My company has used Briggs for years. We have had excellent service. Occasionally I have the need for a lift delivered with very little advance notice. My rep Jon always has come through and gotten the lift on the job site within a day or less. Recently we had a low tire on a job 45 min from their offices. We had the tire taken care of within an hour. Briggs has been very reliable for us.
Briggs International gave our Wal-Mart Imports, 9 building 5.3 million square foot campus, the complete security coverage to help our team provide outstanding customer service. Not only were they responsible for standard security but they also had to check in up to 1,500 ocean containers per week and enter them into our system for expedited receipt. This included checking PO numbers and being familiar with our systems to inbound and outbound accurately. I spent over 20 years in distribution and Briggs International had the best full service security team.
Well after having my forklift down and 1300 miles away from home I was highly recommended to Briggs because I have a Hyster well not only was my calls ignore and the Rep Kesha hang up the phone they wanted to run a credit app in order to fix my forklift I told them that I was not buying a forklift and they calmly said no they cannot help me so I ended calling there competition sunset equipment of Tyler and you know what they fix my lift without a credit app and you know what else they told me that a lot of there business is because Briggs are turning jobs down because of a credit app in order to be in the system great job Briggs I will never call you again by the way I was able to fix the forklift a lot cheaper then what you guys wanted to charge me 1300 goes to Sunset equipment and yes Im decking to buy a forklift from them tomorrow. Yes the manager was also aware of the situation.
Paul the manager is totally awesome. He really went out of his way for me to fix my machine. The only problem was they were not able to fix the machine. It was there for 2 weeks.
Techs are awesome. Frequent billing issues.
