Nice place. I arrived the night before my delivery date and backed up to the receiving dock. They came in a little before 0800 and got started on me promptly and was empty by 0815. There is a Quick Trip fuel stop right next to the place

Tight parking, 1 dock, average time to unload (2 hours). Wouldnt expect anything more from a inner Dallas delivery.

Very tight and you have to back up from street. Place is not designed for 53 trailers. I do not recommend this place.
