Ive had Dainese gear for the past 15 years. Best gear in the business.Worked with Lily to purchase jackets and pants for my wife and my trip to the Ozarks last November. They had to do a short notice order for my wifes jacket, but had it in less than a week. Great job!Absolute great experience in this store. We will be back for sure..

The team at Dainese Dallas (Carlos, Ralph, Lily) are awesome! Very knowledgeable and helpful! They had to order two items for me and was received within 2 days! Very minimal wait even if you need a size they dont have in stock! I will be coming back everytime for all my dainese and AGV needs, its really nice to have a dainese/agv store in person! 10/10 recommend going, even to just hang out, they love meeting new friendly faces!

Great experience buying a pair of shoes. I’m probably an insignificant blip in their sales but the associates were attentive and willing to let me try on anything.Some of the small talk was a little much, but some people might enjoy it more. A+ for the effort. :)

Cool to have one of these stores in the Dallas area now. Of course they have a very large selection of their product line. The staff there was very helpful and attentive. Prices are pretty high which you should expect from Dainese.

Great experience all around at Dainese Dallas! We were greeted right away by Carlos, who helped me from start to finish. He helped me find the jacket I was looking for, find my size, and order it since they didn’t have the color I wanted in stock. Super great experience with the Dallas store. Because Italy was hit so hard with Covid I was having a lot of trouble finding a perforated Fighter jacket in my size. So I went to the Dainese website - they were available but I was unsure where it would be shipped from (USA? Italy?). Anyway the closest store was Dallas so I gave them a call - they had it in my size and in stock. They suggested avoiding the official website only because with Covid exchanges can be a challenge and they going through them would be a lot easier. It was an easy sell. They 2-day’d to my home in MN. Very friendly staff and were happy to help. Would definitely recommend.

They always have the best gear. My entire new outfit is from this awesome shop. I had a custom made two piece suit made originally. Just went back for a new AGV visor and rain over gear. Never fail to have what I want.

This place rules! Dainese is the best there is, and my experience here reinforces that. Picked up some pants and I was treated great by everyone. I wish I knew about it sooner. If you have a bike, you owe it to yourself to visit.

Shop was closed Carlos took my order and came in when he was off and made my order happen. I wish I could give him a 10 because he went over and beyond.
