I bought something through Best Buy to be shipped here before work. The guys couldn’t find it, and it was disheartening to hear. One guy (I do not remember his name) checked each business on the strip since Best Buy did not put the suite number. Turns out, Best Buy put it under the cardholders name instead of who it was ordered for. Super glad it turned out well and these guys had my back. Johnny is A1 customer service.
Spent 20 plus minutes trying to fax a packet. Upon walking in the first associate told me he didnt know how to fax and made sure he told me it was 1.00 per page (being I had a large document). The other associate told him exactly how to do it and he made one attempt and went to the back to hide. The 2nd associate gave his help and ultimately it was determined the fax machine didnt work. So I said, I will make copies and mail it with a tracking.... then here goes the price again (it is .16 per page)... I did not care. I am a busines owner trying to send documents. You will not discourage me with price... After trying to get make copies on TWO separate devices that did not work I was handed back my package and told to go to Staples. (Where they are CHEAPER and their printers work).. Very frustrating and very inconvenient. I will say I could tell the last employee was nervous to tell me the printers did not work.... but ultimately this place needs some help. I even called in advanced to ask if they fax before making my way to the store. Had i been told that none of their equipment worked I could have saved myself a ton of time.
So out of all of the times I use this location today was one of the worst. Tortilla or whatever her name is had the absolute worst customer service ! ! No type of professionalism nor was she knowledgeable about what was happening ! I was in line actually at the register and she assisted the guy behind me as if wasn’t even the there. Then she had the nerve to have an attitude!
Extremely slow service. Do not try to drop off during lunch hours. You will be waiting in a line outside of the door.
Dishonest employee, the manager does not do his job at all, don’t ever come to this store.
Guy at the front desk claims they don’t box Amazon returns at all when I have been to this store before and they definitely have. I think he was just being lazy...please get your employees together
Been coming here for years and always get great and friendly service. I noticed that they actually enforce their mask policy when a customer came in without one and they asked him to come back with a mask. thank you for keeping us safe!
Horrible customer service. Had a question about an original purchase due to tracking miscommunication. Manager was extremely rude and aggressive over the phone. Would not listen to anything I had to say.

Wish I could leave negative starts. BEWARE DO NOT GO HERE. Where to start. I walk in and girl working on 10/7 at 9am I was dressed very messy and I believe was eating when I walked In. She proceeds to tell me I have to have my ears covered in order to be helped ????? A facial coving wasn’t enough and she said covid can be spread unless there were loops on my mask...mind blown!!! I’m not sure she should be working a desk after that. Be exact word were in order to be safe your mask had to touch your ears. Lord help her, please Someone show her covid doesn’t leak out of your ears. She was extremely rude and I came to spend over $200. She got very mouthy and snarky. She said maybe another ups store doesn’t require ear covering. I will never be back.
Beware of which UPS store you go to. Needed to send my surface pro back to Microsoft for replacement. I had done this 10 days earlier and was charged $8.10 for boxing and bubble wrapping. This location,
Great customer service. I emailed to inquire about one of their services. I received a response very quick. They have some of the best promotions and offers for mailbox services. The location is in a vibrant are and parking behind the building isnt a problem even during heavy traffic hours. Recommended.

Ive been coming here for years and this place has the best customer service. Victor has helped with everything from custom printing to mailing huge items with custom crates. This is the only shipping place in town that does it all, does it well AND has reasonable prices.
Have only had great experiences here & their staff is very friendly. They gladly give me proof of mailing receipts, even when I walk in with a package with a prepaid label. Ive asked Eagle Postal Store for receipts & they snark every time: We only take these as a courtesy, so we dont give receipts.
The best UPS store I’ve been to in Dallas. Everyone here is extremely nice and courteous, and that is a rare thing to find these days. You guys are greatly appreciated
I had a few papers I needed to urgently fax to my University and upon finding out that the papers I sent 2 weeks ago were not received, I panicked and explained my situation to (Johnny or Joseph Bauer, Im sorry it was a quick glance) an employee who gladly fixed the problem and left me stress-free. I want to personally thank him for being such a devoted UPS employee, hes a great, hard worker and should deserve a grand amount of praise. Thanks!
This store shipped my 60” inch flat screen smart tv. The box not only wasn’t marked fragile, but the item itself was wrapped extremely poorly. They wrapped the middle but not the corners exposing them. The box arrived smashed in one corner. This is the first time I took the TV out of the box since I moved last year. UPS only covers damage claims for 9 months. Try a different franchise, and maybe you’ll save yourself a future headache...

Had an incredible experience this morning at this UPS store. Big shout to Johnny, the UPS store employee who created that experience.Id purchased a 55 television through Amazon recently, but upon opening the box realized the television was defective. This sucked. Especially since the TV weighted 50+ pounds and came in an enormous box. I printed out the return receipt, played an excruciating game of Tetris to get both boxes and the TV into my truck to take it to UPS, and finally stumbled into the store. Johnny looked at my predicament, asked if I had the return label (I did) and the original packaging (TV was already in it), and then he said you know what, leave it with me. This is what I do! Heres your receipt, and have a great day. What a stud, is all I can say. He turned what had begun as a disappointing and aggravating experience (returning a broken TV) into one that left me smiling and feeling hopeful for humanity. Tough to ask for more than that.Thanks again, Johnny!P.S. Hope you get some kind of a bonus - you deserve it :)

Always helpful here, never push unnecessary services either. When I went in this morning I had a preprinted label and they even gave me a small box and bubble wrap at no charge. Not that this is common, but how often do you walk in somewhere and someone says, dont worry about that, no charge. Doesnt get better than that!
I dont recommend using this location as a UPS alternative delivery option for packages you are receiving.The owner submits pickups once a week to UPS. That means if you use the UPS My Choice it takes a long time to update the status of picked up items. So if you receive multiple packages at the same time its a nightmare to manage what you have and have not picked up from this store. Location is also hard to get in and of via a car, so its troublesome for quick in and out visits.Ill use another store that checks in my items when I pick them up, so delivery status is real time and has easier parking.Nothing bad about the people and other services they offer but package pickup is painful and access is painful.
I agree with the other negative reviews about this store. Its owner, victor and his employees are straight trash. If you wanna do any sort of business successfully, choose a different store!
The store was sold 2 years ago and the service has gone way down. There are times that mail is not forwarded for months. Created credit problems for me by not forwarding my mail in a timely fashion. The owner blamed the credit card companies. No accountability. Deal with Johnny. Hes the only competent one there.

So I had a package delivered here from Amazon. I went to go pick it up and was told by both the employees that my package was not there, despite the tracking information showing otherwise. I went out to my car to chat with Amazon; they assured me that the package was indeed delivered there and if it had been sent back, the tracking info would indicate this. Pretty obvious right? Pretty basic right? Right. This store and its employees are all shady. Theres something not quite right going on here. First off they asked me for my ID (why i dont know because they never gave me my package). And for some reason, the first guy felt the need to hold it with him behind the counter and set it down. Then the 2nd employee felt the need to take my ID with him and walk off where I couldnt see him. At this point it was blatantly obvious that he was communicating with the other employee but where I couldnt see. They made some stupid comment about my name being weird. Anyway, they insisted over and over that my package wasnt there, which I could tell they were lying at the time, and they knew they were lying. I called to the store the next morning bright and early and talked with the owner who answered the phone. He said right away that they had my package. Said he was looking right at it. That didnt surprise me at all, but now here comes the shadiness again from this store and everyone that works there. He states, i hope you dont mind but i went ahead and opened your package...I wasnt sure who it was for so I was looking for a phone number to call. At this point let me add that my package is about 2 in by 2 in by 2 in. It cant take up too much room for them or be an inconvenience in any way. Why this unexplained urgency to find out immediately who the package was for? Hey Enstein, heres an idea: the package is for the guy whose name is on the OUTSIDE of the package! And since he ordered it, chances are, hes gonna know when it gets delivered there, and come get it! What a concept huh?So I felt this was a little strange but still wasnt upset enough to write a google review. But the next day I go in to pick UP my package, and guess what? The store had straight stolen what I ordered! They handed me an empty box when I got there, that was sealed back up, but so light it was so obvious there was nothing in it. I guess the fact that they opened it and there was nothing in it are just complete coincidences right? Yeah right. I paid $319 for this. Amazon wont reimburse me cause they said they arent responsible for what happens after its delivered. Fair enough. I know better than to even think about the UPS store doing anything to make it right. After all, theyve proven to be a bunch of liars that out right STEAL from customers. Un real. Stay away from this store and its employees altogether, trust me. Ive never been treated so poorly by a business in my entire life.

DO not use this location if you expect to get your mail.We have had our box for 1 yr at this location and have constant issues with not receiving time-sensitive, critical documents for our company. To make matters worse, we constantly get other peoples mail in our box-very confidential things, such ad credit cards, checks from financing companies, etc.Finally, I had it and contacted the store location about the ongoing issue. He confirmed that he is the one-not the mailman-who sorts the mail and puts them into the individual boxes. Instead of taking responsibility for it or trying to apologize for the lost mail, his response to me being uspet about his complete disregard and carelessness was, Why are you opening other peoples mail. Seriously!!??? So I explained to the genius that credit cards can be felt through an envelope and checks from finance companies to a dealer is indicated on the outside of the envelope as well. He go so upset that I was insulting his performance that he threated to close my box. I wonder what he plans on doing with my mail in retaliation? Hmmm...So, if you want to always receive junk mail in a timely manner, this is the place for you! If you want to receive your debit cards, titles for cars, or checks, go elsewhere.

I had a box here and finally got one elsewhere before my contract was up after SEVERAL of my packages mysteriously dissapeared thanks to victor and his not to be trusted employees. Never received any compensation for them and all tracking information shows as going to this store, but hey just ask dumb about what happened to them.
Unprofessional. I come 10min before closing and theyre already closed. I needed to get something out ASAP and they just wanted to go about their weekend early. I went through traffic for NOTHING. That is not business material.
