Second to none service and quality. I’ve been a long time fan and customer. Anything you order will give you instant swagger upon opening the package. The shirts are so soft, you might have to ask people to stop touching the fabric. The hats are so rad, random people will start asking for autographs and selfies assuming you’re famous. Do yourself a favor, stop second guessing and order now.

I never leave reviews but after over 10 weeks of dealing with this I feel it’s warranted to let future customers know how they handle business. I ordered a custom tracker hat (460 dollars) the website claims 4 weeks to deliver because it’s hand made by Greeley in Colorado. At 3 1/2 weeks I called to see if there was a mix up with tracking but it turns out it was delayed so it ended up shipping on week 7. The hat didn’t fit (I sent measurements and pictures of a tape measure on my head like I was asked to do so they could make it the right size and it was an inch larger than the measurement I gave) so they said to ship it back and that they would refund 100 dollars (cost of doing custom sizing) and that it would only take a day to resize and ship it back. I let them know I was going to be out of town for a week two weeks ahead of time so they knew I couldn’t sign for it if they shipped it late. They never refunded my 100 dollars and then after Greeley left my hat in the box for a week they finally opened it only when I called to see what was taking so long and told me it would ship out in a day or two. A week later I still don’t have shipping so I call again and they said they dropped it off at FedEx and it will be to me before I leave town. Two days later I still don’t have tracking so I contacted them again and they gave me a tracking number that said it hadn’t even shipped and I was supposed to leave the next day. I told them to go pick it back up and keep it and refund me my full amount. They never responded Back to my many messages and now today it has shipped and is scheduled to arrive at my house when I’m not even in the same state and won’t be for three days after the scheduled deliver date. Do yourself and favor and don’t buy from these people. They don’t even deserve one star.

I placed an order for a shirt I thought was awesome. The shirt never arrived. Im out of the money I spent for the shirt and I was offered a $10 coupon for future orders. The shirt never got to me. Why would I spend more money? Do the right thing. My shirt was never delivered to my locked mailbox, it was not stolen. It was lost in the mail. I would avoid this company at all costs until they resolve the customer service issue.

Great quality products and when I had a question about when my item would arrive, they messaged me back instantly on Instagram (turns out it was that day). Rad folks, rad products.

I had the same experience as Joey. Was invited to the shop by the owner to check it out. He showed me around and sold me a killer hat that hasnt even started shipping yet. More than that, he treated me like family. Ill definitely be doing more business with this gentleman. Great goods, great customer service. Thanks!

I called to see if they had a store front, being from Dallas I wanted to check it out . The owner answered and told me they didnt yet but to come on by. I did and wow. I was met by the owner who showed me around his shop and we spoke for a while and I got to see the craftsmanship and attention to detail he puts into each and everyone of the pieces you see on the site that he hand makes himself. Before I left he invited me back the following day when the hat maker from Drunk Hare would be there. Again we talked for a couple hours and was fitted for a hat, was shown the studio and treated like a member of their family. I went in for a tshirt and left with a couple of friends. Both of these highly artistic gents taught me what true customer service feels like. I recomend if you see anything on the site that catches your eye, you buy it in full confidence knowing that the artisans behind what your getting truly care about the product they are putting out.
