I purchased a helmet that was defective out of the box and it took them over a month (and me constantly contacting them) before they just decided to tell me that they were keeping my return and not replacing it. Quin therefore just stole a whole lot of money from me. Do not trust this terrible company!

Love the helmet look/designs and the quick chat response. Unfortunately, they are slow to move when it comes to returns and refunds. I have had to contact them multiple times for a return ticket number. Once I received that, I paid for the return shipping...and have been waiting two weeks for a refund. I had to call yet again and was told sorry theyd take care of it today. It would be nice if they were a little more prompt in servicing their customers in the return department. More than likely will not order again from them just to avoid the headache.

Definitely do not recommend buying online. Its a shame because the helmet itself is actually quite nice.The size charts on the website are inaccurate. I returned the helmet within a day of receiving it in perfect condition.They charged me $55 for a return. I spent another $20 on return shipping. The policy statement on the website is vaguely written and I was informed about this only after I called them about the partial refund.At the end of it, I was down $75 and without a helmet. What a scam!! Customer service (some guy named CeeJae Cantu) couldnt care less. No explanation given. Never again.

Actually got to speak to the owner n C.J..... awesome guys! I went in the look at the ghost but decided to go with the modular helmet, Wich by the way, I got the very 1st one purchased from either online or in store! Super excited to use it.

The new location looks great. I went in to try on and buy my second Quin helmet. All the models are on display and everyone there is available to answer questions. There is a nice area to lounge and some interesting motorcycles to look at.

Really happy with my purchase.One of the biggest ranges of helmets I have ever seen. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and helped me choose the best option. They asked questions to understand what I needed, listened to me and then helped me make an informed choice.Thanks so much, service from people that really care and who are also experts in their field.

Love the new digs and the great atmosphere and feel of the design studio. More museum than clinical and tastefully presented helmets on original looking displays. This background matches the incredible quality and finish of the products.

I walked in to the new Quin Design office and had the opportunity to meet the team and see the space before it even officially opens to customers. The team was so hospitable and took time to demo the smart technology for me. Really cool and unique space - I can’t wait for riding season now.

What incredible product development. Cant even imagine what the future will look like utilizing the Quin technology. These guys are onto something that can change the motorcycle industry and others for decades to come.
