Absolutely love the pinatas here, Ive gotten one for my daughter every year they always go over and beyond my expectations! The art and effort is very much appreciated!

This place has very high quality piñatas, but they come at a price. We bought one of the more expensive ones at $95. It was made extremely well, so well, it broke the piñata stick on the first hit! Then we broke another stick we had from a previous year! We had to get a baseball bat to finally break it.

Said they could make a piñata just as the picture I should them, upon picking it up, it looked nothing like it. I’m sorry but it was ugly, the guy didn’t want to refund our money or give us something else. We had to argue him until he let us choose another piñata. Never again will I order from here.

Some really nice people. Their pinatas look nice. Not bad looking at all.

Worst customer service . told them i was in a rush ( i had an appointment) and couldnt place the order that day, and they were practically trying to force me to place the order in that moment.

Baby shark pinata!

We ordered a soccer ball pinata from here a long time ago it was not what we were expecting. I had to strip it down and redo it to match what we asked for. We went to pick up another pinata yesterday that we ordered a week ago and found out they didn’t make it. It somehow didn’t make it on the schedule. They were apologetic and gave us our money back and a different pinata for free. The free pinata didn’t match our theme so I had to again, alter it just hours before our daughters party. They are nice people, but I don’t see us going back.

I was looking for a Fortnite piñata for my son. They didn’t have it but said they could have it by Saturday. I live 30 miles away so decided to look around and possibly come back to order it if I found nothing else. I wasn’t sure if I’d be able to come pick it up Saturday. In the meanwhile, I asked if they could sell me a piñata stick because sometimes they’re out at other stores. The lady said “yes” right away but the man said, “No, we can’t. We only sell those with the piñata.” I know that isn’t true, he was just mad I didn’t order and pay for the piñata right then and there. Horrible customer service!
