Good snacks but horrible customer service.I walked in saying Hi to all employees behind the counter and all seemed busy and just ignored me. Finally a young lady took my order but she seemed very miserable to be working there.

This place is great and authentic. We ordered the mango nieve and fresas con crema. A lot to choose from, you can definitely find your own favorite.

Hugeeee assortment on candy, chips, snacks, party supplies and such.I always come here for their hot churros with cajeta in the inside. Highly recommend it if you never tried it!! Mangonadas, Mango Nieve is also delicious. You get a lot for the money when the fruit is fresh and you have options to add chocolate chips, almonds, granola and such for toppings.

I went in today and received the worst customer service I received in probably a long time. Im going in there were two ladies working at the counter neither of which looked up from what they were doing even though I continuously said it should be mad at someone working here one of them then maybe five minutes into me standing there beside she was going to the back and then goes and has a chat with several of her other employees at which point I didnt get a little miffed and I said is there someone I can speak to Im just trying to get some ice cream another lady comes and tells me that there was those ladies at the front didnt speak English but that doesnt make me feel any better because they could have said Memento or they could have called out to another employee who does speak English so that I can have been helped but instead they did nothing and then the manager comes and she does nothing she doesnt say sorry she doesnt say I will take care of this nor does she even thanked me for still choosing to spend my money. it was blatantly offensive on all fronts as someone who considers customer service to be a Paramount of standard thats how you will be able to judge your establishment after Ive been standing there an inordinate amount of time to Hispanic ladies walk in and those same two women who were unwilling and not able to help they became employees of the month you know speaking and come conversing with these two ladies about how they can help them blatantly offensive my money spends just like theirs.and I will be honest the treats that I did try cuz I ended up getting a double scooped waffle cone which came to $3 and some change and I was going to use my card in the lady says we have to have a $5 minimum with all of the stuff thats going on me not being ignored and barely could get service couldnt you wave that $5 or more for card use this time. I mean the whole situation from top to bottom just left a bad taste in my mouth the with for the exception of the ice cream which was delicious. I had a wonderfully cooked waffle cone with a scoop of cookies and cream and then a homemade some Mexican candy that has like some some cherry and some other stuff covered in chocolate it was that candy in ice cream form. to die for... delicious

I recently bought a large quantity of prepackaged items for a really high price and found out that all of it was really old and / or handled improperly.I bought a box with dozens of chocolate cookies. and it seemed as if this box was left out in the sun for a while.A box of Kinder cakes was a month away from expiring, and tasted as such.The obleas Sevillanas that I bought here were also old and dried out. The dry part of the wafer - which is supposed to hold up - crumbled into little pieces just from opening the package.I used to think this was a great place to buy Mexican candy or treats because of their variety, but Im not coming back.

Totally disappointed, I took my children to catch snow and at first everything was fine until the person who was serving us began to talk and laugh very close to the snow boats while serving us our snow. She was talking and laughing with another person I was doing fruit preparation behind her, they did all this without using a mask, when I realized all this I decided not to take my last orders and better I decided to pay what my children already had in hand and at the time of paying for the Cashier was charging me less than the amount it was, when I realized I honestly told her that I was charging less but it came out worse because they very shamelessly robbed me, with the excuse that the system was what it marked because according to them in any The store makes a charge for each transaction you make with your card and that is totally false because not all stores do that, that depends on the store. n the manager and ridiculously the manager started talking to me in English when I was speaking to her in Spanish as if she wanted to intimidate me thinking that I would not understand her and I continued speaking in Spanish and she answered everything in English because everything I She told him she understood it clearly and over the top of everything she was already getting upset and I asked her her name and she didnt want to give it to me so I better told her that I wanted to talk to the person above her and that supposed person according to the owner and when I explained to her everything came out with the same jets that they couldnt do anything that was the system and things like that ridiculous and also when I told her why they talked and laughed near the products that are exposed without wearing masks and she came out saying that there Nobody uses masks because there is no longer any law that obliges them to use them and I totally agree that everyone is free to use masks or not but also as human beings we must be aware and we must also Use common sense that you cannot expose others, regardless of COVID.Just for the fact of what is known as HYGIENE they should be more careful and not do such unpleasant actions.Very unpleasant experience I do not recommend.
