The best dollar tree Ive been to, based solely on the amazing service I just got from an employee named Rozanne. Not only did she whisk me and my 70+ items through checkout, but she took the care to separate the lighest/smallest items to bag up last as to not crush anything else. And bonus, she wore her mask correctly!!! And it was near closing time, so you know she wears it correctly all day, every day, which is commendable at any retail store these days with covid burnout everywhere you go, but especially at the dollar tree. AND she was super nice. Thank you, Rozanne, for being authentic, polite, and helpful. You rock!

I like comong to this location, always find what Im looking for. Today was not a good experience, as i placed my items on the belt the cashier was grabbing my things aggressively. And was constantly checking his phone, he tried to squeeze 20 items in 1 bag they were falling out. And I bought 4 poster boards and he practically threw them at me. I gave him a look and he replied here you have to hold them they cant fit in the bags.....(well duh). I guess Hunter was not in the mood to work today. Hopefully the next time I come he will not be the only cashier working. I was in a great mood getting supplies for a work project and he totally ruined it.

Awesome sweet lady checked us out even tho she was already off the clock. I didnt get her name but I believe her mother works there also and is also a great lady. P.s. yall need to get those great ladys some help.

Staff is great and variety of things

Great customer service. We returned 25 items and replaced them with 25 items. They scan the items you returned so no receipt needed.

I absolutely luvs it you find great bargains and not even have to wait for a sale .

Sat here from 8 am to 8:47 and no one ever came to door. The phone number listed says not a working number after three rings. Very disappointed,store should be open

We have always gotten friendly service at all of the dollar trees. A lot of the products compare equally to many of the name brand products. This store is very handy because it is close to where I work. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to save a dollar as well as great service by very friendly and courteous staff.

They were BUSY but their employees still had a great attitude and were helpful & knowledgeable in answering questions about the merchandise and where items were located and also if they carried that item. :-)

Store was in the midst of shelving but overall not inconvenient for shopping. Set up is similar as that across the south. Found everything that I went in for!

This store is very dirty. Im pretty sure there is more inventory in boxes piled dangerously high on carts blocking the aisles than out on shelves. The cashiers were also very rude to customers and talking about customers after they walked out the door. Very unprofessional.

Love this store for cheap craft items and holiday themed items. Be prepared to always wait a bit in line. Never more than one checkout lane open.

The cashier that attended me today, did not greet me and while I was paying she took out her phone to check her Instagram LOL and never gave me my receipt. I literally had to grab it myself. Hire new people that actually want to work there. Customer service should be ANY businesses priority.

Love dollar tree but this one on marsh lane is always messing. They always have boxes of new inventory infront of everything is hard to get to the actual stuff you want to buy. And its every single time i go its not like its just acrandom day i went and got stuck shopping on a restocking day or something no its been every visit i been to this particular store! Every other is always stovked and clean easy to access everything and see the shelves without boxes and carts everywhere. Big safety hazard.

I love coming to this dollar tree store i always come and have a good experience theres alot to choose from the employees are really nice . But today December 10 around 8:30 pm i came to pick some stuff up for cristhmas . As soon as i came in there was this lady talking on the phone really loud the whole store could literally hear her whole conversation . She was constantly talking about how much she hates her job and that is she coudl she would had quit already . She was also complaining about how people leave a mess all the time as soon as she finishes cleaning she said this “ ayy esta jente parese que les pongo un letrero que dice “hagan tiradero” . She was also constantly saying bad words . A african american lady came in the store 10 minutes before closing and she got mad and said in spanish “ esta pinche jente a que hora viene”. Im just saying people like this should never be on the phone talking around with customers on the store neither should they be using their phone . I think she was a manager cuz she was telling 2 other employees what to do .

The store was a big messSales associates were no help at all. They didnt seems to know what they even had in the store.
