Emily Button was really nice. We hadnt realized before driving out (50 minutes) that due to Covid they were only open by appointment. We called the number on the posted sign and Emily let us in and answered all our questions wonderfully. She was really nice to let us in, especially since we really should have called first.

Not sure whats so difficult about returning a phone call. I understand that Im a single customer purchasing for a home office, but I also represent future purchases for myself and the coworkers I would recommend products to. Failure to provide good customer service is how they lost my business to Herman Miller.

I stopped by to look at the Gesture and Leap. I was let in by a very nice man who was willing to show the chairs and explain the settings even though it didnt seem to be his job. He had to run to a meeting and an equally friendly and helpful woman finished up with me and then at my request, allowed me to hang out and sit in the chairs as long as I liked. I was approached my another woman who after discovering I was a customer, was very willing to happily assist with the different fabric choices. Lastly, another employee asked me if I needed anything before I left, I left my number with her to get a call back on a question she wasnt sure about, and she called me within the hour after I had left with the answer. For a showroom that seems clearly geared toward larger groups and business customers, they were extremely welcoming and helpful to an individual interested in their company and products coming by without an appointment. Really sold me on the company. Thank you to everyone that helped me.

What a generous and welcoming company! They allow their showroom to be used as meeting space and it makes for a great atmosphere. Every seating arrangement is very comfortable. Most if all, though, I cannot say enough about the friendly spirit of the Steelcase staff.

This is a great company! Their furniture selection is amazing and customer care outstanding. Make sure you have an appointment! Like most businesses in this industry, the majority of the work is done off-site. Top-notch business to work with and I send them all my referrals.

Great location to preview some of the Steelcase catalog. This is not a retail location, so you can not purchase from this location, though I am sure they can assist with corporate orders. I visited this location to evaluate the Gesture office chair before purchasing as it was far closer to my downtown Dallas home. Very helpful people. Thank you Rachael for your assistance. Wanted to try out a Steelcase LEAP, so I came to this location. The front door was locked, but theres a button to the right of the main door that I pressed to ring, and someone came to get me. I assume this location usually handles large business orders, but the representative was very kind and showed me all the chairs they had and let me sit in them for as long as I wanted. This location doesnt actually sell any chairs but theyre sold online and also at a couple locations that the rep informed me about. Overall great experience.

They rarely answer the phone. I left 2 voice mails and spoke with someone the third time who promised a call back. I have not received any call from them after two weeks of trying.

Steelcase--where the hours mean nothing, and answering the phone and door doesnt matter.

Both times Ive stopped here to view some chairs they have been closed during their posted business hours. No one answers the phone when called and the lights are off. I think this business is now closed.
