By far the best motorcycle shop Ive worked with. No pressure from sales. Lots of Ducs on the floor with demo models you can take for a spin. The owner has a serious passion for motorcycles and Ducatis and hes staffed up the shop with like minded people. Stop in and take a look. You might just ride a new bike home. I did.

Attention Simon & AMS Ducati Dallas,You guys saved my life! After breaking the tip of my only key (top 2 MM) roughly 4 months ago Forum after forum and locksmiths galore, I managed to find someone to cut it but no one told me you needed the red key to code the new chip on a freshly cut key.. finally I was lead to AMS and the staff was able to help me get my key fixed to finally start bike! I don’t know how I can ever thank you enough. I spent hours on hours and almost gave up and replaced the entire ignition. Thank you again, I will have to visit soon!!

One of the worst Ducati dealerships in the country. Bought 3 bikes. Spent little more than $150k with them and every time I call to check on something they say theyll call me back and never do. Ive tried to trade in bikes with no response from Marty or Jeff for the past 2 years. Ive watched the entire race community leave the shop because of the poor customer service. All Jeff and Marty care about are moving bikes. All Ive ever been in a customer and someone who loves the Ducati brand.

By far the smoothest experience Ive ever had buying a vehicle. Their showroom is very nice with a wide variety of Ducatis along with gear and accessories. Marty was incredibly easy to work with and very transparent about any questions I had. The buying process was quick and easy. Out of all the motorcycle dealerships Ive been to over the years I am very glad I found this one. They definitely aim to make relationships with people and care about their customers rather than just selling a motorcycle, thats something that is hard to find. After buying the bike my wife saw an incredibly tiny scratch on the top of the mirror. I mean it was very small, you would have to really look for it to see it. Without even hesitating Marty asked if I wanted it replaced. Not big enough of a scratch for me to care but it shows they care about the quality of a motorcycle leaving with someone.

End to end unbelievable sales experience. Martin was super prompt and wrapped up commercials in 1 hour - Jeff (owner) walked me through my new bike and customized gear selection when I arrived. It simply does not get better than that.If youre in the market for a Ducati - its worth the trip to work with the largest US distributor for Ducati/Ducati accessories.Update: 2nd bike had same great service experience. Immediately they were able to get me into what I thought was a hard to find jacket a size larger and had my entire online order available to pick up in store without any notice! I didnt actually purchase anything, but I wish I lived remotely close so a purchase would make sense. I reached out to Marty for some advice after watching a Ducati comparison video on YouTube, mainly because Marty told you to if you had any questions. To my surprise, Marty was very responsive and informative to my inquiry. If their customer service is half of what you get just asking a question over email, then that is all a consumer needs. On top of that, their store looks pretty impressive on their YouTube videos. Jealous of those who have the opportunity to be a customer of theirs.

The 3 stars were hard to give this shop.They had a lot more cons than pros in my opinion, but 1 or 2 stars seems too harsh.Pros - really good selection both in motorcycle’s as well as gear and parts that they stock.Service seems like it’s one of the focuses here, and reading through some other reviews, seems like that is confirmed.CONS - Customer Service, Sales support, and location.After multiple phone calls speaking to staff, I always got the vibe that they didn’t have the time for me. Always short with me and not very conversational.I finally made the trip to visit the dealership hoping for a better in-person experience and to view the only bike I was interested in. I brought no crazy stories nor did I flip flop between models or nit pick anything.I knew what I wanted, I knew I qualified for financing, and I was ready to make a deal that day. But something still felt off, I pushed through anyways to see what kind of deal we could make and that’s about where it ended. Negotiations were non-existent, and no concessions whatsoever were given. Not to say that they HAVE to be given, but paying full MSRP ($17k) and then another $1800 in dealer levied fees just doesn’t feel honest or right.Add to that the absolutely horrible location in downtown sandwiched between two industrial warehouses and practically nowhere to park a truck and trailer and I’ve got to say I was completely let down by AMS’s “reputation” that some people seem to hold so high. I hope they can improve and implement some better customer service procedures or even new staff. I know I can’t be the only one to have noticed these things. I ended up taking my business elsewhere and was able to make a deal with a much more fair dealership and staff.

Aweful experience almost every time Ive worked with them. After spending 600$ on a starter I get an email telling me the price has increased to 800$. Ive been waiting 2 weeks for the part, and I had to call to get told that they dont have a working tracking number, and the part might be state side some time next week. Dealing with this company has made me hate Ducati, and I would buy threw any other company even if that means going threw the Netherlands via star twin motors. Been down a motorcycle almost a full month now

This dealership has really gone down the toilet. I had a terrible online experience ordering from this location. A little while after, I travelled from CA to TX on business and decided to visit the store and I’m glad I did. The service was non-existent. Employees horsing around like children. And I’ll say this right now; after seeing this type of behavior and experiencing it; I would never trust my bike in their care.

This review is for service department. They did a “burnout” on my Ducati monster and then denied it. The tire was burnt and small purses of rubber all over my rear shock, swing arm, etc.contacted Jeff, the owner, but no response from him... very disappointed in their disrespect for other’s property.2 stars because they helped writing an estimate for insurance company.

I never expected a used part after weeks of waiting when I decided to order from a ducati retailer with such high reviews. Disappointed

This is my second time I order OEM Ducati parts from AMS Ducati. I thought my first was an unfortunate turn of events, but oh boy no. AMS Ducati truly doesnt care about your orders past getting money from you.I ordered quite an expensive OEM part for my bike, that was non-existent elsewhere rather than through an official dealership. Everyone knows what its like to shop at a dealership - youll be looking at overpriced items and long waiting times. But in my case there was no other way.I ordered my part and waited for it to get to me for about a month. What I got was a damaged cardboard box that wasnt properly and extensively marked as a fragile container, and a damaged expensive OEM part inside (which Im now seeking to repair). If not for AMS Ducati negligence, if they only put enough fragile stickers on the box and used enough safety packaging material, my item wouldve been intact.I wrote to AMS Ducati here and on e-mail. No reply. They dont care once the moneys in.

Worked with Jeff to purchase a Panigale from Florida. The process was easier than going in person into an average dealership. Quick. Prompt communication. No BS dealership fees. He mailed the documents. I signed and mailed them back. Ducati policy requires a wet signature. After the paperwork was complete he assisted with shipping. Bike arrived flawless. 3rd party shipping company was great. Easy to communicate with. The entire process took less than 2 weeks from the initial phone call to delivery. Highly recommend. Fantastic dealership.

AMS Ducati sent me the wrong helmet. When I called they said to send it back which I did, and then they received it back on October 27th. They promised once the returned helmet was scanned at UPS (October 22nd) they would send out the correct helmet! This never happened. I should have received it by now.  What is going on? Not sure why Ams Ducati cant email me back?Still no helmet and sent 3 emails to customer support with NO response back! Very poor service!

I would like to start this off with saying that I really have enjoyed my buying experience thus far. I purchased a XDiavel s and it has been a very easy and simple process. Mainly due to Emily and the professionalism that she has shown during my buying experience. My deal was as easy as anyone can hope for. I ordered a helmet online, and didnt order it directly from Ducati because AMS seemed to have it in stock and could ship it next day.They processed my payment immediately, only to send me an email the next day telling me the helmet was actually not in stock (their website isnt connected to their actual inventory) and wouldnt be sent out for 5-7 business days.I needed the helmet within five days because I had scheduled a track day for the following weekend. I responded to their email immediately, seeking an alternative solution (like them sourcing it from a different dealer), but they never responded.After waiting until Friday for it to arrive, I called, only to be met by rudeness from both the original person who answered the phone and the follow-up from the parts manager -- who accused me of not sending the response email before telling me I was being loud. He then informed me that he was issuing a refund and hung up the phone.Sadly, I will now have to miss my track day this weekend and find the helmet elsewhere. These guys ruined a lot and took absolutely no responsibility for it.What a terrible business.

I recently bought a Panagale 959 from AMS in Dallas. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. I have been procrastinating for way over a year about buying this bike. The low key approach and professionalism displayed by Marty and Amy has been a been worth a lot to me. They have been patient yet friendly every time I walked into the dealership. First of all lets start with the sales department that would be Marty. Buying was so easy and pain free. Marty gave me a the best deal he could do right from the get go and it was a great deal. He followed up with us on the financing and got us a great rate within 30 minutes. Since then and many mods later I have gotten to know the service department real well. Jordan, Nick, Dan, and Stu are all top notch. They know their stuff better than any other shop I have ever used. More importantly they always try to make sure that I get the most for my money, and not necessarily the most profit for them. And then there is Jeff when you buy or service your Ducati at AMS you get to go with them on the track and get some riding tips from both Jeff Nash the owner, and his group of track junkies that are all much better riders than me, and probably most riders. In short if you like motorbikes, and you like to buy and service yours with people that are just as enthusiastic as you about them this is the place to go. Thanks AMS.

I turned my Ducati Panigale into this business’s Service department. I honestly don’t think I’ll go anywhere else. Sure, it’s these guys’ job to be good with motorcycles, but with this group, it’s much more than that. They live and breathe motorcycle mechanics and science. They took my bike in with a simple request to give it a standard checkup. However, when I got my bike back, not only was the service done to the fullest extent, but the bike was also cleaned from nose to tail, they found and corrected errors in the clutch/brake levers’ installation, and they improved the condition of multiple components of my ride, such as my chain. AND they did all this at an extremely reasonable price! I was only charged for the original request. In fact, it ended up costing me less than I expected. These guys are trustworthy and very thorough. Thanks for keeping me safe on the road, guys.

I recently got the timing belts replaced on my bike here. First of all, they forgot to reset my service light so I had to make a special trip to get it taken care of, secondly, I got my bike back missing a couple of fairing bolts, and lastly, they were just straight up rude! One more thing, they were supposed to email my receipt and never did.They have a nice shop and all and seem to know what theyre doing but if you appreciate decent customer service and want your bike to come out in the same condition it went in, look elsewhere!

My wife bought me a bike for Christmas and they were very honest with her and I now have an amazing machine. Just had my first service done and was again blown away with the great service and support. I have purchased many motorcycles over the 20 years I have been riding and have enjoyed many different experiences but the team at AMS is awesome! Marty took his time finding out which motorcycle was the best fit and offered a test ride on the ones I was interested in. So I was in the market for my first street bike and AMS Ducati Dallas was at the top of the list on great reviews. So thats where I headed with high expectations. Walking in the showroom was immaculate with lots of bikes to choose from. Amy was quick to greet me and gave me some great details on the motorcycles until Marty the sales manager could meet with me. Marty approached me as if I were a regular or a buddy of his stopping by the shop, while still being very professional. Marty was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on everything I asked him. Not once did I feel pressured to purchase a motorcycle and I was never coaxed to buy a more expensive motorcycle. The level of service was beyond what I expected and I am happy to say I joined the Ducati family mostly because of the service I got at AMS Ducati. They literally high fived me and celebrated with me on getting my new Ducati and when I showed up with my motorcycle license(I got it that morning). Bar-non the best service anywhere.

As a first time motorcycle purchaser, I spoke to Jeff about what to buy. My co-worker and I decided on which bikes and purchased them. I live in St. Louis and Amy was very helpful with getting everything I needed in regards to paperwork for the insurance company and loan company. When we came back in town to pick up the bikes Marty was great going over the bikes and explaining everything about them. We were trailering the bikes back to ST. Louis that day and we took the bikes and the trailers over to the service department. The service department was excellent and jumped in our trailer and set it up and put the bikes in there. Cant say enough about how great everyone was to work with! Would definitely buy from AMS Ducati Dallas again!

Very Friendly and helpful. I called ahead to find out if a part was in stock, and very friendly over the phone. When I arrived to pick it up, they were kind enough to allow me to take the part out of the box and make sure it was going to work for me before I left. Big selection of everything Ducati in store from Bikes to keychains. Small selection of womens items, but that was expected.

1st let me say this place was 93 miles away from me. I wanted 2 jet skis, 1 new 1 used. I Happened to see a couple of used ones at different dealers online and Inquired about them. Tyler Smith was the only salesman who called me back. During that time I had visited a couple other freedom power sports in the Fort Worth area. Salesman There I guess did not think I was really going to buy even though I told them I was and just were not interested. Anyway Tyler had emailed And text me several Times.tyler answered every question I had and not once did he drop the ball. I told tyler how much money I was Wanting to spend. Not once did I walk into the dealership Until it was Time to sign the papers. I wanted 2 covers as well. The parts guy said he had 1 in stock and said that if he couldnt get the other by the time I was arriving that he would drive to the other store to get it. When I arrived both were on counter waiting for me. Being a Saturday I had to wait about 30 minutes to sign the paperwork because they were extremely understaffed. Over all I give them 5 stars.

I live in Connecticut and purchased a Ducabike item (theyre a U.S. retailer) via the AMS Ducati website, and I have to say that my experience was fantastic. Upon receiving my item I noticed that I had ordered the wrong size only after I mauled the packaging like a grizzly bear. I dont mean I unglied up the cardboard back splash or or put a small tear in the logo, I genuinely obliterated the packaging to the point I was certain they wouldnt take the item back, at least without charging a healthy restocking fee. To my surprise, they did the exchange without charge and had me my replacement it a few days. I was impressed, to say the least. Ill certainly be purchasing from them again.

Bought my Duc from AMS back in 2008 and still have it. Even after all these years I still love this crew. This is my 6th motorcycle Ive owned and every experience with the guys has been awesome. They host tons of events and I feel guilty not being able to take em up on them, but appreciate what they do for their customers. I would not second guess buying another bike or having my service done here. Class acts for sure!
