We recently purchased a Human Touch Massage Chair from Relax the Back in Addison, TX. We could have purchased this chair from Costco or other sources, but the service provided by Lynn Richter at Relax the Back is incomparable. We have purchased many chairs and other products from Lynn over the years because of her patience, knowledge, and commitment to complete customer satisfaction. She is an outstanding person who works for an outstanding company, and you will not go wrong shopping here.

I love this store. Just going in and browsing around makes me feel great. I bought many products at this store and was always well served. Billy- the store manager was very helpful. I bought 4 ergonomic chairs here last month. They not only delivered on time but they fitted and adjusted each chairs to suit individual need. For one chair I had to call them twice to adjust and they did that without a hassle.I will shop there again.

I visited relax the back about a month ago and had a great experience with Billy. He was very helpful in showing me how their process works and finding the right style chair for my office. The chairs are a bit pricey but boy does my back feel better. I am having less lower back pain and I feel as though I can sit in my chair longer without having to get up and stretch constantly.Wonderful, friendly service and great products!

Went in to just look at a bed, but they beat the website price for the manufacturer. WOW. Be patient if they are busy because the salesperson is very attentive, knowledgeable, and helpful. You will be helped and not rushed out the door. Had our bed a year, just went back for a work table, pillow, sheets, massager, and a TENS unit. Have recliners that are a few years old. Worth the money.

My Lifeform desk chair was delivered today! I picked out all the features from the comfort of a serious massage chair about 3 weeks ago and am so excited its here. We purchased a zero gravity Human Touch chair that allows both the head and the feet to be adjusted separately, allowing for independent reclining and foot elevation positions.This chair has absolutely changed the lives of my family. My husband has not been able to sit in our living room for years because we have the same standard couches that most everyone does, and it didnt have the back and leg support he needs to sit for more than just a short time.After purchasing this chair he can now comfortably sit in the room for hours to visit with friends, watch a movie or even watch the entire game! When Relax the Backs website says that a chair can change your life its absolutely true. Yes, it is worth the money we saved up to get the chair and were planning on buying a another for the den also.Dont waste money on any other chair if you have back pain or leg pain until you check out Relax The Back. In Addison we suggest you ask for Lynn. Shes extremely knowledgeable about the products and the process for any tax credits for physically impaired or disabled customers -- shes wonderful to work with and gives a personal approach to your needs.

I purchased a Lifeform office chair from this location and I am extremely pleased with it. When they delivered the chair, they took the time to make sure that my entire office was setup ergonomically. Very happy with the whole process.

We had been through 3 massage chairs under different brand names over the last 10 years and looking for a new chair. We went on line to do some research and actually tried out other top of the line chairs and brand within the Dallas area and finally decided on the new Inada Dreamwave at Relax the Back on Belt Line store in Addison. I used the chair every morning for 30 minutes. Our family including my daughter enjoys this new chair.

I have visited Relax The Back several times over the past few months to deal with a recent back problem. Each time I was blessed to work with Billy Odell, the manager. He is incredibly knowledgable about every product and really takes the time to explain things in detail. I viewed multiple things on my first visit from chairs to mattresses and I never once felt rushed. After my first visit to the store I purchased the Adjustable Wedge System and he called me the following week to see how I was doing and if the product was helping me. Now that’s what I call great customer relations! I’ve never been to a retail store of any kind that follows up with a personal phone call. He really cares about his customers and is sincerely concerned about their pain and that they are satisfied with their purchase. For that reason, I will not only continue to go to Relax the Back but I will only go to the Addison location because if he’s working I know that I’ll be dealing with someone who knows his stuff. Because of Billy’s expertise I’ve purchased several items over the past few months. I’ve got my eye on an adjustable Tempur-Pedic mattress that I know will help with my back pain. He’s got me sold on it so it’s only a matter of time!
