute and they have a variety of outfits but the customer service suuuuucks. The skinny girl with the freckles and brown hair was very rude and had an attitude problem. She also assumed that I worked in the adult entertainment industry because out of nowhere she asked me where I worked. Who does that? Girl, its none of your business and you shouldnt be assuming and/or asking people especially if you dont know them!

Service is very friendly and good. The young woman (very blonde hair) was amazing and really knew the shoes in her department. If you want a high heel shoe that you want to stand in all night long, this is the place to get them. These are the shoes that the professional entertainers wear, and if they are wearing them, then anyone can, too, with comfort and style.

Loved the store and had a good selection of lingerie and shoes, costumes, boots amongst other adult goodies. Prices are reasonable and have good quality merchandise. Couples looking to add spice back into their love life then swing by, wont be disappointed.

Unique place lots of adult based costumes and the staff is helpful

Upon walking in I was asked to take off my Tumi backpack and leave it behind the counter; I removed my wallet before doing so. I would have no issue with this if the policy was clearly marked on signage and applied to all patrons; however, it appeared to only apply to me, as I saw two other patrons wearing backpacks.I spend a considerable amount per month on lingerie and footwear in general. While I was pleased with the selection at EB, I found the front desk staff rude and unprofessional.The young woman working in the shoe department was phenomenal however, and thus, the one star goes to.

If you are a dancer or have a dancer in your life, this is definitely the store you want to be at. A little pricey but all dancer stores are. Higher quality than other stores though.

Drove an hour to get some new shoes website says it closes at “8:30” I get there at 7:58 and it’s closed the doors are locked. Update yalls page y’all can’t have people roaming around and driving just for y’all to be closing at the wrong time tf . Have driven by this store thousands of times and have always wondered about it. Finally one day I decided to go in, and let me say it was the BEST! Staff members Tabitha and Priscilla greeted me instantly and made me feel so comfortable in regards to what I was looking for. Walked out of the store with my purchase and told my friends all about it! Great experience, and loved my purchase! Next time im bringing my girlfriends along for a fun shopping day!

This is a great place to go to buy inexpensive intimate apparel, costuming and really high heels. The selection is so much that you need some time to be able to browse through the offerings.Theres everything to spice up your role-playing love life, and theres even a section to dress up your favorite guy.The only downside is that there wasnt much of a selection for individuals who might be larger than a size 18 womens.The staff is very friendly and accommodating and you owe it to yourself to try on some 7 heels.Enjoy! I know I did.

Worst dance store in Dallas ever! Rude staff! Misleading online hours! Don’t know what kind of dance store closes at 8:00pm on the dot, when 90% of your clientele( dancers) don’t go to work until that time reasonable closing time should atleast be 10:00pm! Wouldn’t spend a nickel here! Save your money order online!

I have used my boyfriends credit card multiple times. However, TODAY I was told I needed ID even though I know for a fact I have used the same credit card there more then once. I was followed around as I was shopping, (even though I was only holding my wallet) I was asked if my items could be held up front. I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars in this store. I will take my business elsewhere. Also I work at one of the best clubs in Texas and I will be letting all my friends know. Terrible business. No consistency from employee to employee.

Love this place! If youre looking for costumes for an event or work, swim wear or dance outfits this place is the place to get some if youre in the area. They also sell wigs, accessories (chokers, jewelry, garters, contact lenses, dance shoes). They have dressing rooms and super sweet people who work here. Ive gone multiple times and have not gotten any bad vibes, they also have great deals on multiple items.

The staff RUDE AF. everything is overpriced this is a nice store for dancers that work in the area at a club like Lipstick were nobody actually goes.

I shopped at Electrique boutique when they were located in Arlington, TX that shop was well kept very organized bright and the ladies very helpful. This shop was NOTHING like that so I was slightly disappointed, when I walked in I was hardly greeted. The shoe department was the only section organized, the rest of the store was like shopping at Ross. You have to sift through everything because you just dont know where your size is or what your gonna find.

Staff rude.... seemed disinterested...locked doors as we were leaving over an hour before posted closing time

Love shopping here, but some of the newer employees have a real attitude problem. I shop here ALL of the time and go out of my way to come to this store. I pointed out that these shoes were marked 75% off and I had already done the math of my entire purchase. She proceeded to argue with me and tell me that I was wrong. She ended up figuring out she was wrong about the prices of both the shoes I had picked out. I even showed her the math on my calculator. It was very frustrating and she was so extremely rude to me. I couldn’t believe it. I asked her for her name and she ignored me... she probably knew I was going to complain.

Heard about this place a lot and decided to go look around and also wanted to find gogo boots. The staff was extremely friendly and the lady working made sure I was helped and that I had the right size shoes. Definitely a really great place and would highly recommend!

Went the day before Halloween to get some scary contacts and they had a HUGE selection! Also the best deal around! Theirs was $30 for a pair and every other place we went to was $25 for a single lens! Def. will go back.

This is a great place if youre wanting to find a sexy Halloween outfit. What I like most is you can actually try the costumes on. They have a lot of props, shoes, and accessories to go with it as well. I normally dont shop in there for anything else. This particular location, parking is a bit scarce, just be prepared to park in the back of the building.

I called asking about returning two items that i bought, were never used and not items considered lingerie. Explaining to the store manager the reason that I was just able to contact them about the return was that my mother had died a little over a week ago and I had just returned home and was wanting to handle this. How disgusting that ONE DAY MAKES THAY MUCH DIFFERENCE TO A COMPANY, when Sorry I had to bury my mother. This company lacks all human compassion. Customer service is horrid. Lets hope to god she has to work the day her mother dies.

This store has a great selection! The staff was initially helpful but when it came to checking out, I had an issue with an item.The handwritten tag looked like 42 to me, I didnt realise that the 4 was a 9 until checking my receipt, but the item was also in the wrong box so I wondered if that was the problem?When I brought it up the woman became instantly insulting and condescending about youre not going to find that anywhere for 42$ it was honestly just a misunderstanding but she was very rude about it.

Someone charged me much more than I spent at this store. Purchased 18 dollar bottoms, inexpensive pasties and a pair of thigh highs and was charged 64 dollars. 20 more than I was told I was purchasing. I would not have purchased 64 because it wasnt in my budget. Something or rather someone was crooked and wouldnt think I would notice. Check your purchases, guys. Someone is giving themselves big tips and hoping you wont notice.

The quality of there items are not what they use to be. They send you irregular items without stating that there is a problem with them. I had recently purchased a Caribbean Pirate costume from them and the zipper on the top was sewn slanted to one side and the skirt was full of holes. Now I am stuck with this because it is non-returnable. That should have been a warning right there. Do yourself a favor and dont waste you money on this company. They have become like most that are more about quantity than quality.

On a road trip from Houston I called to inquire about a specific size and style of boots. I was told that yes, there were several different ones to choose from and that it would be worth a stop. We drove an hour out of our way to stop in to be greeted by no one, and to find out from the sales person with an attitude that there were two pair of boots in the store in the size I asked about and they were nowhere near the style I described. If you have tiny feet, you can find a lot. Otherwise, dont bother.

I enjoyed the selection of lingerie that they had here. I bought 4 body stockings and some makeup for $100. I was able to browse and see a lot while i was there for about an hr. However i didnt get to see all of it. As it is sort of cramped on hangers and a lot of stuff everywhere. So those bits were intimidating. If those were cleaned up and tidy, they definitely would have gotten 5 stars. They have a HUGE selection of shoes and boots!!! I will go back to purchase some of those :) very nice store. Also noticed, Good price on contacts, glitters and makeup too :) word of advice to men, dont send gfs or your friends there with your card. They wont let her use it LOL #GoodPolicy send with cash LOL

Best Costume spot

By far the best store in DFW for dance wear, club wear, costumes, shoes, and hosiery(thigh-highs, knee high socks, etc). I dont know what some of the girls that left bad reviews are expecting out of this store that specializes in the items named above, if you are looking for fancy intricate expensive lingerie, well this store is not for you, go to a Victorias Secret for that. I have shopped at every store that offers similar items but they dont compare as Electrique Boutique has the largest selection plus the best prices, I have seen the exact same item(s) at another shop and the other was double the price! Ive never had any issues with customer service with the exception one employee that happened years ago and she wasnt there for long, otherwise they always have helped me when needed. I have shopped here for at least 10 years and quality of items has only increased in my opinion plus the selection has improved over the years as well. Trust me, save time and money and go straight to EB for your fun wild side. :-)

Their online store is a mess, dont be fooled by the low prices, its not worth your time. I asked questions about their products online and did not get a response. In spite of this (shame on me), I placed an order already. The next day, they cancelled the order on me without any explanation, but not before they ran my Visa.

Just want to say I have a cruise coming up in 4 days and im doing last min bathing suit shopping, I called to see if the swim suits were actually in store or just online.. the lady on the phone wasnt very customer friendly, and couldnt even walk to the rack and give me an estimate on about how many swim suits were actually in store, before I drove an hour away from fw to dallas.. hopefully if I decide to go buy a swim suit aside from the s***** SERVICE I will get treated better in store!!!there one job is to satisfy customers and properly answer any questions we might have, she horrible failed. so basically because someone cant do their job I have to waste gas and drive an hour away to find out my self... very displeased, will not recommend to a friend with service like that... im embarrassed for them!
