Excellent assistance! Im buying beautiful color and coordinating papers. They tell me no when I need to hear it, and why!

I made a fairly lengthy trip to this location to purchase samples of farrow and ball. I was so excited to finally be able to paint my cabinets. I gave two stars because although the store was BEAUTIFUL I was treated pretty poorly. I’m pretty shy and not someone to leave bad reviews but I left pretty hurt and thought this might save someone a trip in the future. I brought a picture of the project I am working on which the woman there never took the time to look at. I wanted to discuss colors I had seen online for which she obviously didn’t have the patience to discuss and rushed me through. When I asked about sheens she said she could discuss them with me but it’s better that I do my homework on my own. Maybe I wasn’t her normal, obviously wealthy client. Maybe I didn’t ask the right questions or maybe she was having a bad day. Either way I should have saved myself the drive and disappointment by just ordering them online after doing my “homework”. I will not be returning and will be ordering F&B online from now on.

Wow! This place is AWESOME. The Farrow and Ball Vert de Terre paint on my wall looks AMAZING. Gail was super helpful, even in these COIVD-19 times, by letting me obtain samples, and then the paint gallons arrived several days before schedule, which allowed me to take care of my walls even sooner. Couldnt be happier! Will probably buy paint from here again.

Do yourself a favor and skip this place if you are on the hunt for Farrow & Ball paint. I made a special and somewhat lengthy trip to Artifkt to purchase paint as they were the nearest Farrow & Ball stockest to me. Several days before my planned visit I called to confirm their Farrow & Ball inventory and hours of operation. I arrived at the store at 3 pm on a Tuesday to find the store closed, despite the fact that this was during their published hours of operation which I had confirmed by phone only a few days earlier. Very strange business practices! I hope this review helps others on the hunt for Farrow & Ball that might be making a special trip in search of it. Don’t go there unless you don’t mind being locked out and leaving empty handed.
