Came here to purchase a 2010 ZX10R a few weeks ago. Had financing all situated and had my down payment ready. I was told over the phone that this bike had no issues other than cosmetics. When I showed up to pick up the bike the seat wasnt bolted to the bike, the lights, horn, and signals didnt work. And BOTH fork seals were leaking on the bike. I told him to call me when it was fixed and left. I never received a call from him or a text. Good thing I looked the bike over myself otherwise I would have been screwed.

Where can i start, a couple of months ago i was looking for an HD bike at around a certain price i saw one at hd motorcycles but it was a street glide, i really wanted a Road glide customized but not to Customized .i spoke to johnny i told him exactly what i wanted and the price that i was willing to pay for it, He stated to me that he doesnt have a road glide in his inventory but if one comes up he will let me know . i was a bit skeptical because dealers always say they will call you back and they never do about two months go by and i get a call from johnny that he has my bike, i didnt know who this johnny was i totally forgot but he remembered after going to his website everything came back to me .....and yes he found my bike, exactly how i wanted it, i stated to him that i want it. he also help me with the financing, there are very few dealers that you can trust in this business, he was very up front to me about everything about the bike, no sugar coating ... i like that .... he help secure transportation and let me tell you when i received the bike it look better in my driveway than in the picture on his website.Now i live in NYC where you always have to keep an eye open in any dealings that you have i was shock to find there are still honest people left on this planet .I like to say thank you to Johnny and also Omar

Drove down to check out a road glide yesterday with these guys. And ended up on the one i wanted. Guys were very honest about what they knew and stood by it. I got a really good warranty with the bike and I am so happy. I would absolutely recommend checking them out. They have some sick built street glides here as well.

I tried to buy a 2019 Harley Triglide from them and asked for a description of the vehicle and details which I got. However I wanted to make sure the title was clean and there was no accident history on the motorcycle in which they said I already got a complete description and there was a small fender bender but nothing big however when I ask more about the fender bender I kept getting the runaround. I sent a friend that lives in Dallas to go review the bike for me And he responded to me that the address is an empty warehouse and when I asked the representative Ahmad about that he gave me a different address which I thought was weird so I had my wife do a search on the Vin to find out it was a salvage title. Do not do business with these people as they try to hide that information and after reading other reviews they’ve done this before.

The salesman Adam had me there for 2 hours after running my credit and told me its good but I have no installment history says I need a co-signer I get one there credit whos credit was excellent then he say the bike was under review he was taking pictures of the application instead of putting it in the computer maybe something new dont think so and while there one of the mechanics come and say the bike is sold a guy from Oklahoma will be there on Monday to pay and ask me was I buying the bike I said yes waiting on the paper work to go threw then he say well why you havent bought it yet totally lack of business practices Im definitely watching my credit and my would have been co-signer credit........i had over 30% down.....definitely wouldnt recommend them for any kind of business mind you I was going there for over 2or 3weeks checking the guys out and we agreed on a price 2days before.

Adam and Johnny were great to work with. Both were really personable and treated me fairly. I bought a bike from them, we discovered it was leaking from the head gasket and Adam offered to fix it at no additional cost. Thanks for the great bike guys!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!ADAM & JOHNNY ARE LIARS!!!!Two months of fighting with these people about fixing a starter that was going out when we purchased the bike and still has not been fixed. We have been threatened by text and phone calls from Adam. We set appointments and they would make excuses why they couldnt do it. We go up there and they say the other starter they ordered is defective too. We have been setting appointments with them since the day we got the bike and still to this day 2 months later still has not been fixed. We posted a negative review and immediately got rude text messages from Adam. I have saved all of these messages and they will be forwarded to the correct people for further investigation. No one should be treated the way we have. This is the short version of the story but there is way more that happened and like I said will be forwarded to the correct people. We are done with this company please be aware if you buy from this company. They do not do what they say they will do..

I just bought a 2015 Road Glide from HD motorcycles, I live in Los Angeles and was a bit skeptical buying a motorbike unseen, spoke to Johnny and he verbally promised that the bike is in perfect condition and that he stands behind all his bikes 100%, transaction was great and handled extremely well by HD Motorcycles. Received the bike, wouldnt start took it to my local HD dealership and had to replace the battery, then the GPS/Radio was not working properly, after a bit of a nightmare, as promised Johnny shipped the bike back to Dallas fixed all the issues and shipped back to me. Johnny is one of the most honest, fair guys to deal with, although i wasnt happy about what happened, he was a man of his word and took care of the issue instead of walking away from them. He also included a back rest and highway pegs at no cost because of the inconvenience. These guys are as good as it gets and would highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase a HD. I will definitely be buying all my future bike from them.

These guys had me drive all the way from San Antonio with a motorcycle u haul trailer to pick up a bike, only to find out the title was rebuilt. They said they sent me the link to the website but failed to mention the title issue through Facebook where I had saw the add and where we talked. Waste of time and money. I was also told the tour pack would come with the bike and when I got there he wanted to charge me 500 bucks for it.

This was the first time ever buying something from over 1,000 miles away, without seeing it,etc. in person for me, so I was definitely hesitant at first. Jonny was great explaining things over the phone and very helpful, the people he had ship the bike were great too.the bike ended up arriving a day early, which is great! Bike was paid for on Wednesday,shipped out from Texas same day and delivered to Pennsylvania today (Friday) the bike was everything I hoped it to be and more! I would and will definitely buy my next bike here and will most definitely suguest to anyone I hear of looking for a bike to check them out.definitely a great experience,thanks again Johnny

HD Motorcycle is the best one stop shop in DFW for all your Harley needs, from sales to custom work, service and repairs. Great customer service, Johnny will take care of any issue that may arise, very fair business man. Adam works hard getting people financing on your dream bike. Ameer and the other techs do amazing work in the service department. Every time theres an issue with my bike, they take care of it and fast. Most shops have your bike for weeks even months, not HD. One time I had an issue with my gas tank somehow a hole was rubbed into it by the air cleaner cover and because they did the work on it prior they took responsibility for it and replaced it.... THE SAME DAY! With no big dispute or going back and forth. Johnny analyzed the situation and took care of it with no $ out of my pocket. What other shop is going to do that....NOBODY. Thats why I only do business with these guys for my Motorcycle needs. Keep up the good work!

After months of searching and ebay and making a phone call {Johnny} did everything he could to get me on the bike I dreamed of {2014 Street Glide. A road trip to Texas and a friendship was made and a beautiful Street Glide I bought. John always answers the phone he takes everything serious about your experience buying from him . I just purchased a 2009 Harley-Davidson CVO Fat Bob from Johnny at HD Motorcycle LLC. I’ve been a new car manager for over 30 years at various dealers such as Ford, Toyota, and Cadillac. I have never seen or heard of an experience that went as well as mine did at this dealership. I love this guy! I wish I could hire him to come and work for me!!!!! He was always available to take my call. As you can well imagine it is extremely stressful to buy something for thousands of dollars on the Internet and over the phone without actually ever seeing it. I shopped around and was disappointed several different times looking for vehicles on eBay. I am truly at a loss for words and wish I could express how grateful I really am. Took a few days to find a transportation company and when I finally decided on one to use he told me he had a great company that he works with and they were loading the motorcycle on the truck as we speak. It was a great price from Dallas Texas to Santa Cruz California for only $450. The trucking company guarantees delivery in 4 to 5 working days. Although this was just yesterday and I have not yet received my motorcycle I can tell you you could not receive better service anywhere! I am truly grateful to Johnny and the rest of the crew at HD motorcycles LLC. I’m looking forward to purchase another motorcycle in the near future and will not hesitate to recommend family and friends to your dealership. The only reason I would not buy from this dealership again is if they did not have the vehicle I was interested in. Saw a Polaris Slingshot on EBay auction offered at no reserve . I played the auction and won. Johny Shehadeh was the rep at HD Motorcycle LLC . He handled the long distance sale and arranged transportation via USA Transport. I was concerned about the Texas hurricane and my new baby being exposed.He assured ne it would be fine.4 days later it arrived in an enclosed car hauler .5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ . Johnny called several times to assure me the Slingshot was all good and being delivered as promised.i recieved a call ftom the driver from Jville asking if the vehicle could be delivered on Labor Day .was that was ok. Hell ya its ok!it was delived safecand sound. Hi, my name is Don and i am writing this review about HD Motorcycles llc. of Dallas,TX. I first want to say that this is truly my first review of anything on the internet. That being said let me tell you of the DEAL and the SERVICE I got from this place. I was to say the least skeptical to buy something that cost this much from the internet, but from the minute i spoke to Johnny it was awesome,. He answered all my questions about the bike I was looking at and gave me all the information I asked for ! By the way I was looking at a 2016 Harley Davidson Street Glide. It was a beaut. One like I hadnt seen before. My wife is a avid internet user and buyer so she checked the place out and came back with all positive reports about HD Motorcycles LLC. However I was still leary of buying something like this from the internet. I was wrong,wrong,wrong!!!! Johnny assured me I had nothing to be concerned with. But i was still leary and i was running out of time before i was to leave on a motorcycle trip with my wife and friends,which is why i was looking to buy a motorcycle in the first place(my old one would not have been good for the trip). Well I backed out and Johnny was understanding of my reluctance to buy. My wife said I needed to get a bike if i was to make the trip with her and our friends. I went back to the site and looked and saw another Street Glide that kinda matched the color of my truck. I again spoke with Johnny and he again was most informative and forthcoming with information about the bike, So i decided to get that bike and Johnny went to work on the deal even taking my old Road King in on trade with just a picture of it, WOW. Now here is the good part. He and I were working out the shipping of the bike. I couldnt get off work and so it was going to have to be shipped to me. He was looking for the best deal to ship it to me . He was actually watching out for me so I wouldnt spend to much money. Well as it turns out we couldnt get anything going so he said he might have an employee that could bring it to me from Dallas to Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Well I was out of time and on Saturday he and I spoke and i said I could meet him halfway and he said he could do that. I left at 5:30 pm on a Saturday and drove to Shreveport Louisiana and he left Dallas and drove to the same. At midnight this man met me and we made the deal complete!!!!! No one does this! No one. This is service above the sale let alone beyond the sale. The bike was just as he said it was and actually it was more than promised. I know this was a lengthy review but I dont do this kind of thing except I thought someone might be like me and hesitant to deal. Dont be do it! it is the real deal. Everyone at HD Motorcycles LLC was nice and polite and very,very helpful. I would like to say a big thank you to Johnny for having patience with me through out the hole deal. Oh yeah Johnny we will see you next summer when its time for the wife to get her another bike!! Look forward to our next deal.Sincerely,Don W.
